In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of online learning has increased. Inherently, the stakes of a sustainable approach to the challenges raised by the wide access to the Internet, the use of readymade solutions to meet didactical tasks, and students’ appetite for plagiarism have become higher. These challenges can be sustainably managed via a procedure aimed at constructively converting students’ appetite for plagiarism (SAP conversion) into a skill of critically approaching relevant materials that are available online. The solutions proposed by the specialized literature concerned with the problem of plagiarism can be grouped into five categories: better trained students, more involved teachers, the use of anti-plagiarism software, clear anti-plagiarism policies, and ethical education of the youths. The SAP conversion procedure is a solution targeting increased involvement on behalf of teachers. Its partial application in the case of the disciplines included in the undergraduate educational program of Sociology conducted by the Transylvania University of Brasov, where students’ evaluation is based on essays, has considerably decreased the amount of student plagiarism.

The spread of Islam in Malaysia had a positive impact against the increasing number of converts. Before embracing Islam, someone should know the conversion procedures to prevent any problems arise after becoming a Muslim. Associations such as the Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA), PERKIM, KIMMA, MRA and IPSI is important to ensure the welfare, protection and guidance to converts. Therefore, this study is to examine the conversion procedure in Negeri Sembilan and to observe MACMA’s role in ensuring the development of converts particularly Chinese after embracing Islam. The study was found that the conversion procedure in Negeri Sembilan is based on the Islamic Religious Administration Enactment (Negeri Sembilan) 2003 Part IX- Embracing Islam managed by the Islamic Propagation Centre, Paroi under the Islamic Religious Affairs Department, Negeri Sembilan (JHEAINS). The major role of MACMA, Negeri Sembilan is to provide religion guidance (fardu ain) and welfare while carrying out missionary to Chinese in Negeri Sembilan. This study can streamline the management of MACMA, Negeri Sembilan and then provide information about the conversion procedure to converts in Negeri Sembilan. This study suggested that the conversion procedure in other states were analyzed and compared. Keywords: Conversion Procedure, Converts, Negeri Sembilan, Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA), Negeri Sembilan. INTRODUCTION: Cholecystocolic fistula is a rare complication of gallbladder disease. Its clinical presentation is variable and nonspecific, and the diagnosis is made, mostly, incidentally during intraoperative maneuver. Cholecystectomy with closure of the fistula is considered the treatment of choice for the condition, with an increasingly reproducible tendency to the use of laparoscopy. AIM: To describe the laparoscopic approach for cholecystocolic fistula and ratify its feasibility even with the unavailability of more specific instruments. TECHNIQUE: After dissection of the communication and section of the gallbladder fundus, the fistula is externalized by an appropriate trocar and sutured manually. Colonic segment is reintroduced into the cavity and cholecystectomy is performed avoiding the conversion procedure to open surgery. CONCLUSION: Laparoscopy for resolution of cholecystocolic fistula isn't only feasible, but also offers a shorter stay at hospital and a milder postoperative period when compared to laparotomy.

A high efficiency full-bridge converter is designed and implemented in this paper. The measured data result from the other converter implemented by IC UCC3895 compares with that of the previous converter. This full-bridge converter of phase shift soft switching can obtain about 92% power efficiency in conversion procedure. This design used L-C resonance circuits to achieve power switch tube soft switching.

AbstractTractate Yebamoth of the Babylonian Talmud contains a long unit devoted to the procedure of conversion (Yeb 46a‐48b). Form analysis of the unit reveals its design as a ‘tractate within a tractate.’ The unit is a collection of discussions on baraitas. It follows various literary conventions, such as placing a full description of the procedure towards the end and concluding with haggadic material and a verse of comfort. A variety of methods are applied in order to identify the unique Babylonian tendencies documented in this unit. Synoptic comparison to tannaitic parallels demonstrates the growing stringency and institutionalization of the rabbinic conversion procedure. A common structural feature of each discussion is the ending with an amoraic statement that reassure the halakhic validation of the stringent views. Stammaitic comments and the overall literary structure of the unit also seem to confirm this tendency. This unit demonstrates Babylonian efforts to further reinforce the boundaries of Jewish identity. The traditions as preserved in this unit show that Babylonian proclivities were gradually attributed to earlier Palestinian authorities. The most prominent example is the institution of the court for conversion. This is a Babylonian construct, systematically presented in places where it is missing in Palestinian rabbinic sources. In our unit it is also attributed to early Palestinain amora’im, and even to a tanna. Not only did the Babylonian sages change the model of conversion from witnessed circumcision (and later immersion) to court controlled procedure, they also projected their innovations onto earlier generations.
