This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially on profitability at PT. BPR Suryajaya Ubud for the period 2013-2016. The sample used was 48 DPK, NPL, Loan Interest Rates, and ROA data. Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test), and partial significance test (t-test). The results in this study indicate that Third Party Funds have partially negative and significant effect on ROA. Non Performing Loans partially have a negative and significant effect on ROA. Credit interest rates partially have a positive and significant effect on ROA. DPK, NPL, and Credit Interest rates simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA at PT. BPR Suryajaya Ubud in 2013-2016.

Silica based adsorbent sequentially modified with polyhexamethylene guanidine and 7-iodine-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (Ferron) was proposed for adsorption-photometric and test-determination of Fe(III) in natural water. During adsorption of Fe(III) from solutions with pH 2.0-3.5 adsorbent became green colored. Formation of green-colored surface complex of Fe(III) with Ferron with the maximum in diffuse reflectance spectrum at 600 nm was used for developing the procedure of its adsorption-photometric determination. Detection limit calculated by 3s-criterion was 0.03 μg/0.1 g of adsorbent (3 μg/L if the adsorption was carried out from 10 mL of solution); the analytical range was 10 – 220 μg/L. Test-method was proposed for quick visual determination of Fe(III) in natural water in the variant of test-scale. Developed procedures were tested for determination of iron in natural river water of Krasnoyarskii kray and mineral water “Zagorie”

This study aims to analyze the effect of Atmosphere, Facilities, and Word of Mouth on the Interest of the Guests' Stay at Padjadjaran Suites Resort and Convention Hotel Bogor Nirwana Residence. To answer the purpose of the study used multiple regression tests which include simultaneous and partial tests as well as the coefficient of determination test. Determination of the number of samples carried out by the Roscoe technique of 100 guests and then determined as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the atmosphere partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, facilities partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, and Word of Mouth partially influences the interest in staying guests in hotels, as well as from the results of simultaneous testing or F tests obtained the results of Atmosphere, Facilities and Word of Mouth have a positive effect on Interest in Stay. Whereas in the multiple regression table the Atmosphere variable 0.282 states a score of 0.282, the Facility variable 0.365 states a score of 0.365 and in the Word of Mouth variable 0.663 states a score of 0.663 and an R square value of 0.544 is obtained, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 54, 4% while the remaining 45.6 is influenced by other variables not examined   Keywords : atmosphere, facilities, word of mouth, attitude, stay interest
