This review involves the effect of digestion methods on the drugs and how to overcome the harms of digestion process by designing the suitable a polymeric drug system that has ability to hold out the harsh conditions of the acid in stomach. And it involves different type of backbone polymer to prepare new drug polymers form, this new polymer drugs included many benefits such as release the minimum amount of drug over an prolonged time by organized delivery of drug and the side effect of drugs will reduced. This process includes the modification of natural polymer such as chitosan, starch, cellulose, gelatin by carried out with a spacer, and grafted the new copolymer with amino drug such as amoxicillin (HA), and characterize it by UV Spectroscopes, (DSC) and (TGA) and physical properties was discussed. And know the ability of drug release in different pH. In this review we concluded that the best way to overcome the side effect of digestion process on the drugs by using the medicine as polymer drugs, and the best polymer used was natural polymers, the prepared polymer drug have thermal stability more than the drug alone, this indicate extra expire date with more safety of drug satiability.

Microcapsules are widely used as one of the drug delivery means. The paper presents the backgrounds of a method of microcapsules size and shape assessment by computer-aided analysis of microscope images of microcapsules’ cross-sections. The method has been elaborated and is practically used to the microcapsules quality control at the Nalecz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering PAS in Warsaw. Mathematical definitions of parameters describing the size, shape and inner structure of microcapsules are described in the paper. A general scheme of a computer-aided microcapsules quality assessment procedure is presented. Remarks about the limitations of the applicability of the described microcapsules assessment method are also given. On this basis, directions of future works aimed at improvement of the described microcapsules quality assessment method are suggested.

The article are outlined the medicinal use of polymer materials and characteristics and described its preparation method and application for controlled drug release from polymer, polymer drugs, pharmaceutical formulations and packaging polymer materials three aspects. Meanwhile elaborates a novel well dispersed MWCNTs PMAA/MWCNTs nanohybrid hydrogels. The introduction of MWCNTs significantly improved pH-responsive hydrogels and mechanical strength, and which depending on the composition ratio of MWCNTs, particle size and concentration of crosslinker. Study found that hybrid hydrogel swelling rate significantly faster than the pure PMAA hydrogel swelling behavior and this is explained. Compressive stress - strain was found, MWCNTs load transfer heterozygous for improving mechanical properties of the hydrogel network compression plays an important role. MTT cell compatibility evaluation proves that this astute hydrogel biomedical research in particular has potential application value.
