Introduction. The principles of comprehensive fire and environmental safety of gasoline tanks using cryogenic technology in the installation of environmental and fire safety on the example of gas stations are substantiated. Goals and objectives. Substantiation of the principles of comprehensive provision of fire and environmental safety of gasoline tanks at filling stations using cryogenic technology in the installation for ensuring environmental and fire safety (OEEFS). Methods. Fire and environmental safety of closed containers for storing liquid hydrocarbons (in our case, gas station tanks) can be ensured by: - recirculation of vapors in closed volumes - "gas tank-reservoir"; - capturing hydrocarbon vapors on breathing fittings; - dilution of the vapor phase in the gas space of the tank to reduce the emission of vapor-air mixtures to the outside; - phlegmatization of the vapor-air space of the reservoir with inert gases; - combining these methods (the method reflected in the application of OEEFS). Results and discussion. A diagram of the application of cryotechnology in the construction of an installation for ensuring environmental and fire safety is shown in Fig. one. Conclusions. Despite the objective pros and cons of a particular recovery technology, the final choice depends on the specific operating conditions of the equipment at the facility: the technically achievable level of minimizing emissions, logistics chains, types and characteristics of raw materials, etc. Therefore, to achieve maximum efficiency and versatility, our technological scheme includes the use of an additional unit: carbon-vacuum adsorption, liquid absorption or membrane module. Keywords: gas stations, fire safety, cryogenic technology, gasoline, environmental safety

The survey of literature includes period from the first attempts of palliative cryodestruction to modern miniinvasive technologies with the use of different methods of navigation and control. Material, that shows scientific validity, efficiency, positive technologic and clinical evolution of method, is collected sufficiently. But despite of general positive and optimistic assessment of cryogenic technologies’ opportunity, there are no results of randomized studies comparing distant results of cryogenic and existing standard treatment of breast cancer. In conclusion authors indicate the objective difficulties in problem’s studying and offer possible resolutions.

This article presents the results of a study of martensitic steels. Studied steels: OZH9K14N6MZD, 12X18N10TL, 07X13G28ANFL. The object of the study was the optimization of properties for use in cryogenic technology. The purpose of the study is to increase the strength and service life of products for various purposes. The destruction of steel 12X18N10TL and 07X13G28ANFL was investigated. It has been established that 07X13G28ANFL steel is more preferable for cryogenic use and is recommended by the authors.

We estimated the hemograms indices of the schoolstudents’ blood enrolled a high military educational institution. By cryogenic technology produced products from protein-vegetable (first) or vegetable raw materials (second) were introduced into the diet of the two main groups. The comparison group was the third one. The blood samples study was performed three times: in the initial state, after taking the product and after 30 days of observation. The average red blood cell volume increased in all examined patients indicating a compensatory reaction of the body to the load, the growth one was less significant in the main groups. The average hemoglobin content in the red blood cell in the first group did not change by stages of observation, in the second and third groups it was decreased by the end of observation. The average hemoglobin concentration decreased, it was less in the main groups. We noted an increase in the number of lymphocytes by 20.7 %, (p = 0.0001) and an increase in the indicator of a mixture from monocytes, basophils, eosinophils when taking the first product. An increase in the number of lymphocytes was noted in the second and third groups only by the end of the observation. The relative lymphocytes content when taking the first product was more significant in the second and third stages of observation than in the initial state; in the second one it was by the end of the observation. The relative neutrophils content in the first group decreased by the end of reception, in the second one it was by the end of observation; in the comparison group remained unchanged. The average platelets volume have been decreased in the first and control groups by the end of the observation and in the second group by the end of taking the product. The relative width of the platelets distribution by volume and the coefficient of large platelets have been decreased in individuals of the group, which may have a positive effect on blood clotting. Thus, the influence of adaptation factors in the main groups was less significant than in the comparison group.
