India is with a high level of youth unemployment. Markets have insufficient jobs to absorb young job seekers. The purpose of the study was to identify constraints and suggestions that are faced by the rural youth who are engaged in agri-enterprises. A sample of 240 youth involved in agripreneurshipwasgiven questionnaires. The findings of the study indicated that the youth faced many challenges while establishing their agri-enterprises.The primary constraint faced by rural youth were economic constraints followed by technical constraints, psychological constraints, extension-related constraints, social constraints, and other constraints. The constraints perceived and the suggestions given by the rural youth for the establishment of agri-enterprises to overcome their constraints were observed and depicted.

This study delivers the importance-performance analysis of the information and communication technology (ICT) driven solutions among small and family-owned hotels (SFH) in Croatia. The analysis reflects the opinions of owners of 21 SFH, all of which are members of the National Association of Family and Small Hotels (OMH). The findings demonstrated the existence of a significant gap between the perception of the importance of specific innovations and actual hotel performances. In most cases, hotel performances are rated significantly lower than the perceived importance of particular innovation, which indicate that resources should be better and more wisely allocated. In some cases, hotels do not recognise the benefits of ICTs used or are not satisfied with the results. The primary constraint for higher integration of the ICTs within this sample is the lack of financial resources. The study reveals the importance-performance gaps within the perception of technological innovations in the SFHs, elaborates on potential constraints for more substantial reliance on ICTs and discusses the possible implications. Finally, the study provides recommendations for future research.

An important but underexplored aspect of our negative agency is that it is fitting to regret only a limited subset of our non-doings even though there are many things that we fail to do. This paper examines why it is ill-fitting to regret certain non-doings, arguing that abilities form the primary constraint on the fittingness of this regret. There are many types of abilities, so a central aim of this paper is to clarify which abilities are relevant to such regret. Finally, virtues and further applications of the proposed ability-based account are explored.

Abstract This article explores the sources, nature, and implications of an arbitrator’s duty to decide according to the governing law in investor-state arbitrations. It advances a contractarian conception of arbitral authority in investor-state arbitration, whereby the agreement of the states parties to the investment treaty is the source of both the arbitrator’s power to make decisions and the primary constraint on that power: the duty to apply the law. It argues that the choice of law provisions in investment treaties have a constitutional character for arbitral tribunals, such that a failure to apply the chosen law constitutes an excess of the tribunal’s powers which, if manifest, justifies annulment or non-enforcement of the award. The article concludes by considering the implications of this contractarian theory of arbitral powers and duties for arbitrators, disputing parties, and states seeking to reassert control over the investor-state dispute settlement system.

The constraints regarding adoption of fodder production technology were studied in Bundelkhand region. A total of 180 respondents were selected from 4 districts of regions representing both UP and MP part of Bundelkhand in the study. It was found that 84.1% of farmer- respondents have shown that small land holding was the primary constraint for less adoption of fodder technology in these area, 78.87 % of farmers have shown lack of irrigation was the second most important reason for less adoption of fodder technology. The main reason for less Knowledge of fodder production technologies were lack of awareness about improved technologies followed by lack of on-farm guidance/training, lack of lesser resources and lesser literacy. The correlation between knowledge gap and adoption gap was highly significant and positive.

This paper is devoted to the Hamiltonian analysis of extension of the quasidilaton massive gravity as was proposed recently in [arXiv:1306.5502]. We show that, for given formulation of the theory, the additional primary constraint that is responsible for the elimination of the Boulware-Deser ghost is missing. We compare this situation with the quasidilaton massive gravity. Finally, we propose the ghost-free extension of quasidilaton massive gravity.
