Ecological poverty alleviation is a new idea that combines environmental protection and poverty alleviation, and the ecological industry poverty alleviation is an important part of it. The ecological poverty alleviation industry involves multiple bodies. Since different bodies have different strategic choices, there is a complex game relationship between them. From the perspective of evolutionary game, this article explores the game situation between local government and enterprises in the ecological poverty alleviation industry, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations based on the results of game analysis.

Driven by the development of informatization, it is necessary to integrate the agricultural product processing industry and the green ecological industry in Gansu Province. The green ecological industry is the characteristic of both the integrated green industry and the informationized ecological industry. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the agricultural product processing industry in Gansu Province, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to select 14 indicators for measurement, and summarizes the future development potential of the agricultural product processing industry in Gansu Province according to the ranking level in 23 provinces and cities.

With the continuous economic growth, human resource service industry also plays an important role in the economic development. In order to explore the development of human resource service industry in Xinxiang, based on a survey of more than 50 enterprises and organizations in Xinxiang, Xinxiang's human resources service industry has a bright future, however, there are still some problems in the aspects of enterprise scale, personnel skills and agglomeration management. Therefore, different countermeasures are put forward for different roles to solve the development obstacles and promote the development of industry agglomeration, building a new type of human resources to serve the ecological industry chain.

The article has been devoted to the analysis and substantiation of the possibility of using the regularities of behavior of society and its individuals during the solar cycle, discovered by A. L. Chizhevsky, in the planning and implementation of social management. It has been proposed to exclude the negative development of events in our country during the 25th solar cycle to use the potential of the protest activity of society for the creation and development of the country, deploying the all-Russian program “Creation of modern ecological industry of Russia”, which requires the mobilization of efforts of the whole country and can create up to 10 million jobs for the youth.

An energy-intensive industrial cluster is a combination and integration of energy-intensive industries formed by ecological industry chains. Eco-efficiency may reflect the effect of ecological industry chains in an energy-intensive industrial cluster. To evaluate the eco-efficiency of energy-intensive industries, industry chains, and industrial clusters with different level of eco-industry chains, the eco-efficiency is decomposed into two dimensions of resource efficiency and environment efficiency. The eco-efficiency evaluation index system and models of energy-intensive industries are constructed to analyze the eco-efficiency using a two-dimensional three-layer matrix framework, including energy-intensive industries, ecological industry chains, and industrial clusters. This paper presents an empirical and comparative analysis based on data from the chemical industry, building materials industry, metallurgy industry, and thermal power industry from 2004 to 2015. The results show that the eco-efficiency of energy-intensive industry, energy-intensive industry chains, and energy-intensive industrial clusters are all on the rise. The eco-efficiency of energy-intensive industrial clusters and energy-intensive industry chains are obviously higher than that of any single energy-intensive industry. This finding indicates that the ecological industry chains of an energy-intensive industrial cluster have improved the eco-efficiency. In recent years, the effect of ecological industry chains and network construction has been significant, but not tight enough.

As a vast degraded land ecosystem, the karst region of southwest China is currently experiencing serious conflicts between restoration of degraded vegetation communities and agricultural activities. Furthermore, it is not clear what land use pattern suits local farmers best. To evaluate the sustainability of the degraded agricultural ecosystems in the region, methods for emergy analysis were used to compare the ecological and economic benefits from seven typical agroforestry planting patterns in the Yunnan province. The eco-efficiencies of the apple pattern (AP), pear pattern (PP), pomegranate pattern (PRP) were all lower than that of the traditional corn pattern (CP), although the economic benefit was higher than that of CP. Ecological benefits of the apple-soybean pattern (ASP) and the pear-pumpkin pattern (PPP) were not significantly improved, while ecological and economic benefits of the pomegranate-grass-sheep pattern (PGSP) was improved significantly. Intercropping pumpkin in PP increased the economic efficiency by 28.3%, which was superior to that of the intercropping of soybeans (4.6%) in AP. These data implied that interplanting crops in AP and PP might result in higher economic benefit than the existing interplanting pattern. The multistory agroforestry planting pattern and raising in PGSP could optimize the relationship among tree-grass-sheep and improve ecological and economic benefits. Additionally, scenario analysis showed that local farmers might enjoy better ecological and economic benefits at a large scale by optimizing current agricultural production patterns. Our results suggest that together, both the local government and farmers can adjust the structure of agroforestry ecosystems to foster the sustainable development of the ecological industry in the karst region of China.
