Проведена валидация технологического процесса препарата «Глюконил®, таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, 1000 мг». Для каждой критической стадии процесса определены оптимальные параметры технологического процесса, установлен перечень контролируемых показателей качества, влияющих на безопасность и эффективность лекарственного препарата, и критерии их приемлемости, разработана рациональная схема отбора образцов, обеспечивающая их репрезентативность. Результаты, полученные при производстве трех промышленных валидационных серий, доказывают постоянство и надежность процесса производства лекарственного препарата от серии к серии и для каждой единицы дозированной лекарственной формы. The technological process of the preparation «Gluconil®, coated tablets, 1000 mg» was validated. For each critical stage of the process, the optimal parameters of the technological process are determined, a list of controlled quality indicators affecting the safety and efficacy of the medicinal product, and the criteria for their acceptability are established, a rational scheme for sampling is developed, ensuring their representativeness. The results obtained in the production of three industrial validation batches prove the consistency and reliability of the production process of the medicinal product from batch to batch and for each unit of the dosage form.

For the problem of routing tool movements between processing zones, in a formulation close to the traveling salesman problem, a method for calculating the minimum route, as a rule, leading to an optimum on tests with dimensions of up to 150 zones, is proposed and tested.

The actual problem of choosing a rational scheme of movement from one and two bases when delivering cargo along circular routes with a limited number of unloading points is considered. The amount of cargo at the bases is not limited. The same quantity of goods is delivered to each point. The objective function is the minimum length of all routes. To solve the problem, an im-proved model of the method of fictitious nodes and branches has been developed, according to which the databases can be visited repeatedly. The fulfillment of restrictions on the number of vis-iting points is achieved by blocking branches with the maximum score on the decision tree. The proposed solution algorithm is demonstrated by a numerical example for three circular routes with three points in each.

The porpoise of the research is to develop technological schemes of overburden rocks extraction on the outstripping overburden bench with a further rational scheme choice in the curvilinear quarry contour conditions. Research methods – theoretical and experimental; graphic-analytical method; method of statistical and system analysis; method of technical and economic analysis for the selection of effective technological schemes for stripping operations. Research results. As a result of the research, possible options for the development of the outstrippingoverburden bench were considered. A comparative technical and economic assessment of possible options for the mining operations progress, taking into account the change in the length of the mining operations front, has been carried out. The selection and justification of the technological scheme for the outstripping overburden bench development with a rotary complex using a KU-800 excavator at the Motronivsky GOK quarry for the period of the mining operations front in the northern part of the quarry field has been performed. Scientific novelty. Possible directions of ensuring the required productivity of stripping operations on the outstripping ledge are proposed. The ratio of the prime cost of overburden development for the studied technological schemes has been established. The choice of a rational technological scheme with the lowest cost of stripping works has been made. Practical value. The performed research allow us to choose a rational scheme for performing stripping mining operations, taking into account the curvilinear contour of the quarry field and ensuring the required performance of stripping operations by ensuring the necessary advancement of the mining operation front on the above-ore and middle stripping benches. The expected technical and economic effect is expressed in a reduction in the overburden development cost due to the use of an efficient mining complex and a technological scheme for the overburden development.

The paper analyzes this day state of development and current trends in the forming of a rational scheme for servicing cargo delivery orders within the framework both individual enterprises and transport on the whole. It’s allowed to form the main purposes of the study this article. The scientific works about the cargo delivery improve-ment by the freight forwarding enterprise focus on the development of effective interaction between the process participants, but they don't consider possible changes in the execution of technological operations under the impact of relevant factors. It has been determined there is a need to choose a methodical approach to form a rational order servicing scheme to further reduce the cost of cargo delivery and accordingly to increase the profits of freight forwarding enterprise. Seven alternative schemes of servicing the order for the cargo delivery by the freight forwarding company have been proposed. They take into account the possible combinations of the relevant operations list execution that accompany the transport process organization and realization. The process of choosing a rational scheme for the cargo delivery is guided by the maximum profit and considers the established parameters, such as: the customer service scheme, the transportation distance, the volume of cargo. In order to obtain the most reliable data on the parameters of the transport process, the required number of observations has been determined; it amounted to 127 observations of the volume of shipment, and 142 ones of the delivery distanc-es. The developed plan of full-factorial experiment allows to adequately assessing the effect of initial parameters (a shipment volume and a delivery distance) on the efficiency criterion (an enterprise's profit). The model's reproducibility check was performed with use Cochran's criterion, that was amounted 0.9779; it means the experiment can will be reproduce. According to certain assumptions, values of initial data and duration of operations that were performed by the enterprise, it has been calculated the values of the elements of the estimation indicator – income and expenses for each scheme of service, as well as the efficiency criterion – the profit. On the basis of the regression analysis of the experiment's results, a regression model in linear form with a non-zero coefficient has been determined, in which each coefficient indicates the respective factor influence quantity on the resultant indicator – the profit. It is found this model is the most adequate because the value of the "R-square" is the largest and equal to 1. The results of the profit determination showed that the highest level of the indicator is achieved when servicing the order for cargo delivery of 21.45 tons for a distance of 1817 km according to the scheme service № 5; it is the least costly in terms of number of services, time of work execution, when the vehicles and handling machinery are used effectively enough. In this case the company makes a profit of 28951.86 UAH, which is many 26292.69 UAH than servicing the order the existing in the enterprise scheme № 2. This paper proposes a way to determine a rational connection between a two-section or three-section brake valve and the main brake system circuits of a wheeled vehicle equipped with simplex or duo-duplex brake gears. The aim is to determine a rational option to connect main brake system circuits with a brake valve to guarantee the maximum effectiveness of an emergency brake system if any device of the brake actuator of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle is out of order, using the methods of combinatorics. The feature of the proposed way, determining the rational connection of a brake valve with the main brake system circuits of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle, is the application of combinatorics methods, taking into account the features of a brake valve design. New mathematical interconnections between the quantities of the connection points of circuits and simplex and duo-duplex brake gears enable us to determine the rational scheme of the application of the brake gear circuits of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle. Mathematical expressions that enable us to compute the number of possible connection points of two-section and three-section brake gears and simplex and duo-duplex brake gears, which are installed on the axles of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle, have been determined. It is proposed to use a universal mathematical dependence to determine the number of rational options to connect the brake actuator circuits of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle. The diagram of the calculated scheme of the connection between circuits and the two-section or three-section brake valve of simplex or duo-duplex brake gears is presented. It simplifies the determination of the number of rational options to connect brake actuator circuits with the brake gears and brake valve of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle. In review the analysis of requirements to be fulfilled in accordance with international standards is provided and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the emergency brake system of some wheeled vehicles is carried out. The general concept to determine the rational layout of the emergency brake system of a multiaxle wheeled vehicle on the basis of the arrangement schemes of the connection between two-section or three-section brake valves and simplex and duo-duplex brake gears is proposed.

One of the reasons for the low demand for domestic textile fabrics is the incomplete satisfaction of consumers' requirements with regard to the quality and price of products, as well as the insufficient use of the Russian certification system as a source of reliable information (advertising) of quality as a set of consumer properties and safety of manufactured products. The paper tests cotton knitted fabrics with various attachments of synthetic fibers and provides recommendations for choosing a rational scheme for their certification in order to use them for the production of various layers of garments.
