PROPERTIES MEASUREMENT AND APPLICATIONS OF SOME GEOPOLYMERS IN DRY AND WET SAND

The interest in reducing carbon emissions due to the large number of industrial wastes led to the civil engineering sector’s interest in using these products for easy access and for their unique advantages in improving raw materials after mixing them and determining their optimal use ratios. Through experiments and continuous studies, three types of geopolymers were used for this study based on poor sandy soil and mixing it in certain proportions with geopolymers, recording and analysing the results and using it in the practical experiment by using a special model to shed the loads on a square footing and drawing the load - settlement curve that showed the improvement of the sandy soil’s ability to resist shear by increasing the loads and reducing the settlement in the foundations. the laboratory test proved improvement in the shear strength parameters in sandy soil after blending with geopolymers.

T-Inverse Exponential Family Of Distributions

Recently, several methods have been introduced to generate neoteric distributions with more exibility, like T-X, T-R [Y] and alpha power. The T-Inverse exponential [Y] neoteric family of distributons is proposed in this paper utilising the T-R [Y] method. A generalised inverse exponential (IE) distribution family has been established. The distribution family is generated using quantile functions of some dierent distributions. A number of general features in the T-IE [Y] family are examined, like mean deviation, mode, moments, quantile function, and entropies. A special model of the T-IE [Y] distribution family was one of those old distributions. Certain distribution examples are produced by the T-IE [Y] family. An applied case was presented which showed the importance of the neoteric family.

Features of the development and application of immersive technologies for the education and training of railway transport specialists

Discusses the problems of development computer model of railway station on base technology of complete immersing the user on object and process environment. The efficiency this model will be to reach because of certain psychological preparation. Complexity this technology, high dynamics of technological operations results in necessity of special preparation for the experts in model of complete immersing. The model of developing psychosocial competences of bank workers through volunteering

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью изучения и развития социально-психологических компетенций у банковских служащих. Оригинальность и новизна исследования связаны с уточнением понятия «профессиональная компетентность банковского работника»; определением структуры, содержания и критериев социально-психологической компетентности сотрудников банковской сферы; выбором волонтерской деятельности в качестве наиболее оптимального средства развития всех компонентов данного личностного образования. Представлены подробные результаты диагностики знаний (психологических особенностей клиентов банка, правил эффективного общения и др.), умений (молниеносно решать спорные ситуации, взаимодействовать с партнерами, развивать деловые отношения и др.), обобщенных способов деятельности (выполнения различных социальных ролей в группе и коллективе, лидерства и согласования действий с партнером) и личностных качеств сотрудников банка (ответственность, эмоциональная устойчивость, поведенческая регуляция, дисциплинированность и др.), позволяющих установить уровень развития их социально-психологических компетенций. В эксперименте приняли участие две группы респондентов по признаку участия или неучастия в добровольческой деятельности. Полученные эмпирические данные подтверждают целесообразность разработки и реализации специальной модели развития социально-психологических компетенций у банковских служащих на основе включения их в различные виды волонтерской работы и участия в программе социально-значимой деятельности банка. The topicality of the article is conditioned by the necessity of studying and developing psychosocial competences of bank workers. The originality and novelty of the research consist in elaborating the concept of bank worker’s professional competence, defining the structure, content and criteria of psychosocial competence of bank workers, and choosing volunteering as the most optimal means of developing all the components of personality. The authors present detailed results of surveying knowledge (psychological characteristics of bank clients, rules of effective communication, etc.), skills (swift conflict solving, interaction with partners, developing business relations, etc.), general activities (performing various social roles in a group and in a team, leadership and coordination of actions with partner) and personal qualities of bank workers (level of responsibility, emotional stability, behavioral regulation, level of discipline, etc.) allowing to determine the level of development of their psychosocial competences. Two groups of respondents, based on their involvement or noninvolvement in volunteering, took part in the research. The empirical data prove the necessity of designing and implementing a special model of developing psychosocial competences of bank workers through their involvement in all kinds of volunteering and participating in a bank’s program of social contribution activities.

ARTISTIC PRINCIPLES OF ACMEISM IN THE POETIC PRACTICE OF E. PLUZHNYK AND D. FALKIVSKYI

The purpose of the article is to explore the artistic realization of acmeistic principles in the poetic practice of E. Pluzhnik and D. Falkivsky.Research methods. The comparative-historical method is used in the work, which is realized through the study of the functioning of artistic principles of Russian acmeism in the works of Ukrainian poets E. Pluzhnyk and D. Falkivskkyi. Turning to the cultural-historical method helps to ensure the objectivity of the study, taking into account the facts of the worldview and cultural situation. The study combines receptive and hermeneutic methods, as well as general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and systematization of the studied materials.Results. Based on the study of T. Pakhareva, which identifies the main categories of acmeistic aesthetics which consist in the synthesis of historicism, cultural centrism and ethicocentrism, the author argues that the works of E. Pluzhnik and D. Falkivskkyi demonstrate typological closeness to an acmeism. The article clarifies that the creative realization of the principle of cultural centrism is realized in the works of E. Pluzhnik and D. Falkivskkyi through the understanding of cultural space as a means of forming ethical values of life. Ethicocentrism is connected with this category of acmeism, which is embodied in a special model of poetic behavior of E. Pluzhnik and D. Falkivskkyi, which fills life acts with aesthetic activity. The connection of history with personal destiny, with moral choice, complex dramatic nature of perception of the events of the revolution and civil war, a sense of responsibility to the future for the cruelty of the modern era and the catastrophic worldview in the works of E. Pluzhnik and D. Falkivskkyi is one of the main markers of acmeist poetry.Conclusions. The article concludes that the poetic practice of E. Pluzhnyk and D. Falkivskkyi demonstrates the appeal to the artistic principles of acmeism, which is realized through the categories of cultural centrism, ethicocentrism, historicism, and testifies to the typological closeness to the work of N. Gumilev, O. Mandelstam and A. Akhmatova.Key words: acmeistic poetics, historicism, culturocentrism, ethicocentrism, lyrical hero, artistic principles, artistic world. Мета. Метою статті полягає у прагненні дослідити художню реалізацію акмеїстичних принципів в поетичній практиці Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського.Методи дослідження. У роботі використано порівняльно-історичний метод, якій реалізовано через вивчення функціону-вання художніх принципів російського акмеїзму в творах українських поетів Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського. Звернення до культурно-історичного методу сприяє забезпеченню об’єктивності дослідження, врахування фактів світобачення та культурної ситуації. У дослідженні здійснюється поєднання рецептивного й герменевтичного методів, а також загальнонаукових методів аналізу, синтезу та систематизації досліджуваних матеріалів.Результати. На основі дослідження Т. Пахарєвої, в якому визначені головні категорії акмеїстичної естетики, що полягають в синтезі історизму, культуроцентризму, етікоцентрізму, автор статті доводить, що поезії Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського демонструють типологічну близькість до російського акмеїзму. У статті з’ясовано, що творча реалізація принципу культуро-центризму реалізовано в творах Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського через усвідомлення культурного простору як засобу формування етичних цінностей життя. Із цією категорією акмеїзму пов’язаний етікоцентрізм, що втілюється в особливу модель поетичної поведінки Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського, яка наповнює життєві акти естетичною діяльністю. Зв’язок історії з особистісною долею, з моральним вибором, складний драматичний характер сприйняття подій революції та громадянської війни, відчуття власної відповідальності перед майбутнім за жорстокість сучасної епохи, катастрофізм світосприйняття у творах Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського – виступають маркерами акмеїстичної поетики.Висновки. У статті зроблено висновок про те, що поетична практика Є. Плужника та Д. Фальківського демонструє звернення до художніх принципи акмеїзму, що реалізовано через категорії культуроцентризму, етікоцентрізму, історизму, та свідчить про типологічну близькість до творчості М. Гумільова, О. Мандельштама та А. Ахматової.Ключові слова: акмеїстична поетика, історизм, культуроцентризм, етікоцентрізм, ліричний герой, художній світ.

The research problem scrutinized in this article is the identification of the factors that led to the formation within the Soviet bloc of a particular relationship between the hegemonic state – the ussr – and the smallest one – Albania. This study, based primarily on documents from Soviet archives, examines the causes for the emergence and growth of differences between the ussr and Albania, spanning the period from the death of Stalin to the open showdown at the meetings of the Communist Parties in Bucharest in 1960. Tirana embarked on the path of distancing itself from the Soviet Union, gradually drifting towards China, and began laying the foundation for its own special model of socialism. As a result, by the beginning of the 1960s, differences reached such a level that Soviet-Albanian conflict became inevitable.
