This paper proposes an adaptive anti-sway controller for uncertain overhead cranes. The state-space model of the 2D overhead crane with the system parameter uncertainties is shown firstly. Next, the adaptive controller which can adapt with the system uncertainties and input disturbances is established. The proposed controller has ability to move the trolley to the destination in short time and with small oscillation of the load despite the effect of the uncertainties and disturbances. Moreover, the controller has simple structure so it is easy to execute. Also, the stability of the closed-loop system is analytically proven. The proposed algorithm is verified by using Matlab/Simulink simulation tool. The simulation results show that the presented controller gives better performances (i.e., fast transient response, position tracking, and low swing angle) than the state feedback controller when there exist system parameter variations as well as input disturbances.

This Article aims to explain how the West Java Quick Response position in the West Java regional government system 2018-2020 as an auxiliary institution outside the main government institutions is a new problem in the West Java regional government system. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The number of informants are 11 people who are determined proportionally. The results showed that the position of West Java Quick Response in the local government system in West Java 2018-2020 by looking at the two principles of independent institution criteria, namely First, the Policy Principle, and second, the Tenure or not-Political Party Principle. It can be concluded that West Java's Quick Response position in the regional government system of West Java 2018-2020 is not only a supporting institution, which helps, and supports humanitarian and social tasks, as well as the political stability of the governor of West Java as the regional head. West Java Quick Response in addition to being an innovation in West Java regional government in an effort to realize Good Governance. Although the position JQR cause problem, but it is also an effective step in the politics of the governor of West Java in carrying out leadership as the regional head in the government of West Java.

Abstract. Previous research indicated that congruency between stimulus location and response position (spatial stimulus-response correspondence [SRC]) and stimulus motion and response movement congruency (motion SRC) are distinct SRC phenomena. This study further explored this issue and tested whether these two SRC effects are independent. This was conducted by investigating these two SRC effects in a single task. A stimulus with leftward or rightward motion was presented on the left or the right side of the screen and the participant had to move the joysticks held with the left and right hands leftward or rightward in response to the stimulus color. In this setting, the stimulus and response shared two types of correspondence: spatial and motion. The results demonstrated that two SRC effects occurred and interacted (interaction evident only in reaction times [RTs]). RT distribution analysis and accuracy delta plots for each SRC effect indicated that spatial and motion SRC are distinct phenomena based on different processes.
