Design & Fabrication of Intelligent Bumper and Braking System

In today’s world automation is increasing day by day which includes Pneumatic technology, it had gained tremendous importance from old age & coal mining to modern machines like heavy machinery’s & even in space robot’s. to surf along with the study or market research one should must have knowledge in pneumatic system. The main course of this project is to study on pneumatics’ and to relate the topic in the project. In that case we designed and fabricated Intelligent electronically controlled automotive bumper activation called “PNEUMATIC BUMPER & BRAKING SYSTEM”. This system has a ARDUINO UNO as a micro controller, IR transmitter & Receiver circuit & Pneumatic actuators used as braking & bumper system. Now a day’s accident is a huge problem especially in INDIA due to improper construction of road and tracks. To overcome this problem this project helps in minimizing the accidents & greatest damage to the person if accident takes place.

At this time the Indonesian people are faced with various kinds of problems in terms of waste, if people have knowledge of the use of waste in the surrounding environment then this problem will be overcome, for example waste originating from coconut shells, wood, sawdust and palm shells that can used as charcoal and biomass fuel. In making briquettes with the dimensions and shape of briquettes that are uniform, then a tool designed with pneumatic technology. Because in pneumatic air pressure can be adjusted as needed. Pneumatic technology is a tool that can work (move) by utilizing air pressure from the compressor. Pneumatic works as movers, regulators, controllers and connect work processes.The advantages of pneumatic work systems are the availability of air that is not limited, easily distributed, flexibility, temperature, safe, clean, transfer of power and speed that is easily set. Based on the results of the design of the briquette maker on the process of making briquettes with a pneumatic system capable of speeding up the production time of briquette production and briquette size of 66 mm diameter and 100 cm height, determining the pressure on making briquettes that are uniform according to the weight and shape of the briquettes. Pressing the pressure of 6 bars produces a planned target product of 5 molding on wood briquette press machine but the results of the sawdust are broken and messy due to lack of adhesive and wood powder must be soft in small particles. Preliminary System and Hardware Design for Guardian, a Low-cost Automatic Pill Dispenser with Pneumatic Technology

This paper presents on-going progress on Guardian, a low-cost automatic pill dispenser aimed to help the elderly community to take their medication on time. The device is composed of a cylindrical body with a pneumatically powered system and rotating robotic arm in the center column as its core technology. Research and Development of Microcomputer Control Pneumatic Technology Comprehensive Experiment Equipment

To meet the experimental requirements of university, we develop a new pneumatic circuit using the PLC control directly drive a large number of low power electromagnetic valves that execute components’ (straight cylinder, cycloidal cylinder) action by computer programming control, through the RS - 232 and PLC communication. This pneumatic circuit has integration of machinery and electricity, which has been proved to be a very good experimental instrument.
