Purpose This study examines reframing an organization that permitted three typically siloed university programs to collaborate around a shared experience focused on teaching, leadership, evaluation, and applied learning. Design Participants were seven faculty members who designed and implemented the shared experience. Data sources included participants’ responses to a feedback survey, meeting notes, and project documents. The data were coded and grouped based on themes. Findings Themes revealed challenges and advantages faculty experienced during the project. Challenges included creating shared expectations, technology, and continuity with student evaluators. Advantages included reflecting on teaching practices, frameworks, instructional strategies, and professional goals. Originality Despite the difficulty and rarity of cross-program collaborations, this study demonstrates how such efforts may incorporate best practices in preparing educators.

Each Prime Minister has his or her own leadership and achievements while leading the development of the nation-state. Mahathir Mohamad's leadership and achievements in driving Malaysia's modernization are well known because the effort has succeeded in benefiting Malaysians so that he can be appointed as the Father of Malaysian Modernization. The effectiveness of his leadership can be assessed based on the achievements that have been successfully achieved by the country through the implementation of actions and policies that he led throughout leading the country. Therefore, this article aims to discuss the elements of Mahathir's leadership by tracing his leadership when implementing actions and policies to modernize Malaysia so that it can achieve a proud achievement in the context of the development of the Malaysian nation. This study uses the method of document analysis by analyzing the text of Mahathir's speech as the main source and applying thematic analysis as an analysis approach. The text of the speech was analyzed thematically to identify the themes that exist and refer to the elements of leadership applied by him throughout the implementation of actions and policies to modernize the country. The results of the analysis show that there are 11 elements of leadership practiced by Mahathir such as injecting intellectual, injecting motivation, practicing good values in governing, valuing togetherness, exhibiting ideal influence, organized in leadership, assertive in leading, far-sighted, considerate of each individual, appreciating the contribution of the people, and confident in the ability to lead. Indirectly, the results of the analysis reflect that a country can achieve a proud achievement in the process of modernization if the country's leaders practice certain elements of leadership. The implications of this study, first, reflect the importance of a leader's leadership evaluation based on the achievements that have been achieved because it can identify a set of leadership elements practiced by the leader. Second, it reflects the importance of the role of leaders in determining and shaping the definition of nation-state development that should be highlighted in a country. The contribution of this study is to introduce a leadership model framework based on Mahathir's achievements throughout his administration of the Malaysian nation. In addition, it gives an overview of the elements of his leadership as a successful national leader. This leadership model framework is also suitable to be applied by leaders or related parties involved or interested in leadership-related discussions.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemimpin di BAZNAS Karawang dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui implementasi kepemimpinan di BAZNAS Karawang. Dan Untuk mengetahui evaluasi kepemimpinan di BAZNAS Karawang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk subyek penelitian adalah ketua BAZNAS Karawang beserta staffnya. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pemimpin BAZNAS Karawang telah mampu menjadikan para pegawainya untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya, peningkatan kinerja tersebut dibentuk melalui kebijakan umum dan spesifik yang dibuatnya agar para pegawai tetap disiplin, selain itu mengimplementasikan kepemimpinannya dengan cara membuat membuat pelatihan, menciptakan situasi harmonis, memberikan penghargaan dan juga menekankan motivasi ibadah menjadikan para pegawai tidak hanya mumpuni dalam bekerja namun juga loyal terhadap BAZNAS sehingga bekerja dengan sepenuh hati, dan melalui evaluasi yang diadakannya menjadikan segala kesalahan yang pernah terjadi dapat diminimalisir untuk kedepannya. The purpose of this research is to find out the leader policy in BAZNAS Karawang in improving employee performance. To find out the implementation of leadership in BAZNAS Karawang. And to find out the leadership evaluation at BAZNAS Karawang. This study included qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. For research subjects, the chairman of BAZNAS Karawang and his staff. The results found in this study are that the BAZNAS leaders in Karawang have been able to make their employees continue to improve their performance, performance improvements are formed through general and specific policies that are made so that employees remain disciplined, besides implementing leadership by making training, creating harmonious situation, giving awards and also emphasizing the motivation of worship makes the employees not only capable in working but also loyal to BAZNAS so work by wholeheartedly, and through the evaluation made all the mistakes that have occurred can be minimized in the future.

Teachers’ job satisfaction is the teacher's perception of what he has obtained, through the indicators compiled. In this study the indicators used are the fields of promotion, salary and incentives, promotions, coworkers as well as supervisory and leadership evaluation. The purpose of this research is to look at the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public  primary schools on Pulau Rimau. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). The number of objects in this study were five public  primary schools. The results obtained from the research that has been done are stated that the level of satisfaction of teachers who teach in public  primary schools in the Pulau Rimau region is included in the quite high category, but in the field of salary and incentives is an area with the highest average value of job satisfaction low.
