Diffraction grating is a kind of very sophisticated optical element, It is usually used diamond ruled grating. Edge radius is one of the important parameters of diamond ruled grating, the effect of the edge radius to diffraction efficiency and ruled depth is analyzed by the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis in this paper. Get the influence law of diffraction efficiency, ruled depth and the ruling force, which has provided the theory basis for correctly precision edge radius.

The influence of corona charging on holographic recording in acrylamide-based photopolymer nanocomposite containing MFI zeolite nanoparticles has been studied. The holographic recording was carried out in two different geometries — transmission grating recording and total internal reflection grating recording. During the recording process, the layers were charged in a corona field. It was observed that independently of the corona polarity, in the case of transmission geometry of recording, the corona charging led to a decrease in the diffraction efficiency (DE) of the grating. In the case of the total internal reflection grating, the DE increased in the corona field presence.

The article considers the results of research conducted during electric contact heating of rye-wheat dough pieces. It is established that the electrical conductivity of the crumb dough does not depend on the total humidity of the material, but mainly on the amount of free moisture. Using the current and temperature graphs, you can imagine how free moisture changes during the baking process and the influence of the thermophysical and colloidal process on the change in the value of free moisture. Experimentally determined the amount of heat that is spent on baking 1 kg of bread. The accuracy of the theoretical calculation of this parameter in the heat balance of the baking chamber is confirmed.
