MOOCs create enormous learning opportunities for those who are interested to learn new courses irrespective of curriculum. MOOCs provide learners to access resources from anywhere. With the changes in technology and availability of various tech gadgets people are interested to get access of1 resources in these gadgets and are interested to learn online rather than traditional mode. By identifying the shift in learning process of learners most of the Universities are offering online modules in the form of MOOCs and they also made it as a part of curriculum. This paper mainly focuses on historical background, types, essential characteristics, trends, advantages and disadvantages of MOOCs.

In the process of learning teaching the most important aspects of it is classroom management. Classroom management must be mastered by teachers in a theoretical and practical way. Teachers should understand how to organize and utilize all the facilities and infrastructure in the learning process to learn effectively and in fun. Sitting formation Setup is one of the most enjoyable and effective class management components because it can involve all students and teachers more able to know and understand the ability of pupils with all the advantages and disadvantages. Various seating models with all advantages and disadvantages can be tested to maximize the utilization of school facilities and infrastructure and motivate students in the teaching and learning process.

In 2011, the staff of the Department of Plastic Surgery, Sechenov University (Moscow, Russia), organized three-stage microsurgical courses. Having analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the previous practical course, it was created according to the principle “from simple to complex”, integrating theoretical material into the practical preparation for the formation of a microsurgical outlook.According to the authors, dividing the learning process into short-term stages allows students to gradually immerse themselves in the microsurgical world, while they themselves regulate the frequency of training and the need for further improvement of skills. Due to the phasing, the course becomes more accessible and makes it possible to popularize microsurgery as a universal method for solving surgical problems.

This study is focused on the advantages and disadvantages of using a digital portfolio to improve the learning and evaluation processes in the initial teacher training of 4th-year students in the University of Seville (Spain). One of the interests of this research was to compare the learning capacities perceived by the students to improve their learning process before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative, descriptive methodology was applied, identifying the most relevant dimensions, categories and codes for the analysis, management and interpretation of the opinions of the students, with a research triangulation (Cohen’s kappa coefficient) and a coding performed using the ATLAS.ti 8.4 software. The results show that the advantages with greater percentage correspond to the following categories: learning, usefulness of OneDrive, autonomy and evaluation. The greatest disadvantages detected were: time, uncertainty, usefulness of OneDrive and autonomy. There are differences in the perceptions of the students, between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, about the learning capacities developed with the use of digital portfolio, since they consider that they have acquired more significant learning, greater self-regulation of their learning and greater reflection capacity.

The principal is the key person in achieving the school's vision, mission and goals. Based on Minister of National Education Regulation Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standards for Principals / Madrasas that the qualifications of principals / madrasas consist of general qualifications and special qualifications. In addition to having to meet the qualifications, a school principal must fulfill personal, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision and social competencies. Supervision competence is the competence of principals who need to get serious attention including, 1) Planning academic supervision programs, 2) Carrying out academic supervision of teachers by using appropriate supervision approaches and techniques, 3) Following up on academic supervision results. The principal must prepare an academic supervision plan starting from the academic supervision schedule, the techniques to be used in academic supervision and the instruments that will be used in implementing academic supervision. The implementation of supervision can be in the form of performance evaluation by checking various administrative features that have been prepared by the teachers and conducting class visits to observe the course of the learning process. Follow-up results of the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the principal are done through the delivery of the results of the implementation of supervision both related to the advantages and disadvantages.

Improving oral bioavailability of drugs those given as solid dosage forms remains a challenge for the formulation scientists due to solubility problems. The dissolution rate could be the rate-limiting process in the absorption of a drug from a solid dosage form of relatively insoluble drugs. Therefore increase in dissolution of poorly soluble drugs by solid dispersion technique presents a challenge to the formulation scientists. Solid dispersion techniques have attracted considerable interest of improving the dissolution rate of highly lipophilic drugs thereby improving their bioavailability by reducing drug particle size, improving wettability and forming amorphous particles. The term solid dispersion refers to a group of solid products consisting of at least two different components, generally a hydrophilic inert carrier or matrix and a hydrophobic drug. This article reviews historical background of solid dispersion technology, limitations, classification, and various preparation techniques with its advantages and disadvantages. This review also discusses the recent advances in the field of solid dispersion technology. Based on the existing results and authors’ reflection, this review give rise to reasoning and suggested choices of carrier or matrix and solid dispersion procedure.

This paper describes the supercharged steam-generating cycle as currently employed in the U. S. Navy. In this cycle gas pressure in the boiler varies with load to a design peak of five atmospheres. The boiler receives its air for combustion from an air compressor which is powered by boiler exhaust gases expanding through a gas turbine. A historical background of the cycle and its components follows. Since a number of systems of the supercharged type have been and are being subjected to test at the Naval Boiler and Turbine Laboratory, the components of the systems, with particular emphasis on the boilers, are described. Advantages and disadvantages of the system are detailed and evaluated. The conclusion is that advantages are significant and that suspected problems or disadvantages do not need to exist if it is understood that the supercharged steam generator is regarded as not just another boiler, but rather as a precision piece of equipment. The test program at the Naval Boiler and Turbine Laboratory is defined as to scope and objectives. Test results are discussed and modifications required as a result of tests are described. Finally, there is a short review of shipboard operating experience to the present time. A major point developed is that the introduction of a new type boiler to the Navy's Fleet required an RDT&E effort, a full-scale test program, a new appreciation of the art of boiler design and manufacture, and a realistic and well-defined training program, plus the development of new ancillary equipment. The most important of the other equipments required is, of course, a compact and reliable supercharger set (air compressor and gas turbine) to provide air for combustion. The successful design of a compact supercharger set is the key to the use of the supercharged steam cycle.

Web technologies are changing old patterns of learning. Online learning is simultaneously a tool and a challenge in improving our learning process because working online is a fundamental competence for today's society. Rethinking needs and course design for online learning to be applied to all subjects at all levels (digital natives and digital immigrants as well) is, maybe, the biggest challenge in education. It is necessary to give teachers adequate training to teach using technologies in a way that supports specific pedagogical mode. Online learning for adult learners has both advantages and disadvantages. Research into online learning is an emerging field and all of this information has practical implication for design and tutoring online activities in the case of adult learners.
