The existing research study was aimed to study the organizational citizenship behaviour of teachers at Secondary level. The nature of this research study was descriptive and gathered the data by survey method. Hundred male and hundred female teachers teaching at Secondary level were chosen by stratified sampling technique from the Islamabad Model Secondary Schools. A standardized questionnaire based on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (OCBS) of 24 items developed by Podsakoff and Moorman (1995) was employed to gather data which have five subscales. Mean, Standard deviation, an independent sample t-test and ANOVA were applied for data analysis. The consciousness dimension has shown high mean score value as compare to the other dimensions of OCB. An independent t-test was employed to see the major difference regarding OCB of male and female teachers. Results indicated that there is a substantial difference in OCB between male and female teachers, moreover results also displays that male teachers have considerably higher level of OCB than female teachers. There is no significant difference found in OCB of teachers based on their marital status and age group. Educational administration should work out on fostering a perception of OCB in their institutions to improve their teaching standard and teachers should also be given incentives by their heads in order to exhibit high level of OCB that will be resulted in their improved performance.

In the research paper author has studied the interest in mathematics subject of secondary level students. Author has selected the financed high school level students affiliated to U.P. Secondary school council Allahabad and used self constructed interest scale for measuring their interest in mathematics subject. Data collection has done on the 100 students sample by survey method in the study sex. Subject and habitat variations have classified. Statistical method for data analysis mean standard deviation and C.R-value has calculated. In was revealed that mathematical interest of science students was significantly higher than arts students but there was no significant difference of mathematical interest of male and female students as well as rural and urban students. Author felt the necessity to increase their interest in mathematics.

The purpose of this study was to investigate "the comparison of students' perceptions concerning their teachers' classroom management skills at secondary level. From each school five teachers was selected as a sample or respondents; in these way 280 teachers were selected as a sample of the study. The sample of the study was finalized by using John Curry formula. For analysis Mean, Standard deviation and t-test were used. This insignificance dissimilarity amid the views of male and female learners reflects that both male and female teachers properly manage their classroom management skills. Analysis presented no noteworthy dissimilarity amid the opinions of urban and rural students regarding their teachers' class room management skills. This insignificant dissimilarity amid the opinions of urban and rural learners reflects that teachers accurately accomplish teachers' class room management skills.

The study aimed to compare the emotional techniques of males and females at the elementary school level in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The nature of this study was descriptive, and a cross-sectional survey was applied for the collection of data. All male and female teachers working in the elementary school of district Sudhnuti were the population of the study. Three hundred nine elementary school teachers of District Sudhnuti were selected by using a random sampling technique. A questionnaire was developed to collect data based on a five-point Like rt scale from elementary school teachers. For data collection, the researcher collected the data personally from the nearest areas while using the postal service for far-flung areas. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed by using mean scores and an independent sample t-test. It was found that there is a significant difference in the mean score of male and female teachers regarding motivational techniques. Furthermore, female teachers are using all the motivational techniques instead of male teachers.

The aim of this research paper is to find out job satisfaction among male and female teachers in Faridabad schools. Total number of 100 teachers was assigned in two groups of male and female teachers in primary and senior sections. A survey type study was designed to find out the job satisfaction and occupational stress among teachers. In this study the tool was used Job Satisfaction Scale (J.S.S) by Dr. Amar Singh and Dr. D. R. Sharma. Data was treated by Mean, SD, and T-Test. The finding of the study revealed that there was a significant difference among teachers in their job satisfaction and occupational stress.

This study aims to analyse the water usage practices difference based on gender among Form Four students in Northern Kinta district, Perak. This study used quantitative (survey) method and involved a sample of 420 students who are selected using a stratified random sampling method from thirteen schools. The data were collected through a questionnaire which focuses on the five aspects of the variables namely knowledge, values, skills, attitudes and practices of sustainable usage of water. Inferential analysis (t-test) is used to answer the objective of the study. The findings of the t-te`st analysis show that there is no significant difference in terms of knowledge, values, skills and practices of sustainable usage of water based on students’ gender. Furthermore, the t-test analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the attitude of water consumption between male and female students. This shows that there is no difference in the practice of water usage among students based on gender. Nevertheless, aspects of attitudes need to be addressed so that male and female students are always positive towards water saving practices in order to achieve sustainable water management.

The study investigated the attitude of teachers towards the teaching of sexuality education in federal government colleges in Nigeria. In order to carry out the investigation, three hypotheses were formulated. An instrument known as “teachers’ attitude towards teaching of sexuality education” (TATTOSE), was used to obtain information from the respondents. The instrument had a reliability coefficient of 0.79. It also had language appropriateness, content and facial validity. Four research assistants were used to administer 580 copies of the questionnaire to the respondents. Five hundred and twenty eight copies were retrieved showing 91.03 percent return rate. The data collected from the field were analyzed using t-test statistics. The research found out that there was no significant difference in the attitude of male and female teachers towards the teaching of sexuality education, that there was significant difference in the attitude of less experienced and experienced teachers towards the teaching of sexuality education. Finally, the study also revealed that there was no significant difference in the attitude of married and unmarried teachers towards teaching of sexuality education in Nigeria. One of the recommendations is that a curriculum of sexuality education should be drawn up for secondary schools.

Background: Self- concept is accompanied by an understanding you have of yourself that’s based on your personal experiences, body image, the thoughts you have about yourself, and how you tend to label yourself in different situations. The purpose of this study was to measure the various aspects of self-concept of intermediate arts school students. Methods: Two groups were selected one is male and the other is female, both groups have 50 students. Each group has 25 male and 25 female students. Data were collected from the Delhi and National capital Region School students. In this research paper “self-concept questionnaire” by Dr. R.K. Saraswat was used. The scale consists of 48 items. “t” test was used for analysis. Results: The first group of male has standard deviation 17.31 and female group has standard deviation 16.05 hence the value of “t” test is 0.45.It shows that value is insignificant. There is no significance difference in the total self concept among male and female intermediate arts school students. Conclusion: In the present research study it is found that, In the present research study it is found that there is no significant difference among the total self concept and dimensions of self concept of male and female intermediate arts school students

Introduction: Job satisfaction is a complex function of a number of variables related to the teachers demographic characters, the work itself, pay, work responsibilities, variety of tasks, promotional opportunities, and relation with co-workers etc. A person may be satisfied with one or more aspects of his/her job but at the same time may be unhappy with other things related to the job. Teachers job satisfaction is associated with teachers effectiveness which ultimately affects students achievements. Job satisfaction has been variously linked with increased performance and negatively with absenteeism and turn over. Methodology: It was a cross sectional type of descriptive study, conducted in 10 medical colleges , of these 5 were non government and 5 were public medical colleges for one year (July 2011 to June 2012) with the aim to determine the medical teachers who were more satisfied with their job . Total respondents were 218 teachers selected by convenience sampling,working in preclinical, para clinical and clinical departments of those medical colleges. Pretested, self-administered, structured , anonymous, using English ,questionnaires with Likert scale was used for data collection . Comparison of satisfaction level between male and female teachers, teachers working in nongovernment and government medical colleges, in central and peripheral medical colleges, senior and junior teachers were done by applying unpaired t test. The level of significance was considered as < 0.05 and confidence interval was 95%. 41% teachers were female, 87% were married and 81% had post graduate degrees. Results : Mean age of the respondents were 42 years and they passed 3 years after last promotion. Regarding theme 1-7 there were no significant difference in satisfaction in male and female teachers but in theme 8 (central administration), p value of two tailed unpaired t test was .009. It means that female teachers were less satisfied than their male counter part regarding central administration .Among the 8 themes, central level teachers were more satisfied (p<.009) in relation with others. Teachers working in peripheral medical colleges were significantly (p <.001) more satisfied with facilities other than the salary. There were significant satisfaction among the teachers of private medical colleges in all the themes except clinical teachers satisfaction. Junior teachers were significantly less satisfied than their seniors in all aspects of their job. Conclusions :Teachers working in non government sectors were more satisfied than the teachers of government sectors in most of the cases. Male teachers are a bit more satisfied than their female counterpart .Satisfaction level is higher among senior teachers. Job satisfaction of clinical and non clinical teachers were similar except regarding facilities enjoyed other than the salary. Teachers were satisfied with their teaching related items but they were dissatisfied with administration. This study aims to prove that there is a difference of perception about ethics on tax evasion in UNISMA Bekasi students, based on selected study program and gender. The sample of this research is the students who have fulfilled the subject of taxation, at the Faculty of Economics (FE) and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP). Using independent t-test, the results showed that there was no significant difference of perception about tax evasion ethics between FE and FISIP students. But significant differences the perception of tax evasion ethics occur between accounting and management students at FE. Significant differences also did not occur between male and female students
