This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership and work motivation on teaching quality of teachers in  Ogan Komering Ulu Timur  (OKUT) vocational school. The formulation of the problem in this study: (1) is there an influence of the principal leadership on the quality of teacher teaching?, (2) is there an influence of teacher work motivation on teaching quality?, (3) is there an influence between principal leadership and work motivation on teaching quality of teacher in OKUT vocational school. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to see the effect partially between the existing variables. The results of this study obtained respondents' perceptions of the principal leadership obtained a score range of 116-150 and an average score of 130.79. Respondents' perceptions of performance motivation on teaching quality of teacher were obtained scores of 107-151 with a total score of 20191.00 and an average score of 134.43. The degree of influence of the principal leadership variable (X1) and the work motivation variable (X2) on teacher's teaching quality (Y) was 0.73 or 73%. Shows that teaching quality of teacher (Y) is jointly (simultaneously) influenced by the principal leadership variable (X1) and work motivation variable (X2) by 73% while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors outside the equation model.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

Educational governance in schools is closely related to the concept of leadership and the quality of teacher work. Of course, a good leader must be able to understand and carry out various leadership functions in moving his teacher. So that the goals of the educational institutions he leads can be realized immediately. This study aims to examine the principal's leadership function and its contribution to teacher performance in minority Muslim schools. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of 30 teachers. The entire population was sampled using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The inferential analysis used a simple linear regression model. The results showed that: principals were able to carry out leadership functions well (76,7%), teacher performance is in the medium category (59,8%), and principal leadership contributes positively and significantly to teacher performance in Muslim minority areas. It can be concluded that, if the leadership functions are carried out properly, the teacher's performance will increase.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara: 1) kreativitas guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , 2) motivasi kerja guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , dan 3) kreativitas dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi korelasional dengan melibatkan 33 orang sampel yang dipilih secara dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknikanalisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakanuji regresi sederhana danuji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; 1) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 3) kreativitas guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut hanya dapat dimasukkan dalam kategori sedang, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam mengajar perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor lain seperti: gaji, jaminan kerja, jaminan hari tua, penghargaan atas prestasi kerja, dan sebagainya. Kata kunci: kreativitas, motivasi, mutupembelajaran Abstract [The Relationship Between Teachers’ Creativity and Motivation Toward Learning Improvement]. This research aim at determine the correlation between the creativity of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, the work motivation of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, and the creativity and the work motivation of eachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. This research employed a method of correlation description with 33 Islamic education teacher were selected as sample by means of census sampling. Technique of collecting data employed questionnaire. Technique of data analysis began with prerequisite of normality and linearity. Hypothesis used test of simple regression and double regression.The study revealed that teacher creativity affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, as well as teacher work motivation affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. Futhermore, analysis show that teacher creativity as well as teacher work motivation affects simultaneously on the learning quality of Islamic Education. In conclusion, the average value of those three variables may be only included into medium category. Thus, to increase teacher performance, it needs other factors, such as; salary, job guarantee, pension, appreciation of work achievement, etc. Keywords: Creativity, Motivation, Learning Quality

Abstract: The formulation of this study is review the influence of functional training planners to the quality planners, the influence of work motivation to the quality of planner, and the influence of functional training planners and motivation to work together to the quality of Bappenas planners. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling with a number of sample sizes of 137 people. Furthermore, the data obtained, processed and analyzed with SPSS 19.0 for windows Program by performing statistical test, those are the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between functional training planners to quality planners, work motivation to quality planners, and the influence of the two together to the quality planner. The dimension of functional training planners that have an influence to the quality of planners is the management and faculty training. In addition, the study is also found that the dimension of work motivation which has an influence to the quality of planners is the need for achievement and the need for power. Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Quality Planner Abstrak: Perumusan penelitian ini mengkaji besarnya pengaruh diklat fungsional perencana terhadap kualitas perencana, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas perencana, dan pengaruh diklat fungsional perencana dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas perencana Bappenas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perencana di Bappenas tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah ukuran sampel 137 orang. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh, diolah dan dianalisa  dengan bantuan program SPSS 19.0 for windows dengan melakukan uji statistik yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara diklat fungsional perencana terhadap kualitas perencana, motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas perencana, dan pengaruh keduanya secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas perencana. Dimensi diklat fungsional perencana yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah pengelolaan dan tenaga pengajar diklat. Selain itu, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa dimensi motivasi kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah kebutuhan akan prestasi dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dampak gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Jumlah anggota populasi adalah 31 orang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau sensus. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung kepada responden untuk mencari data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan hasil pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, variabel budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, maka SMP Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan motivasi.  Dengan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter untuk merancang strategi dimasa yang akan datang guna meningkatkan kinerja guru. AbstractThis study aims to examine the impact of principals' leadership style, school culture, and motivation on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar Middle School. The number of members of the population is 31 people. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a questionnaire or census. The research instrument in this study is a questionnaire that was distributed directly to respondents to look for data related to this study. The data analysis method used is the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the study and the results of data collection showed that partially, the principal leadership style variable had a significant effect on teacher performance, the school culture variable had a significant effect on teacher performance, and the motivation variable had a significant effect on teacher performance. The empirical findings indicate that to improve teacher performance, Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar Middle School needs to pay attention to the factors that influence teacher performance, such as principals' leadership, school culture, and motivation. Because by knowing the effect of the relationship can be used as a parameter to design a strategy in the future to improve teacher performance.

ABSTRACT             Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on the employees’ work performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable conducted at the National Land Agency, the Regency of Bekasi. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 103 respondents out of a population consisting of 140 employees. Meanwhile, the data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination and simultaneous coefficient. Based on the study results, it reveals that (i) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (ii) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (iii) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, performance, (iv) compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance, (v) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance, (vi) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (vii) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance. The two independent variables, i.e., work motivation and compensation, have a partial effect and can also work together (simultaneously) and have a positive and significant effect which can be proven by all the results of the proven hypotheses.

This study aimed to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogical competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. The findings indicate that principal leadership has a considerable effect on teacher performance and that teacher work motivation greatly affects teacher performance. Principal leadership and teacher work motivation have a major impact on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogic competency. Objective - This study aims to examine and analyze micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) coaching program and to obtain an empirical evidence regarding the effect of MSMEs coaching program on the quality of financial statements. Methodology/Technique - This study was conducted using quantitative descriptive method and statistical analysis using a sample of 50 entrepreneurs in several MSMEs coaching program institutions in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Findings - The result shows that all objectives of MSMEs coaching program classified as good with the value of mean above 3.43. Furthermore, the hypothesis proposed in this study shows that MSMEs coaching program has a significant effect on the quality of financial statements.
