Sukabumi Cyber City (SSC) is the flagship program of Sukabumi City Government in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) in providing faster and cheaper public services. The focus of the study is to describe the development of the SSC program as a medium for communication and information, as well as to explain the policy of development of government apparatus resources in support of the program. The research is qualitative descriptive, by conducting in-depth interviews with key informants within the Office of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Sukabumi City. The result of the research shows that the development of cyber-city concept has been done in synergy with all existing working units of the regional apparatus, that is by bringing together the common commitment and responsibility in facing the development strategy of ICT area continuously. Transparent information policy through this program is technically still lacking, because the process of screening news content must be through the stakeholders (stakeholders). Development of education and training system in forming government apparatus resource is done by knowledge sharing which is based on learning by doing directly practiced every training material, while the quality of apparatus resource needs to be improved both from managerial aspect and technical capability in ICT field, and also support and the government's commitment to the concept of cyber-city that is aligned with the Jabar Cyber Province program.Keywords: Development, Sukabumi, cyber-city ABSTRAKSukabumi Cyber-city (SSC) merupakan program unggulan Pemerintah Kota Sukabumi di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih cepat dan murah. Fokus kajian adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan program SSC sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi, serta memaparkan kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya aparatur pemerintah dalam mendukung program tersebut. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci di lingkungan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan konsep cyber-city telah dilakukan secara sinerjis dengan seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah yang ada, yakni dengan menyatukan kesamaan komitmen dan tanggungjawab dalam menghadapi strategi pembangunan daerah TIK secara berkelanjutan. Kebijakan transparan informasi melalui program ini secara teknis masih kurang, karena proses screening konten berita harus melalui para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders). Pengembangan Sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam membentuk sumber daya aparatur pemerintah dilakukan dengan knowledge sharing yang berbasis pada learning by doing yang langsung dipraktekan setiap materi pelatihan, sedangkan kualitas sumber daya aparat perlu ditingkatkan , baik dari aspek manajerial maupun kemampuan teknis di bidang TIK, serta dukungan dan komitemen pemerintah terhadap konsep cyber-city yang diselaraskan dengan program Jabar Cyber Province.Kata kunci: pengembangan, Sukabumi, cyber-city

This study aims to figure out what the relationship of empowerment of SMEs through methods of zoning as marketing strategy of SMEs in two different markets (offline and online). The zoning strategy with information and communication system integrated brings together socialization and promotion in a market. This system can help the government in taking and formulating policies to unite SMEs in a new market by not leaving the old market. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive. There are three propositions produced in this initial research, the first; Offline and online marketing is very relevant for SMEs in Indonesia. Second; marketing information system is access for SMEs to find out the demand or market needs both domestically and internationally. And third; The zoning system can be used as an online development strategy for SMEs to synchronize two different markets, namely offline and online. Further research is needed to validate the propositions found, to generate hypotheses and empirical evidence, we recommend using mix methods for future research.

Break Even Point Analysis is an analysis that is used by the company to find out or planning on what the sales volume. The purpose of this study is to determine how determaining Break Even Point CV. Uul Anugerah Surabaya in 2011-2015 and to investigate the extent to which the role Break Even Point to the CV profit planning. Uul Anugerah Surabaya. The Conducted research approach is qualitative descriptive study, with data collection procedures used are interviews and documentation with data processing using descriptive analysis. Break Even Point has a significant role in the company, namely Break Even Point as a short-term planning tool, as a minimum sales information company, and as a tool for the development strategy to achieve the company's earnings. CV. Uul Anugerah management needs to maintain the achievement in 2011-2015 as well as the necessity of making a sales and costs per month as a material evaluation of progress made and the need for more promotions, more heavily in the consumer interest.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the excellent sector in Dharmasraya District and analyze the development strategy of the top sector in Dharmasaraya district. The study used secondary data using 17 research sectors in Dharmasraya District, during the year 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques are used to analyse superior sectors and analyze strategies to develop superior sectors using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift share analytical techniques. As for data processing using Microsoft Excel. Based on LQ and Shift Share calculations to classify commodities, the superior sector in Dharmasraya District is agriculture, forestry and fisheries, construction, information and communication, real estate, government administration, and social security, physical and social activities.Keywords : leading sector, LQ, shift share

Pantai Batu mejan (Echo Beach). Beach Echo Beach is located in the village of Canggu, northern district of Kuta, Badung regency. Distance traveled to this location approximately 14 km from the city of Denpasar. Many foreign tourists come this beach for sunbathing, swimming and surfing while enjoying the beautiful scenery at sunset (sunset). The beach is famous as a sport surf for foreign tourists. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of Echo Beach and to determine the development strategy in Echo Beach.                        The method of research is qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT approach. The technique of collecting data is divided into four: observation, in-depth  interview, documentation and literatureFor informants using purposive sampling technique. Results from this study is the tourism potential held in Turkish Echo Beach as a tourist attraction is the natural potential as sport surfing. Cultural potential that there is a sacred place (temple) and the Rejang Dance and Mask Dance. In anticipation of threats and weaknesses and increase the opportunity and power to develop the potential of Echo Beach Beach this to be sustainable, then reviewing the SWOT approach for Coastal Development Strategy in Echo Beach.   Key words: StrategyDevelopment, Potential Tourism, Coastal Tourism

                                The selection of this research topic is based on the seriousness of Semarang City Government to maximize the potential of culinary tourism. The development of culinary tourism is expected to support the existing tourism in SemarangCity. In this study,the researchers chose WaroengSemawis as the main focus of the research location. WaroengSemawis is a culinary night market located in the Chinatown area in ??Semarang City. Initially,WaroengSemawis was just a Lunar New Year SemawisMarket held only days before the Lunar New Yearday, but since 2004 WaroengSemawis became a regular event every weekend. There are many types of culinary available there, ranging from local cuisine to typical Chinese cuisine. In addition,there are also many historical Chinese templessurroundingWaroengSemawis area that have their own history as well.                                 The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential of culinary tourism and the development strategy of the culinary tourism particularly at WaroengSemawis in Semarang City. The data usediin thisiresearchiis theitypeiof qualitativeiidata, whileitheidataisourceiisiprimaryidataiandisecondaryiidata. Data collection is done by observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniqueusedin this study is SWOT to find out what strategies can be used. The results of this study indicate that there are still some shortcomings that must be developed by the management of WaroengSemawis. Theneed of additional public toilets, parking lots, as well as the addition of traditional culinary or culinary types of Semarang. By increasing some of these facilities, it can help boostingthe amenity and interest of tourists to visit WaroengSemawis so that it can leave a good impression on the tourists. Ubud is one of the famous tourist destinations in Bali apart of Kuta, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. The Ministry of Tourism proposed Ubud as first Gastronomic Destination in Indonesia with standard UNWTO. Aim of this study to design strategy developmnet of Balinese cuisine based on local tourists’ perception in Ubud. This study was conducted in 2018 by qualitative descriptive approach, the data were obtained through observation, interview, and questionnaire to local tourists have enjoying local cuisine at restaurant in Ubud. The data analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with theory Cultural Tourism and Perception theory. The study conclude is showed tourists’ perception of local culinary good with varietes menu, unique, nice presentation, strategic location, and hospitality staff as expectation but price was high no discount for customer, limited promotion and parking area of restaurant not comfortable. The development strategy strategies offered based on tourists’ perception are 1) holding street food, 2) increasing promotion, and 3) arranging the physical evidence of restaurant. Tourism sectors can be develop as a source of local income, it is expected to support economic development. The tourism development can be acquired from every tourist attraction revenue. This study aims to describe the condition of Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; Identify the internal and external factors to develop Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; and Explain the development strategy in developing Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. The result of SWOT analysis in Matrix Grand Strategy indicates that Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency supporting diversification strategy. Diversification in Kartini Beach Recreation Park can be carried out with renewal of the rides that do not exist yet, augment some events, souvenir shops and food stalls typically from Rembang accompanied by an increasing in promotions advertised in television and through social media.

The aim study was to identify the development strategy of the Mount Nona area of Tanete Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Although it is located in a strategic location that connects Makassar and the Toraja Destinations, this region faces several challenges, so efforts are needed to uncover the development of a sustainable tourism industry. The approach used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection by field survey and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with stakeholders. The results showed that the Mount Nona Region was in quadrant I, which is a rapid growth strategy. Quality improvement is important, optimizing land use and developing innovative and up-to-date promotional brands. The strategy used to achieve this is with Ecotourism and the preparation of tour packages. It is expected that the findings of this study will be followed up by stakeholders in order to optimize the tourism industry in the Mount Nona tourism area.

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix and development strategy which is applied to the agroindustry of Coffee Powder of Intan Brand in Bandar Lampung City.  This research was conducted purposively in the agroindustry of Intan Brand Coffee Powder in determined Bandar Lampung City of Lampung Province.  Data collection of this study was conducted from March to April 2017.  This research is a case study, employed 14 people as respondents.  The research data is analyzed by qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis.  The results of this study indicated that the marketing mix applied to the Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry were (a) good quality product, (b) price determined by competitor price, (c) located at strategic place, and (d) promotion activities that have been applied by Intan Brand Agroindustry Coffee Powder was by face-to-face sales and sales promotion.  The development strategy of Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City were (a) the owner of agroindustry was determining the policy on utilizing the technology, (b) utilizing the location in the market and continuing to cooperate with PTPN 7 in order to have a bigger opportunities (c) maintaining good quality product so that the product could still competing with similar business at the market, (d) empowering the ability and human resource skills to resolve the limitations of capital in following technological developments.Key words: coffee powder, development strategy, marketing mix
