The article researches the problem of an educational process modeling aimed at the formation of professional medical communication skills of foreign students. The concept of “learning model” is analyzed and basic principles of its construction are highlighted. It is determined that the structure of the model is formed by motivational-targeted, cognitive, technological, organizational-activity and control-effective components. The essence, goals, content, conditions of functioning of each structural component of the model are characterized, and the system-hierarchical nature of their interrelation and interaction is proved. The scientific and didactic potential of the components of the model and the trends of their use in learning activities have been clarified. The ways of implementing the model components in creating communication education programs and developing effective technologies for teaching foreign students professional medical speech are foreseen. The role of the presented educational model in the formation of communicative competencies of foreign medical students is substantiated.

The article is devoted to the role and possibilities of using phraseology in teaching professional communication skills in Russian to foreign students. As an example, phraseological units are discussed that are used in professional communication in the field of economics and business. The article contains such linguistic characteristics of phraseological units in the economic discourse as semantics, stylistic properties, etymology, communicative value. Teaching professional communication with the use of phraseology assumes acquaintance of foreign students with the main linguistic characteristics of phraseological units, i.e. with their grammatical properties, lexical and syntactic compatibility, features of functioning in speech. Control tests are aimed at mastering the semantics of phraseological units, at developing the skills and abilities of using phraseological units in professional speech. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the use of phraseological expressions in teaching professional communication allows to consider phraseology as one of the linguistic resources that contributes to the formation of communicative competence in the professional sphere among foreign students.

This research establishes the role of communication education in employability by determining how employers of graduates view communication, identifying communication skills that employers view as relevant, and establishing whether these skills are included in communication courses. To achieve these aims, local businesses were surveyed, and the results were compared with communication course descriptors. The research shows, consistent with worldwide trends, that local employers value communication competencies highly when recruiting new graduates, and specific communication skills required in an industry reflect course content. However, some skills are still lacking, and the research questions where the responsibility lies in developing these skills.

Motivation is a major factor in activity, including cognitive one. Pedagogical and psychological factors stimulate cognitive interest, cognitive and educational activity. Activating the cognitive interests of students to study foreign languages becomes successful due to the correspondence of the content of educational material organization, ways and methods of teaching, the provision of personal meaning educational material, the establishment of subject-subject relations in the educational process, the use of psychological and pedagogical methods of stimulation by the teacher of students’ cognitive interest and cognitive activity. The future professionals (students) successful training of foreign language, professionally oriented communication is impossible without defining a single concept that is the training clear strategy and tactics.Formation of foreign-language professional-oriented competence is possible through that modeling in the educational process typical situations of real professional communication that arise in different spheres of life and relate to different topics.The communicative activity of students during the training of professionally oriented communication in a foreign language is a system consisting of organizational and motivational, informational and procedural and criterion-effective components that derive from the social nature of human activity and create the best conditions for the improvement of the entire system of student communicative activities in relation to formation of foreign professional competence.

In 2015 we have entered in a free trade system in the Southeast Asian region which is called frequently as ASEAN Economic Society (MEA). We have known that MEA aims to increase the economic stability in the ASEAN region and forming a strong economic area  inter-ASEAN countries. By implementing MEA in the late of 2015, the member country of ASEAN will sell goods and services easily to the other countries throughout Southeast Asia so that this can effect to the very intensive competition. In this matter, the significant thing which should be done by the Indonesian government especially city government of Lhokseumawe in facing the MEA is by preparing the quality human resources to be compete in the regional and international level. For increasing the quality of human resources is through the educational instituion at least by increasing the role of school supervisor to oversee and control toward the educational process. Without supports of supervising of school, education will not work optimally because the school supervisors responsible in controlling and giving advices for educational achievements.

The features of the joint educational project of RUDN and RFCFS on preparation of masters on the program “Forensic activity in law enforcement” are illustrated. Among them is the direct connection of the teaching staff of the Department “Forensic activity” of the law Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, represented by employees of the RFCFS, with practical expert activities. The role of the joint council for the protection of scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of Sciences in the specialty 12.00.12 - criminalistics, forensic activity, operational-search activity created on the basis of the RUDN and RFCFS is considered. It represents the final link in the system of training of higher education personnel in the field of forensic activity. The main forms of international activities of the Department, which include the study and exchange of experience in the framework of relations between the CIS member States, the Shanghai cooperation organization (SCO), the European Union (EU), are considered. Presented the prospects of its development in preparation for placement as a mandatory discipline “the Theory of judicial examination” in the educational process of bachelors and the creation of transferable teaching materials on forensics and criminology that contains integrated knowledge about the history of the development of the modern state of science in Russia and abroad to attract foreign students.

Within the Federal Target Programme on the Development of Education in Russia strategic projects on introduction of new models for managing education and arranging educational process are being implemented in all higher educational institutions of this country. This transformation is going on in the context of large-scale use of information and telecommunication technologies, which are aimed to ensure the individual approach to education on the basis of merging educational process with technologies and also to reduce costs for the shift towards innovation development of higher educational institutions. The significant role of self-guided work, stipulated within the third generation educational standards, emphasizes top priority issues both on effective arrangement and control of students’ learning outcomes and on helping to reduce teachers’ efforts for functions to deliver knowledge to learners.

The educational process must change to provide an understanding of the needs of business. In addition to looking backward to see what is beyond the numbers, accountants should possess knowledge of what is going on in the global economy and provide forward thinking. They need analytical and communication skills that will enable them to be part of the management team necessary for the company to succeed in the global economy. The paper discusses the problem of teaching business communication to foreign students majoring in Linguistics. To date, it can be argued that it is very important, because it enhances the role of foreign language communication in the professional employment of modern professionals. The purpose of the paper is to develop guidelines for improving the educational process for teaching business communication to foreigners. The author focuses on the modern educational technologies used in their practice. The author allocates and describes the methods and forms of working to facilitate efficient formation of professional business competencies in foreign (Chinese) students at the advanced stage of training in the language environment. The research resulted in a number of significant proposals for optimatizing the educational process for foreign students.

A prerequisite for high-quality training of specialists is the availability of means of independent assessment of the students achievements. The system of objective assessment of training and control of the educational process can be solved by creating a fund of evaluation funds (WCF), characterized by systemic, continuity, flexibility. Important types of control should include the form of control questions that reveal the theoretical training of the student. The role of this form of control is especially important in the formation of basic knowledge and competencies.
