Implementation of Static Telecytology Applications for Accreditation Purposes According to ISO 15189

Telecytology can be defined as the process of diagnostic cytology performed on digital images. The process of diagnostic cytology performed on digital images can be used for teaching, professional examinations, obtaining expert opinions on severe cases, and routine diagnosis of the entire laboratory workload. Ηowever, little information exists about its possible use for proficiency testing purposes. The existing studies have found a high (90%–95%) concordance between telecytological and glass slide diagnoses, but they refer to a small number of cases. Thus, the purpose of the chapter is to examine the feasibility of developing a proficiency testing scheme for cytology labs wishing to be accredited according to ISO 15189:2012 by using low-cost telemedical applications.

The Missions of the Regional Pedagogical University: Post-Non-Classical Understanding

Pedagogical universities are in the area of great attention from the society and the state because of their increasing role in forming the human capital of the territories. The purpose of this article is to explain the necessity and possibility of creating a mission and strategy for the development of pedagogical universities in (macro) regions on the basis of a post-non-classical understanding of pedagogical education. Methodology and methods: to construct the mission of the pedagogical university, claiming to play an active role in the ecosystem of education in the region, the post-non-classical methodology was used in understanding pedagogical education as an open, system-synergetic approach (ecosystem as its kind), as well as the typical of the post-non-classical methodology, methods of reconstructing the experience of designing an open pedagogical education in a heterogeneous (academic and teaching) professional community. Research results: three missions of the regional pedagogical university are characterized: education, research and impact on society, from the standpoint of the ecosystem approach and the concept of an entrepreneurial university. A pedagogical university acts as a key element of the ecosystem if it demonstrates an entrepreneurial type of behavior, overcomes resource constraints due to the dominance of the third mission over education and research, subordinating them to the task of creating a cohort of agents of change – vanguard groups of future a working teachers in the territory. Conclusion: the missions of the pedagogical university should be subordinated to the influence on the entire pedagogical corps of the region by increasing the density of connections in educational and professional communities.

THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF PREPARATION OF MASTER’S STUDENTS FOR TEACHING PROFESSIONAL METHODS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

The article highlights the theoretical principles of training master’s students majoring in 012 “Preschool Education” on teaching professional methods; legislative and normative documents on the peculiarities of training specialists in higher education institutions are considered. The purpose of the article is to characterize the content component of the preparation of master’s students for teaching in the field of preschool education, in particular professional methods. It is emphasized that the quality of professional activity of all categories of specialists working in the system of preschool education depends on the system of training future teachers in the field of preschool education. The study provides a thorough analysis of the initial discipline “Technologies for teaching professional methods of preschool education”. The working program of the discipline is analysed and the list of topics of lectures is given. The article reveals the content, methods, technologies and forms of work with master’s students at lectures, seminars and practical classes. The concept of “professional competence”, “methodological competence” is defined. In the course of the research, some difficulties encountered by master’s students during the performance of practical tasks are presented; means of increase of methodical competence and levels of its formation at students are defined. It is noted that the effectiveness of training future teachers of preschool education depends on a number of factors, including the use of innovative forms of the educational process, the introduction of modern training technologies, educational programs, research, improvement of practical skills by modelling professional situations, self-education and self-development student. Teaching the discipline “Technologies of teaching professional methods of preschool education” is aimed at forming the readiness of graduate students to teach in higher education. The Initial Stage of Developing Translation Competence

The article outlines the basic principles of teaching translation in the professional field of communication. The main focus is on the formation of basic skills in translation, allowing students to competently carry out the main stages of work on the text. Various methods of teaching professional translation techniques are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to working with dictionaries and reference books. Review: The Level of Organizational Commitment And Integrity From Gender Differences in The Teaching Professional

The present study was aimed to examine level in organizational commitment between different gender among lecturer’s profession. We hypothesized that female lecturer would tend to have higher organizational commitment compared to the male lecturer. Participants were 204 lecturers (103 males, 101 females). Data is processed by statistical t test with the results showing that the organizational commitment of the teaching profession in general is high. However, in contrast to the hypothesis we propose, male organizational commitment is higher than women.

FORMAL ASSESSMENT IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE FOR STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC SPECIALTIES

The article reveals different ways of evaluation the efficiency of teaching professional English lexis to the students of economic specialties in institutions of tertiary education in Ukraine. The author analyzes the main types of students’ professional translation skills estimation from the contextual, structural, methodological and situational perspectives.

The use of interactive methods in teaching professional speech to students

Interactive teaching methods provide solutions to educational problems in various aspects. The use of interactive methods allows you to organize independent cognitive activity of students during the lesson. Possession of interactive learning technology and its use in the educational process will undoubtedly contribute to the development of students' qualities that correspond to the processes taking place in life today. This paper presents the technologies of conducting Uzbek language lessons using interactive methods and their significance.

Peculiarities of teaching the students of the specialty international relations, low and history professional disciplines

The paper highlights the peculiarities of teaching the students of the specialty International Relations, Law and History professionally oriented disciplines when the attention is paid to the study of professional disciplines. After mastering the core materials of the discipline, the students should know all the components of these disciplines and be able to apply their knowledge in practice. We have confirmed by our research that for the modern student to be able to master all knowledge and skills, modern lecturers at their lectures and seminars should change the teaching methods, tending more to the use of interactive methods, which, compared to the traditional ones, are much more efficient for providing the educational process. Among the modern interactive teaching methods, such methods as Circle of Ideas, Aquarium, Microphone, and Role Play, Imitation deserve special attention, and their use promotes students' cognitive abilities, creative thinking, quick decision making, work in groups, thus stimulating the development of communication skills, and mainly the interest of the student in learning. In the conditions of a pandemic (2020-2021), as the experiment showed, it is also possible for teachers to use interactive methods in teaching professional disciplines for students of the above specialties.

LCL Model Experiential Learning based Training Model Development to Improve Teacher Competence in Designing Learning

Teacher’s competence in designing learning is one of the important aspects in getting the success of education. Based on preliminary research, any teacher didn’t make a learning design in teaching. Professional teacher certainly has variety experiences. However, experience-based training has rarely been given for the professional teacher. This research aimed to produce and determine the effectiveness the LCL model-based Experiential Learning training model to improve teacher competence in designing learning. It was developed based on Borg and Gall R&D model, carried out until the seventh stage using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The average validity score is 82.5 categorized as highly deserving by validators. ANCOVA's test results showed that there is a significant difference between classes, with the value of [F= (1,58), D=83,29, ρ=0.000, ƞρ2=0,58] significance value ρ=0.05. Based on the LSD table, the average corrected value of the treatment group was 72.84, while the control group was 45.69. It concluded that the training model is feasible and effectively used. This training model can be used as an alternative training to improve teacher competence, especially in designing learning that meets the elements of the 21st century learning paradigm and it has been completed by training tools such as module, guides and necessary hands-out.

Foreign language teaching in domestic non-linguistic educational establishments (historic review and development prospects)

This article describes the problems, development and modern trends of foreign language education in non-linguistic universities. It also gives a certain historical division of LSP studying into periods. This article highlights certain historical features of teaching professional English in domestic non-language educational institutions and reveals some modern prospects for the development of methodology for teaching professional foreign languages. The article also gives, as an example, a short presentation of training aviation specialists for foreign language vocational communication. The increased importance of proficiency in a professionally oriented foreign language is emphasized; the approaches that make up the methodological basis of the system of foreign language training are determined.
