Abstract—KSI infrastructure is a time-stamping and server-based signature solution deployed in Estonia to provide the integrity and timing information of data. With the goal of providing a personal signature that does not depend on the long-term secrecy of signing keys, Buldas et al. have proposed a BLT scheme that is based on the KSI infrastructure. Although Buldas et al. have shown that the (modified) BLT scheme is secure in the theoretical model, the fact that its practical implementation does not follow that description. In this paper, we will evaluate and provide two attack scenarios if the BLT schema is implemented in such a way, and then propose a solution to that problem.

People with disabilities are a largely untapped employment resource in many countries. About 48.5% of people with disabilities are employed in the European Union (EU), compared with only 24.4% in Latvia. Although there has been some progress on employing disabled people in Latvia, as the statistical facts and figures show, the problem still remains. This paper investigates how developing disability management in the workplace could open the possibilities for work for people with disabilities. It can be matched with the opportunities to increase the employment rate according to the European Disability Strategy (2010–2020) objectives, as well as fighting against social exclusion and allowing practical implementation of the United Convention on the rights of this group of people in Latvia. The aim of this research is to analyse the employment problems for people with disabilities and investigate disability management trends in Latvia. The main findings of this research are as follows: 1) people with disabilities are not considered as a prospective labour force by employers, 2) Latvian companies generally play a passive role in recruiting disabled people, especially those who have never had work experience with disabled people, 3) employers think that they do not receive state institutions’ interest and support to encourage them to employ people with disabilities. The disability management is developing, although it shows quite slow movement in understanding people with disabilities as a valuable human resource.

Abstract Developing a suitable mechanism to stimulate the effective redeployment of capital to social activities can be designed using the corporate social responsibility (CSR) concept. Informational asymmetry about the real state of social risks influences the effectiveness of allocations in social protection. Reducing information asymmetries can be achieved by providing the corporations with socially determined risk profiles based on predetermined patterns. Offering concrete lines of action following the risk profiles approach which to base investment decisions of companies in CSR can maximize the results of such a mechanism. In a previous study the authors have developed a theoretical model for determining the poverty risk profile. This study aims to present the practical application of the theoretical model and to provide comments on some errors. Hence, the authors analyzed Buzau county municipalities in presenting the highest risk level determined by the theoretical model and related causes and performed an impact assessment of an investment in CSR based on a model. Specifically, the authors evaluated the impact of reducing the risk of poverty for a suitable investment in CSR. In the second part of the study, the authors analyzed the types of errors that can be found in the municipalities risk profile model due to the granularity of the data. Thus, for the error of over-inclusion, the authors assessed social allocative efficiency at the community level using benchmarking analysis, Data Envelopment respectively and analyzed the data of the under-inclusion error in Buzau county villages. The paper aims to analyze the relative limits on quantitative models and risk of poverty and the practical implementation of these types of models in the development of corporate social responsibility. The study provides also a useful tool which can be made available to companies in order to increase the vulnerable groups’ life quality and the satisfaction of shareholders, stakeholders and related parties following redeployments according to specific CSR mechanisms.

In the past decade, current literature and businesses have drawn attention to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and in particular to the advances in machine learning techniques. Nevertheless, while the AI technology offers great potential to solve difficulties, challenges remain implicated in practical implementation and lack of expertise in the strategic usage of AI to create business value. This paper aims to implement a systematic literature review analyzing convergence of the AI and corporate strategy and develop a theoretical model incorporating issues based on the existing research in this field. Eighty-one peer-reviewed articles were discussed on the basis of research methodology from Webster and Watson (2002). In addition to gaps in future research, a theoretical model is developed, discussing the four sources of value creation: AI and Machine Learning in organizations; alignment of AI tools and Information Technology (IT) with organizational strategy; AI, knowledge management and decision-making process; and AI, service innovation and value. These outcomes lead to both theoretical and managerial viewpoints, with extensive possibilities to generate new methods and types of management practices.

Introduction The article describes the design assumptions and the practical implementation of the educational project called Malopolska Educational Cloud. It is an example of an innovative solution using modern technology in the field of education. The problem and purpose of the research The implementation of the project resulted from the observation of unfavorable phenomena occurring in the area of education at the junction of upper secondary and higher schools, which were confirmed in the research described in the paper. Successively, the issues covering the project's objectives were discussed, the target group: recipients, was characterized and the project's innovation was assessed. State of knowledge Then the issue of a disabled person as a user of the Educational Cloud was presented. The assessment indicated that the project implementation allows for greater activation of people with disabilities, including thanks to the possibility of participating in virtual classes, lectures and laboratories, and thus remote learning using the created network, without the need to move. It has been shown that the project implements the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities, has a positive impact on it and is made in accordance with the principle of universal design. Summary The described project consists in incorporating technology into improving the course of cognitive processes and the importance of this research for education, including increasing the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process by virtualizing education. The conclusions drawn concern the most difficult group in terms of education: disabled students as users.

The article presents the results of the study of the component of hardiness, in the opinion of students of inclusive groups. Based on the data obtained on the components of hardiness, theoretical model of the formation of hardiness for persons with disability was compiled. In the well-known model of the hardiness of the American scientist Maddy S. and his colleagues added the volitional qualities - courage and resilience, as a "national" component of the construct of the viability of the individual, as well as the individual's overall psychological ability - responsibility. The study of hardiness, as the psychological quality of the individual, is currently the current direction in the psychology of disability. The developed theoretical model of the formation of hardiness includes the components of physical, social and personal components and can be used as the basis for the content of the adaptation discipline “Psychology of Hardiness” for people with disabilities.

In Hungary, municipal waste collection plays a key role in the waste management sector. The common interest of the sector is to increase the efficiency of waste collection and minimize costs. It is also important in terms of material expenditure and environmental impact that this collection system works as efficiently as possible. In the presented work we tried to illustrate the currently operating system, the division of the Waste Management Regions, and the linking of the settlements and landfills. In addition, we examined the design of one other theoretical collection system that appears to be more efficient than the existing one and to present the influencing factors which have an effect the practical implementation of the theoretical model, their incorporation into specific flight plans.
