The purpose of this research are to know the price strategies of competitive advantaes that is adopted at the Sekolah Alam Purwakarta and how Sekolah Alam Purwakarta presents products differentiation in provding education that is conceptualized according to student needs. The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach. Which is a descriptive study and tends to use analysis with an inductive approach. The competitive advantage strategies applied for educational institutions through the Sekolah Alam Purwakarta pricing strategy involves various parties from Yasasan, Schools, and Parents, and has a pricing policy that is in accordance with government policy, a pricing channel that involves committees as parents' representatives , a clear factor so that price changes can be accounted for, as well as obstacles that have a solution. The second adventage are presenting product differentiation in the form of typical programs. That are morning activity, outbond, home visit, bussines day, fun advanture (camping/ tracking), farming, cooking spesial events, experiments, aquaplays, educational visits, lunches, midday prayers, suttle using companion teacher, trash bank, interships, and backpackers.

Developing powerful communications technology has created unlimited free communication. The negative impact of this phenomenon is when a culture that is not good from the outside is swallowed out by children who are still young. As a result, it will easily experience cultural dislocation. One of the legacies of local wisdom that are not interested in the midst of the community is the Javanese dolanan song. Therefore all efforts must be sought from the very beginning. These efforts can be done through various ways, including habituation of children to play and sing songs (songs) dolanan Javanese, which actually contains a lot of character values. This study included a descriptive study, a case study at PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This study aims to describe; 1. Describe the form of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 2. Describe the strategy for implementing character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. 3. Describe the results of character education in PAS Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Islamic Kindergarten. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In collecting data, the author uses the method of interviews, observation, and documentation as a data collection technique. The technique chosen in data analysis is data reduction, data display and conclusions or verification. From this study it can be seen that: 1. the form of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is a local widom-based character education (local wisdom) in the form of Javanese dolanan songs. There are three dolanan songs used for character planting, namely Sluku-sluku Bathok, gundul-gundul Pachol and Menthok-menthok. 2. The strategy for the implementation of character education in PAS Islamic Kindergarten Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan is to use reflective methods. This can be proven by giving an explanation of moral values ​​to students, after the song is finished the song is sung both in class before the core lesson begins or while playing outside the classroom. 3. The results of character education at PAS Islam Munqidzatun Nasyi'ah Wilangan Kindergarten have fulfilled the values ​​of the basic characters, namely: a. Respectful and polite character through greeting each other and shaking hands. b. This character of independence and responsibility can be seen from throwing garbage in its place.

This study aims to analyze student mathematical literacy ability from the perspective of students' Mathematical Ability. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were three students of XI IPA 1 MAN 1 Padang with different mathematical abilities: low, medium, and high. Data were collected through documentation, tests, and interviews. The results of the analysis show that students with high abilities can solve routine problems, interpret problems and solve them with formulas, carry out procedures well, can deal with complex situations, use their reasoning in solving problems, can work effectively and interpret different representations and then relate them to the real world. Students with moderate abilities can solve routine problems, interpret problems and solve them with formulas, and carry out procedures properly. Meanwhile, students with low abilities are only able to solve routine questions. Based on these results, it is necessary to look for strategies in the mathematics learning process, which enable the improvement of students' mathematical literacy skills.

Market differentiation strategies must identify competitive advantages when offering a line of products varying in features, price, quality, and/or aesthetics. Although this concept is well-known, many companies still have difficulties positioning their own products within their own product lines and against competitors. Few approaches combine two or more facets to answer the product differentiation problem. In this study, two novel indices are proposed to audit shape and functional differentiation within a family of products. The shape index appraises the shape similarity between the products upon digitization, while the functional assessment is based on functions characteristics of the product. Customers’ perception data is obtained experimentally and compared to these indices to validate the result. Pairs of products are evaluated, and the average scores are considered as the indices for a product family. A case study illustrates the usage of these two indices and performance of these tools as well. This approach can be used during detailed studies as well as early stages of the design process to help validate product family positioning.

Kesetaraan dan keadilan gender harus diwujudkan dalam segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam kegiatan pendidikan. Pendidikan responsif gender penting untuk diterapkan di seluruh lembaga pendidikan, sebab baik laki-laki maupun perempuan adalah sama dan berhak untuk memperoleh segala manfaat dalam pendidikan sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan di Ponorogo dengan jumlah siswa perempuan yang minoritas.Perempuan sering kali dianggap lebih banyak memiliki kelemahan di dalam kegiatan praktik dibandingkan laki-laki.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesetaraan dan keadilan gender pada pembelajaran program keahlian teknik di SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari kata-kata, tindakan, sumber tertulis dan foto yang berkaitan dengan proses kegiatan pembelajaran jurusan teknik di SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo telah terwujud. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, baik siswa perempuan maupun laki-laki, mendapatkan akses yang sama, kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi, memiliki kontrol dan dapat mengambil manfaat secara maksimal.Namun masih terjadi ketidaksetaraan gender, yakni pada kategori pelabelan, subordinasi dan pemiskinan. [Gender equality and justice are must be realized in all aspects of life, including educational activities. Gender responsive education is important to be implemented in all educational institutions, because both men and women are the same and are entitled to get all the benefits in education in accordance with their interests and talents. SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo is one of the vocational schools in Ponorogo with a number of minority female students. Women are often considered to have more weaknesses in practical activities than men. This study aims to analyze gender equality and justice in learning technical skills programs at SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. The approach that used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The source of the data comes from words, actions, written sources and photos that are all forms of data relating to the process of learning activities in the engineering department at SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. The results show that gender equality and justice in SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo have been realized. In learning activities, both female and male students get equal access, the opportunity to participate, have control and can take maximum advantage. However, there is still a gender inequality, namely in the categories of labelling, subordination and impoverishment.]

This study aims to identify community tenure rights in the Ambon City KPHL and find out the factors that influence community tenure rights. The research method used is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviewing respondents and key informants. The results showed that the types of community tenure rights in the State of Soya in the KPHL management area included ownership rights, land rights, exclusive preference rights to use rights and utilization rights. Whereas the factors that influence community tenure rights include internal factors, namely land leases, rights to trees, land sale and purchase, and original rights. External factors include the establishment of protected areas, the absence of local regulations governing community tenure rights, development of educational institutions, rights to trees and land grabbing.

 Neste estudo objetivou-se verificar como se caracterizam as inovações em uma empresa brasileira do setor têxtil. Assim, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, por meio de um estudo de caso. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que as modalidades de inovações identificadas na literatura, relativas às inovações de produtos, de processos, tecnológicas, organizacionais e mercadológicas, foram constatadas na empresa objeto de estudo no período analisado, conforme os relatos dos entrevistados e a sua confirmação na análise documental. Conclui-se que a compreensão acerca da caracterização de cada modalidade de inovação que a empresa realiza, conforme percepção dos sujeitos da pesquisa e análise documental, alinhada com a literatura investigada, permite traçar o perfil inovativo da empresa diante do mercado competitivo em seu segmento de atuação. O resultado deste estudo contribui para a utilização da tipificação de inovação adotada na pesquisa, consubstanciada pela literatura, e identificada na empresa objeto de estudo.Palavras-chave: Caracterização das inovações. Empresa têxtil. Innovations in a Brazilian company in the textile sectorAbstract The goal of this study was to verify how the innovations in a Brazilian company in the textile sector are characterized. Thus, a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, through a case study was carried out. The survey results indicated that the modalities of innovations identified in the literature, regarding innovations of products, processes, technological, organizational and market, were found in the company object of study in the period analyzed, according to the reports of the respondents and confirmation in the documentary analysis. It is concluded that the understanding of the characteristics of each type of innovation that the company does, according to the perception of the individuals of the research and the documentary analysis, aligned with the literature investigated, makes it possible to trace the innovative profile of the company within the competitive market if its segment. The result of this study contributes to the use of the classification of innovation adopted in the research, supported by the literature and identified in the company object of study.Keywords: Characterization of innovations. The purpose of this article is to find out how Islamic education in the area around the Kudus Tower is influenced religious community, as well as to find out the influence in Islamic education. The process of compiling this study used a qualitative approach. The data collection was done by conducting a literature study. It is known that the influence of a religious community for Islamic education in the area around the Kudus tower includes making students more familiar with Islam, as well as the special attitude of Islamic education institutions in educating their students. The results obtained from this study are Islamic educational institutions around the Kudus tower are growing rapidly and these educational institutions form students who excel in academics and have noble character. The main factor in the formation of the noble character of students is caused by the kiai who become teachers in educational institutions, a religious community environment, upholding the teachings of Islam and also side by side with the tomb of Sunan Kudus which is its own value.

This paper presents the development of human resources based on total quality management conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Total quality management is an approach offered, so that educational institutions can survive and be able to win the competition between existing institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The technique of collecting data is done through; observation, interview and documentation. Research data are presented in narrative descriptive form. The results showed that; SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan implements several stages in human resource management, namely; planning, recruitment, and development of human resources that are carried out in a planned, systematic and oriented towards continuous quality improvement. Through the implementation of total quality management, "SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan" managed to become a superior school and gain the trust of the public.

This study aims to understand and analyze the application of the partnership program as a strategy for higher education in maintaining sustainability at Nurul Jadid Paiton University, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The results showed that Nurul Jadid University carried out a partnership program with other agencies as a strategy in maintaining sustainability in the institution which was carried out through four stages, namely: Attention, namely creating awareness of the process and innovation in the institution; Interest, which is to raise interest from the community; Desire to choose an institution; Action, namely community action that makes the institution selected as its main choice. Through this community choice, the institution can maintain the sustainability of higher education. This research has implications for the importance of educational institutions in maintaining sustainability through their partner institutions, thus impacting public trust and public loyalty.

Radicalism in Indonesia has recently tended to increase. Ironically, this is often associated with the failure of religious education to form moderate attitudes and behavior. This research will discuss about religious moderation education as a shield for radicalism in educational institutions. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study research at SMA Selamat Pagi Indonesia Batu. The results showed that the implementation of religious moderation education in SMA SPI Batu was able to form moderate attitudes and behavior of students so that radicalism could be prevented from growing and developing in the institution. Meanwhile, the process of religious moderation education in these institutions is carried out through an integrated system between schools, dormitories, and Kampung Kids (KD).Keywords: Education, Religious Moderation, Shield, Radicalism
