ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan Untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL), dan Untuk menganalisis hubungan Kemampuan Teknis, Kemampuan Konseptual dan Kemampuan interpersonal terhadap kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo.Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif melalui scoring dan tabel kontingensi. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui hubungan Kemampuan Teknis, Kemampuan Konseptual dan Kemampuan interpersonal terhadap kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo, maka dianalisis secara statistik non parametrik dengan mengunakan Uji Koefisien Rank Spearman.Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan teknis, kemampuan konseptual dan kemampuan interpersonal penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo dalam melaksankan tugasnya sebagai penyuluhan pertanian lapangan dikategori tinggi. Dan begitu juga kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo dikategori tinggi. Selanjutnya kemampuan teknis dan kemampuan konseptual terdapat hubungan yang nyata terhadap Kinerja Penyuluhan Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo.Sedangkan kemampuan interpersonal tidak terdapat hubungan yang nyata terhadap Kinerja Penyuluhan Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten BungoKata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani, tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani  dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani dengan tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Pulau Tengah Kecamatan Jangkat Kabupaten Merangin.                Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani dan tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Pulau Tengah Kecamatan Jangkat Kabupaten Merangin dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif melalui scoring dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani dengan tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Pulau Tengah Kecamatan Jangkat Kabupaten Merangin, dianalisis secara statistik non parametrik dengan megunakan Uji Koefisien Rank Spearman.                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Pulau Tengah Kecamatan Jangkat Kabupaten Merangin menunjukkan berada dalam kategori tinggi yaitu produktivitas kelompok, kepuasaan anggota kelompok, semangat kelompok. Dan tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani menunjukkan dalam kategori tinggi yaitu kepemimpinan kelompok, kehomogenan kelompok, waktu pertemuan kelompok, fungsi tugas kelompok, tingkat penguasaan materi oleh PPL (Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan). Sedangkan hubungan antara tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektitas kelompok tani dengan tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani menunjukkan hubungan positif dimana  ada hubungan antara tingkat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kelompok tani dengan tingkat efektivitas kelompok tani di Desa Pulau Tengah Kecamatan Jangkat Kabupaten Merangin.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Kelompok Tani. ABSTRACT                 This study was conducted to determine the level of effectiveness of farmer groups, the level of factors that affect the effectiveness of farmer groups and to determine the relationship between the level of factors that affect the effectiveness of farmer groups with the level of effectiveness of farmer groups in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin District.                The research method in this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of farmer groups and the level of factors that influence the effectiveness of farmer groups in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin District, which was carried out by descriptive analysis through scoring using a Likert Scale. Meanwhile, to find out the relationship between the level of factors that influence the effectiveness of farmer groups and the level of effectiveness of farmer groups in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin District, statistically non-parametric analysis using Spearman Rank Coefficient Test.                The results showed that the level of effectiveness of farmer groups in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin District showed that they were in the high category of group productivity, group member satisfaction, group spirit. And the level of factors that influence the effectiveness of farmer groups shows in the high category of group leadership, group homogeneity, group meeting time, group task function, level of mastery of the material by PPL (Field Agricultural Extension). While the relationship between the level of factors that affect the effectiveness of farmer groups with the level of effectiveness of farmer groups shows a positive relationship where there is a relationship between the level of factors that affect the effectiveness of farmer groups with the level of effectiveness of farmer groups in Pulau Tengah Village, Jangkat District, Merangin District.Keywords: Effectiveness, Farmer Group.

This research aims to find out (1) the performance of agricultural extension (2) the achievement of rice, corn and soy production on UPSUS and (3) to analyze the relationship between the performance of agricultural extension to the program’s achievement and the relationship of knowledge, skill, motivation, manner, the distance of living place and agricultural facilities with the performance of the agricultural extension. Respondents were taken by using proportional simple random sampling based on Slovin’s. In the other hand, sample of the agricultural extensions were chosen from 2 Sub-district. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used was correlation test analysis based on Rank Spearman’s. The research result showed that the performance of agricultural extension was in good range (86,04 %), the achievement of rice, corn and soy production on UPSUS was categorized success (88,07%) and it showed a real relationship between the performance of agricultural extension and the achievement of UPSUS. There was a positive noticeable relationship between knowledge, skill, motivation and manner to the performance of agricultural extension. There was no noticeable relationship between the facilities and the distance of living place.

Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan persepsi pegawai mengenai peristiwa yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Kantor Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu kantor desa yang memiliki berbagai prestasi. Prestasi yang sudah diraih tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kepuasaan kerja yang dirasakan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan responden sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan sangat nyata antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.Kata Kunci: iklim komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja, komunikasi organisasi=====ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate was the employee's perception of events that occurred in their environment. The Cibalung Village Office, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor District was one of the village offices that had various achievements. The achievements that have been achieved certainly could not be separated from the role of the performance of the village government apparatus and the community involved in creating a productive work environment and perceived job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational communication climate with job satisfaction and the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of village government officials. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with a questionnaire supported by qualitative data through in-depth interview techniques and literature studies with 36 respondents. The results obtained indicated that there was a real relationship between organizational communication with job satisfaction and the very obvious relationship between job satisfaction by the performance of the village government apparatus.Keywords: communication climate, job satisfaction, performance, organizational communication

Abstract This research aims to reveal 1. the condition of older people who lives in Plosokerep Shleter, 2. the psychological condition of older people in Plosokerep Shelter, 3. the social condition of older people in Plosokerep Shelter, 4. the relationship of physical condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shelter, 5. the relationship of psychological condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shleter, 6. to know the relatonship of social condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shelter. The research method used is explanatory-analytic correlational design, to examine the relationship of factors: Physical (X1 variable), Psychological (X2), and social (X3) with older people functional disabilities (Y variable) descriptive survey used explanatory-analytic correlational design. Data collection carried out through questionnaire. Research data analysis used descriptive statistic technique with Spearman test statistic. The result showed that: 1. some older people in Plosokerep shleter have high physical condition and the rest of them in the low physical condition category, 2. from the psychological condition some of older people are in high category, 3. Social condition experienced by older people who live in shelter are in high category, 4. Mengetahui hubungan kondisi sosial yang dialami lanjut usia dengan disabilitas fungsionalnya selama tinggal di shelter Plosokerep.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah disain korelasional eksplanatori-analitis, yaitu untuk menguji hubungan antara faktor-faktor: fisik (variabel X1), psikologis (X2), dan sosial (X3) dengan disabilitas fungsional lanjut usia (variabel Y)survey deskriptif dengan menggunakan disain penelitian korelasional eksplanatori-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik Statistik deskriptif, dengan statistik uji Spearman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Sebagian lanjut usia di shelter pengungsian Plosokerep memiliki kondisi fisik kategori tinggi, dan sebagian lagi berada dalam kondisi fisik kategori rendah, 2. Dilihat dari kondisi psikologis, sebagian besar lanjut usia berada dalam kategori tinggi, 3. Kondisi sosial yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian, sebagian besar juga berada dalam kategori tinggi, 4. Hubungan kondisi fisik yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian dengan disabilitas fungsional, meskipun terdapat korelasi tetapi tidak signifikan, 5. Hubungan kondisi psikologis yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian dengan disabilitas fungsional, meskipun terdapat korelasi tetapi tidak signifikan, 6. The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship of characteristic and knowledge of farmers to the successful of artificial insemination (AI) in Aceh Besar Districts. The number of respondents is 93 people from twenty three districts in Aceh Besar, selected purposively as the sample of this research. The instruments used in this research are questionnaire and direct observation in the field, while the observed variables are: farmer characteristics, farmer knowledge and artificial insemination result. The results of this research revealed that the characteristics and knowledge of the farmers were good and showed a real relationship to the successfulness of AI in Aceh Besar Districts. The average service per conception (S / C) in Aceh Besar Districts during 2017 was 1.32 while the conception rate (CR) was 86.36%. The results were in accordance with the standard of general guidance of Upsus Siwab Year 2017.

SELF-STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT BY GUIDANCE AND COUNCELING SERVICE IN HIGH SCHOOL AT BANTEN PROVINCE. Guidance and counseling program organized to support the achievement of the educational objectives of the school as a whole. The based goal is essentially to prepare students through guidance, teaching, and training for their roles in the future. The efforts of self-development especially the high school student are the principal leadership approach to motivated the resources in school the are guidance and counseling teacher performance specifically services to the students and technical facilities as a media to help guidance and counseling teacher directed students to make their decisions. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of principal leadership, teacher performance guidance counseling and a technical facility with self-students development. This research uses descriptive analysis method of correlation with the quantitative approach. Data collection by questionnaires. The sample used purposive sampling at senior high school in Banten province. The results show a relationship principal leadership with self-students development, guidance and counseling teacher performance with self-students development, technical facility with self-students development, the relationship of principal leadership, guidance and counseling teacher performance and technical facilities with self-students development. The effort of self-students development can be improving by principal leadership, guidance, and counseling teacher performance and technical facilities.

Taman Nasional Sebagau (TNS) or Sebangau National Park has been now striving to provide optimal benefits for the community surrounding its area through productive economic business development program, as it did in one buffer village, namely Sebangau Mulya. This program aims to improve community welfare, and as a form of community involvement in preserving the TNS area. However, the success of the program remains questionable. This study aims, first, to examine the development of productive economic business programs in Sebangau Mulya Village. Second, to analyze the effect of such program on the welfare of villagers. The research sample was 40 villagers who received direct assistance from the program. This figure account for 10% of the villagers. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression were used to study the relationship of 7 independent variables, namely facilitators (X1), institutions (X2), human resources capacity (X3), skills and knowledge of human resources (X4), type of productive economic assistance (X5), counseling and training (X6) and supervision (X7) with 1 dependent variable, i.e. community welfare. The results show that the program has been providing positive benefits, marked by the increase of cattle and goats number, compared to those provided by TNS management five years before. In addition, the program has been successfully tying villagers and TNS management in maintaining and managing the area according to the planned agenda. The factors that partially influence the beneficiaries welfare is skills and knowledge (X4), which is amounting to 26.80%. Since the community in carrying out productive economic businesses is in accordance with their skills and knowledge so that they are able to develop ideal businesses with the environmental conditions of Sebangau Mulya Village. Other six factors have no significant effect on villagers’ welfare.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of teamwork in the application of Interprofessional Education so that and to identify the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Method: This research methodology using the mixed method. The participants of this study were 200 students consisting of 2 majors namely midwifery and herbal majors at the Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Surakarta. Participants are taken from students who have entered semester 3 in each study program. This research was conducted during February to August 2019. The specification of this research is descriptive analysis which aims to make a description of the facts, the characteristics and the relationship of the phenomenon. Data was collected through observation and interviews and then analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: team work in the midwifery department was quite good at 40.8%, and the herbal medicine department was quite good at 46.2%. Each department meets indicators of successful Interprofessional Education, which is able to resolve conflicts within the team openly. Conclusion: Team collaboration in the implementation of Interprofessional Education has been going well, the supporting factor to give the highest contribution is open conflict, The factor which is the highest obstacle is the factor of disagreement regarding the allocation of resources within the team.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychological well-being and students' altruistic behaviour. The psychological well-being of students is very important to note, this is because it is related to the mood of satisfaction and happiness, especially for students. Altruistic behaviour is a person's volunteerism in helping and helping others. This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic to find out whether there was a relationship between Psychological well-being and Altruistic behaviour during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study involved 175 high school students in Semarang City who were taken using the conventional technique. The instruments used in this study were the Psychological Well Being Scale and the Altruistic Behaviour Scale. This research is a quantitative correlation study and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with the help of IBM SPSS for Windows to describe the relationship of Psychological well-being with Altruistic behaviour. The results showed that the overall significance value (Sig = 0.77 0.05) so that there was no significant correlation between Psychological Well Being and Altruistic Behaviour.

Past studies have confirmed the relationship between organizational justice and supervisory support with perceived organizational support. However, there is lack of research study conducted on examining the relationship of these two dimensions specifically on the academic staff in Malaysian universities. Furthermore, some researchers also found that organizational support and supervisory support are strongly related to perceived organizational support. Hence, the purpose of this conceptual paper is to provide a review and an examination on the relationship of organizational justice and supervisory support on perceived organizational support among academic staff in Malaysian universities. Conceptual framework and hypotheses have been formulated. The target population is academic staff of Malaysian universities. A simple statistical analysis has been conducted such as reliability analysis and descriptive analysis.
