Cedera adalah penyebab umum kematian dan kecacatan pada anak terutama usia <18 tahun. Tempat tersering terjadinya cedera salah satunya adalah disekolah. Berbagai aktivitas disekolah memungkinkan terjadinya cedera, karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk penanganan cedera di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh simulasi first aid kit terhadap peningkatan skill penanganan cidera pada Siswa SMK 3 Blitar. Desain penelitian adalah quasy- experimental dengan metode one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 42 orang dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterampilan menggunakan lembar observasi dan di analisa menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata keterampilan sebelum intervensi adalah 53,64 dan setelah intervensi dengan nilai 71,83. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang menyatakan ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode simulasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan first aid kits. Adanya peningkatan keterampilan ini karena peserta didik melakukan tindakan atau keterampilan yang dikondisikan mirip dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya sehingga kemampuan dalam mengingat materi atau keterampilan yang diberikan mencapai 90%. Petugas kesehatan sebagai pemberi pendidikan kesehatan dapat menggunakan metode simulasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan untuk pencegahan masalah kesehatan.   Kata kunci: simulasi; first aid kit; skillTHE EFFECT OF FIRST AID KIT SIMULATION ON INCREASING SKILL  OF ITS USAGE FOR INJURY TREATMENT  ON STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 3 OF BLITAR  Abstract Injury is a common cause of death and disability in children, especially those aged <18 years. One of the most common places for injuries is school. Various activities at school allow the injury to occur; therefore efforts are needed to deal with injuries at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simulation first aid kits on the improvement of the skill of students of Vocational High School 3 of Blitar in injury treatment. The research design used was quasi-experimental with the one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample used was 42 people who were taken with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instruments for measuring skills used observational sheets. For data analysis used Paired sample t-test. The results showed the average score of skills before the intervention was 53.64, after intervention with the simulation method the value was 71.83. Based on the Paired sample t-test, it is obtained a significance value of 0.000 stated that there is an effect of Health Education with a simulation method to improve students' skills in using first aid kits. There is an increase in holding injury treatment because students take actions based on the actual situation so that the ability to remember the material or skills provided reaches 90%. Thus, health workers as health education providers can use the simulation method as an effort to improve skills for the prevention of health problems. Keyword: simulation; first aid kit; skill

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh demonstrasi penggunaan first aid kits terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan skills siswa dalam penanganan cedera di sekolah.  Desain penelitian adalah quasy-experimental metode one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel berjumlah 42 orang, dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur pengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner dan keterampilan dengan lembar observasi dan analisa data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebelum intervensi adalah 12,95 dan 53,14. Setelah dilakukan intervensi nilai rata-rata pengetahuan dan keterampilan adalah 18,64 dan 68,12 dengan p value 0.000 yang artinya ada pengaruh demonstrasi penggunaan first aid untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Demonstrasi yang dilakukan peserta didik akan memperoleh pengalaman melalui percontohan atau pertunjukan dan memberikan 70% pemahaman dan daya ingat terkait keterampilan yang diperagakan. Kata kunci: demonstrasi; first aid kits; pengetahuan; skills Demonstration Of The Use First Aid Kits To Improve Student's Knowledge And Skills In Injury Management At SchoolAbstractInjuries are common in children, especially at school. Injuries cause disability and even death of children, in case, that student must be able to provide assistance or efforts to treat injuries. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of demonstrations on the use of first aid kits to increase students' knowledge and skills in handling injuries at school. The research design was a quasy-experimental one group pretest-posttest design method. The sample was 42 people, with proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Instruments to measure knowledge used questionnaires and skills with observation sheets and data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average value of knowledge and skills before the intervention was 12.95 and 53.14. After the intervention, the average value of knowledge and skills was 18.64 and 68.12 with a p value of 0.000, which means that there was an effect of demonstration of using first aid to improve students' knowledge and skills. Demonstrations carried out by students are able to gain experience through demonstrations or performances and provide 70% understanding and memory related to the skills being demonstrated. Keywords: demonstration; first aid kits; knowledge; skills

Latar Belakang : Sadari (Periksa Payudara Sendiri) merupakan usaha untuk mendapatkan kanker payudara pada stadium yang lebih dini. Pendidikan kesehatan adalah suatu upaya atau kegiatan untuk menciptakan perilaku masyarakat yang kondusif untuk kesehatan Dari studi pendahualuan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dari 6 siswi 2 diantaranya melakukan sadari. Tujuan : Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di smp negri 29 semarang. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen (Two group pre-test and post-test). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 137 siswi SMP kelas IX dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 102 siswi dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data yang di peroleh di olah menggunakan wilcoxon dan mann withney. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang di peroleh hasil ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Health education is an effort or activity to create a community behavior conducive to health. From preliminary studies At junior high school state of 29 semarang of 6 girls 2 of them has done a breast self-examination (BSE). Objectives Of The Research : To find out the effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of bse in smp negri 29 semarang. Method Of The Research : This research used a quantitative research, with quasy experimental design (Two group pre-test ang post-test). The population of thie research is one hundred and trirty seven students grad IX of smp negri 29 semarang. While, the research used stratified random sampling technic to take the one hundred and two population as sample. The researcher used wilcoxon and mann wihtney assessment to analise the data. Result Of The Research : After had done a research in junior high school state of 29 semarang, the research got the result there is effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of BSE in junior high school state of 29 semarang with p value 0,000 (p<0,05). ABSTRAKCedera kepala masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang mengakibatkan dampak serius bagi penderitanya, trauma menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kematian diseluruh dunia. Penyebab paling umum yang memicu terjadinya cedera kepala adalah kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor. Prevalensi cedera tertinggi berdasarkan karakteristik responden yaitu pada kelompok umur 15-24 tahun (11,7%). Minimnya kompetensi masyarakat dalam mencegah terjadinya cedera sekunder yang seringkali menyertai pasien dan justru menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan penanganan pertama pada cedera kepala terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Malang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan non equivalent control groupdesign. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil analisis uji independent t test menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada variabel pengetahuan (0,017) antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Perlunya pelatihan pada masyarakat agar dapat mengenali kebutuhan dan memberikan perawatan awal yang tepat pada korban trauma akut dan memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat kepada ambulans.Kata Kunci : cedera kepala, pelatihan pertolongan pertama, siswa SMAABSTRACTHead injuries still a health problem that has serious consequences for the sufferer, where trauma is the leading cause of death. The most common cause is a motor vehicle accident. The highest prevalence of injury is in the age group 15-24 years (11.7%). The lack of community competence in preventing secondary injury that often accompanies the patient and is the main cause of death. This study aim to analyze the effect of head injuries first aid to increase knowledge in students of SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The method in this research was quasy experimental. The samples was 52 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The result of independent t test showed that there was significant difference in knowledge variable (0,017). The need for training in common people to recognize the needs and provide appropriate early care to victims of acute trauma and can provide more accurate information to the ambulance.Keywords: head injuries, first aid training, high school students

This research is aimed to find out the effect of intelligence adversity, entrepreneurship education in the family, family support, and self-effication on entrepreneurship intention of the 2nd Vocational High School of Nganjuk. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, 194 respondents. The result with partial analysis showed that the adversity intellintelligence, entrepreneurship education in the family, family support, and self effication on entrepreneurship intention are significantly affect. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan mengkaji penerapan sistem remunerasi serta membandingkan kinerja tenaga pengajar dua tahun sebelum dan sesudah remunerasi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 48 orang responden yang merupakan dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis uji distribusi frekuensi dan uji beda berpasangan (Paired Sample T-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan sistem remunerasi di Universitas Negeri Semarang berbasis pada merit pay dan komponen yang digunakan meliputi Pay For Position, Pay For Performance, dan Pay For People. Hasil lain menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kinerja dosen, yaitu peningkatan kinerja dosen pada saat dua tahun sebelum dan sesudah remunerasi. Perbedaan kinerja ini didasarkan pada rata-rata masing-masing indikator kinerja. The purpose of this study to describe and assess the implementation of the remuneration system and compares the performance of the faculty two years before and after the remuneration at the Faculty of Economics, Semarang State University. Mechanical sampling using proportional stratified random sampling with a sample of 48 respondents who are lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Semarang State University. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis by means of test analysis and Paired sample T-test. The results research shows the application of the remuneration system in Semarang State University based on merit pay and componenents used include pay for position, pay for performance, and pay for people. Other results showed there are differences in faculty performance, which is based on the performance imorivement on average each performance indicator.

AbstractCounseling is done to improve the knowledge of respondents. Counseling using video media has a real picture and liked the target. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of counseling using video and images of free sex knowledge in adolescents. The research method used quasi experimental design with Pretest-posttest control design design in this study there are two groups selected by simple random sampling. The population in this study is students of class XI In Vocational High School 1 Nawangan country Nawangan which amounted to 178 person. The overall sample in this study were 54 respondents, for each treatment group 27 respondents. The data were processed using computter program with paired T-Test to see the significance difference between pretest-postest of each counseling medium and Independent T-test to see the effectiveness between video and image media, significance level (p) ≤ 0.05. The result of the research shows the counseling using video media with the highest value of pretest 75, average 60,65. Posttest the highest value of 100 averages 81.02. Counseling using image media pretest value score highest score 87,5 on average 60,19. While the highest posttest value of 93.75 averaged 70.14. Pursuant to result of independent T-test obtained p value = 0,005, which mean p value smaller than α = 0,05. So there is a significant difference between video and image media extension.The conclusion of this research is counseling using video media more effective than image media in increasing free sex knowledge in adolescent. It is expected to increase the knowledge of free sex in adolescent In Vocational High School 1 Nawangan country Nawangan institutions using video as a media counseling.Keywords: Video, image, knowledge, free sex, adolescents.AbstrakPenyuluhan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan responden. Penyuluhan menggunakan media video mempunyai gambaran yang nyata dan disukai sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan menggunakan video dan gambar terhadap pengetahuan seks bebas pada remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasi eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-postest control design dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua kelompok yang dipilih secara simplem random sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini siswa siswi kelas XI SMK N 1 Nawangan yang berjumlah 178 orang. Sampel keseluruhan pada penelitian ini 54 responden, untuk setiap kelompok perlakuan 27 responden. Data diolah menggunakan Program komputer dengan uji paired T-Test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikas antara pretest-postest masing-masing media penyuluhan dan Independent T-test untuk melihat efektifitas antara media video dan gambar, tingkat kemaknaan (p) ≤ 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penyuluhan menggunakan media video iilai tertinggi pretest 75, rata-rata 60,65. Posttest nilai tertinggi 100 rata-rata 81,02. Penyuluhan menggunakan media gambar nilai pretest skor nilai tertinggi 87,5 rata-rata 60,19. Sedangkan posttest nilai tertinggi 93,75 rata-rata 70,14. Berdasarkan hasil uji T-test Independen diperoleh nilai p=0,005, yang berarti nilai p lebih kecil dari α=0,05. Sehingga Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan yang antara penyuluhan media video dan gambar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penyuluhan menggunakan media video lebih efektif daripada media gambar dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan seks bebas pada remaja. Diharapkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan seks bebas pada remaja instansi SMK N Nawangan menggunakan video sebagai media penyuluhan.Kata kunci: Video, gambar, pengetahuan,seks bebas, remaja.

Fenomena kejadian kecelakaan atau cidera di tempat kerja sampai saat ini kurang  mendapatkan perhatian bagi karyawan hotel atau masyarakat. Pertolongan pertama  merupakan usaha untuk menangani penderita sesegera mungkin di tempat kejadian. Pengetahuan dan ketrampilkan pelaksanaan pertolongan pertama sangat penting dimiliki oleh pekerja/karyawan hotel sehingga mereka dapat melaksanakan tindakan pertolongan pertama. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pertolongan pertama adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan pertolongan pertama bagi karyawan hotel di kediri. Desain penelitian pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pre-post test design. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan hotel di kota Kediri. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil uji paired sample t-test pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan yaitu diperoleh nilai t hitung 14,22 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000.  Ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode simulasi terhadap pengetahuan pertolongan pertama bagi karyawan hotel.   Kata kunci: pengetahuan, pertolongan pertama, pendidikan kesehatan, metode simulasi   THE EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION WITH SIMULATION METHOD ON FIRST AID KNOWLEDGE EMPLOYEE HOTEL IN KEDIRI  The phenomenon of accidents or injuries at work has so far received little attention from hotel employees or the public. First aid is an attempt to deal with the patient as soon as possible at the scene. Knowledge and display of first aid is very important for hotel workers / employees so that they can carry out first aid measures. Efforts to increase knowledge and skills about first aid are to provide health education. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on first aid knowledge for hotel employees in Kediri. Pre-experimental research design with one group pre-post test design approach. The study population was hotel employees in the city of Kediri. The research sample of 25 people with purposive sampling technique. Research data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using t-test. The results of paired sample t-test knowledge and attitudes before and after health education that is obtained t count value of 14.22 and a significance value of 0.000. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of information services with modelling techniques assisted by film media to improve understanding in developing entrepreneurial abilities of students in Palangka Raya 2 Vocational High School. The research methodology used was an experiment, and the test used was one group pretest-posttest. Sampling is determined by random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, and scale of entrepreneurial understanding. The results of the Paired-Sample T Test show that knowledge of entrepreneurs has increased, the first average of 71.13 to 87.06 with the average number of increases of 16. The results of the t-test are 5.807, and the T-table has a significant level of 0, 05 which is 2,048. Ha is accepted if T is calculated = T-table. T count (5.807) is greater than T-table (2.048), so Ha is received, and Ho is rejected. It means "Information Services With Modeling Techniques Assisted by Film Media To Increase Understanding in Developing Entrepreneurial Abilities of Students in Palangka Raya 2 Vocational High School". The results of the analysis show that the thirty-two students in the research subject experienced an increase in the level of understanding of the entrepreneur before the intervention and after the invasion.

This study aimed to determine the implementation of UNESCO's educational pillars as well as to find out its inhibiting factors at State Vocational High School 1 Tembilahan. This study was a qualitative descriptive study, the proportionate stratified random sampling toward 90 selected students used to gather the data through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that the percentage of the implementation was at 66.37% (Good). Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the implementation were the differentiation of students and limited time allocation.
