Latar Belakang : Sadari (Periksa Payudara Sendiri) merupakan usaha untuk mendapatkan kanker payudara pada stadium yang lebih dini. Pendidikan kesehatan adalah suatu upaya atau kegiatan untuk menciptakan perilaku masyarakat yang kondusif untuk kesehatan Dari studi pendahualuan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dari 6 siswi 2 diantaranya melakukan sadari. Tujuan : Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di smp negri 29 semarang. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan Quasi Eksperimen (Two group pre-test and post-test). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 137 siswi SMP kelas IX dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 102 siswi dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data yang di peroleh di olah menggunakan wilcoxon dan mann withney. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan di SMP Negri 29 Semarang di peroleh hasil ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja tentang sadari di SMP Negri 29 Semarang dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Kata kunci : Metode Demonstrasi; Remaja; Sadar; Pendidikan kesehatan; Perilaku.Pustaka : 20 (2007-2015)  THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON ADOLESCENT BEHAVIOR OF BSE IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STATE OF 29 SEMARANG ABSTRACTBackground Of The Research : BSE (breast self examination) is an attempt to get breast cancer at earlier stages of disease. Health education is an effort or activity to create a community behavior conducive to health. From preliminary studies At junior high school state of 29 semarang of 6 girls 2 of them has done a breast self-examination (BSE). Objectives Of The Research : To find out the effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of bse in smp negri 29 semarang. Method Of The Research : This research used a quantitative research, with quasy experimental design (Two group pre-test ang post-test). The population of thie research is one hundred and trirty seven students grad IX of smp negri 29 semarang. While, the research used stratified random sampling technic to take the one hundred and two population as sample. The researcher used wilcoxon and mann wihtney assessment to analise the data. Result Of The Research : After had done a research in junior high school state of 29 semarang, the research got the result there is effectiveness of health education on adolescent behavior of BSE in junior high school state of 29 semarang with p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Pendahuluan: Maloklusi adalah ketidaksesuaian hubungan gigi dan rahang yang dapat menimbulkan beberapa dampak. Salah satu dampak maloklusi adalah retensi plak yang memicu terjadinya karies karena proses demineralisasi terjadi pada permukaan gigi yang berjejal dan sulit dibersihkan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat keparahan maloklusi dengan status karies pada remaja di SMPN 1 Kota Cimahi. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh remaja di SMPN 1 Kota Cimahi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan stratified random sampling. Pemeriksaan rongga mulut dilakukan pada 61 siswa usia 12-15 tahun, sebagai subyek penelitian. Penilaian tingkat keparahan maloklusi menggunakan indeks Handicapped Maloclussion Assesment Record (HMAR) dan penilaian status karies menggunakan indeks DMF-T. Hasil: Persentase maloklusi siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kota Cimahi sebesar 96,7%, sedangkan persentase karies didapat sebesar 83,6%. Tingkat keparahan maloklusi terbanyak yang ditemukan adalah kategori sangat berat, sangat perlu perawatan, sedangkan status karies yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah kategori moderat. Analisis korelasi menggunakan metode statistik Rank Spearman dan didapat nilai p=0,036 (p<0,05). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat keparahan maloklusi dengan status karies pada remaja di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Cimahi.Kata kunci: Tingkat keparahan maloklusi, status karies, HMAR, DMF-T, remaja ABSTRACTIntroduction: Malocclusion is a misalignment between the teeth and jaws that can cause several effects. One of the malocclusion effects is plaque retention that triggers caries because the demineralisation process occurs on the crowded tooth surface, which is difficult to clean. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the malocclusion severity and caries status in adolescents at 1 Junior High School of Cimahi. Methods: This research was correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all adolescents at 1 Junior High School of Cimahi. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Oral examination was performed on 61 students aged 12-15 years old, as the subject of the study. Assessment of malocclusion severity was performed using the Handicapped Malocclusion Assessment Record (HMAR) index, and assessment of caries status was performed using the DMF-T index. Results: Percentage of malocclusion of students in 1 Junior High School of Cimahi was 96.7%, while the percentage of caries was 83.6%. The highest malocclusion severity found was a very severe category, intensive treatment necessary; while the most found caries status was a moderate category. Correlation analysis was performed using Rank Spearman statistical method which obtained the p-value = 0.036 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the malocclusion severity and caries status in adolescents at 1 Junior High School of Cimahi.Keywords: Malocclusion severity, caries status, HMAR, DMF-T, adolescents

Penelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk mengungkapkan hubungan minat membaca, fasilitas orang tua, dan pemberian tugas membaca di sekolah dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas VIII SMP negeri di Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  ex post facto dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN Negeri di Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel ditentukan lewat teknik stratified random sampling berdasarkan nilai akreditasi sekolah A, B, dan C. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Uji prasyarat dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, linieritas, dan homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi sederhana, korelasi parsial, dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah minat membaca (X1), fasilitas orang tua (X2), dan pemberian tugas membaca di sekolah (X3) berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman (Y) pada siswa kelas VIII SMP negeri di Kabupaten Brebes (ry1-23=0,294, ry2-13=0,302, ry3-12=0,255, Ry-123= 0,489). Kata kunci: minat membaca, fasilitas orang tua, pemberian tugas membaca, kemampuan membaca pemahaman   THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG INTEREST IN READING, PARENTS’ FACILITIES, AND GIVING TASKS IN SCHOOLS WITH THE READING COMPREHENSION Abstract This research was aimed to reveal the relationship among interest in reading (X1), parents’ facilities (X2) and giving task of reading in school (X3) jointly with the  reading comprehension (Y) in the students of the eighth grade of State Junior High School (SMP) in Brebes Regency. This was an ex post facto research with the population of all eighth grade students in Brebes Regency. The samples were determined by a stratified random sampling technique based on school accreditation strata of A, B and C. Data was analyzed using a descriptive analysis. The pre-condition test was conducted by normality, linearit, and homogeneity tests. The hypothesis examination was conducted by a simple correlation, partial correlation, and multiple correlations. This research result was  interest in reading (X1), parents’ facilities (X2) and giving task of reading in school (X3) jointly positively and significantly related to the reading comprehension (Y) in the students of the eighth grade of State Junior High School (SMP) in Brebes Regency (ry1-23=0,294, ry2-13=0,302, ry3-12=0,255, Ry-123= 0,489). Background: Ransiki is a district in South Manokwari Regency which was a new division in West Papua Province. Junior high school students in Ransiki are at risk of drug use. An effort should be made to improve the knowledge and attitude of junior high school students as a form of prevention of drug use. This study aimed to improve knowledge and attitude for the prevention of drug use in junior high school students in Ransiki using the training module "Pengenalan Bahaya NAPZA bagi Kesehatan".Method: This was a Pre Experimental study using the one group pre-test and post-test design. The study samples were 60 students. Samples were determined by purposive sampling. The intervention was conducted by providing module training for five meetings. The pre-test and post-test of students were analyzed using the Dependent T-test.Results: The results showed there was a significant relationship between the mean score of students’ knowledge before the intervention (39.44) and after the intervention (77.77) (p-value = 0.0001). There was a significant relationship between the mean score of students’ attitudes before the intervention (73.40) and after the intervention (82.40) (p-value = 0.0001). The training module "Pengenalan Bahaya NAPZA bagi Kesehatan" can be used to improve students' knowledge and attitude to prevent drug use in junior high school students of South Manokwari Regency

DIFFERENCES IN AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR BETWEEN ACTIVE STUDENTS AND INACTIVE IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 3 OF WAY JEPARA. Aggressive behavior in adolescence is often shown with courageous attitude against parents and teachers, mischief, crime and acts aggressively. This study will look at differences in aggressive behavior between active and inactive students in extracurricular activities in Junior high School 3 of Way Jepara. The method of this study is comparative research, where the instrument that used for collecting the data is scale of aggressive behavior. The population of this research is eighth and ninth grade students of Junior High School 3 of Way Jepara in East Lampung that consist of 180 students. The sample is took by Disproportionate Stratified random Sampling, then it is obtained the sample of 124 of active extra-curricular students, whereas, the non-active extra-curricular student that consist 56. Hypotheses assessment is conducted by independent sample t-test where obtain calculated value of aggressive behavior in 1.360 with significance level of 0.015. Because p < 0.05 so Ho refused. There are some differences between active students and inactive students of extra-curricular.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis tentang kompetensi guru dalam melakssanakan evaluasi pembelajaran geografi di SMPN kota padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling atau teknik sampel berjenjang, yang dibagi kedalam beberapa kriteria, yaitu pertama: kriteria sekolah berstandar internasional yaitu SMPN 2 Padang,, kedua: kriteria sekolah berstandar nasional yaitu SMPN 12 Padang, dan ketiga: kriteria sekolah biasa yaitu SMPN 18 Padang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar geografi disekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1. guru geografi dalam memilih soal sudah berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda. 2. Guru sudah memeriksa jawaban siswa dengan baik dan mampu mengklasifikasikan hasil . 3. Guru sudah mampu mengklasifikasikan  nilai siswa dan tindak lanjutnya.Kata kuncis: kompetensi guru, evaluasiThis study aims to describe and analyze teacher competencies in conducting an evaluation of geography learning in Padang city junior high school. This study uses a qualitative method, the sample technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which is divided into several criteria, namely first: criteria for international standard schools, namely Padang 2 Junior High School, second: criteria for national standard schools, namely Padang 12 Junior High School, and third: criteria for ordinary schools, namely SMP 18 Padang. The subject of this research is the teacher who teaches the geography of the school. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1. the geography teacher in choosing the problem is based on the level of difficulty and distinguishing power. 2. The teacher has examined the answers of the students well and is able to classify the results. 3. Adolescents are vulnerable to get anxiety and it can affect to substance use. Coping skill training and family health education are mental nursing intervention that is expected to overcome anxiety. The goals of the research to determine the influence of coping skill training and family health education against anxiety in Junior High School. The research design is quasi-experimental pre-posttest with control group and 87 students in Junior High School was chosen by using purposive sampling technique then continued with cluster random sampling. Respondents were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 get nursing intervention and group 2 get nursing intervention, coping skills training, and family health education. The results showed decrease of anxiety that not significant after nursing intervention (p value > 0.05), and significantly decrease of anxiety after the coping skill training and family health education (p value < 0,05). Coping skill training and family health education is recommended to decrease anxiety in adolescent.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari pengetahuan guru, sikap guru, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan model Concurrent Embedded Strategy. Metode primer penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survei, kemudian dilengkapi metode kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru matematika SMP kelas VII dan VIII di Kabupaten Purworejo. Sampel penelitian adalah 64 orang guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan 5 kriteria, yaitu Sangat Siap, Siap, Cukup, Kurang, dan Sangat Kurang. Analisis data kualitatif terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari: kesiapan pengetahuan guru masuk kategori sangat kurang, sikap guru masuk kategori cukup, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana masuk kategori siap.Kata kunci: kesiapan guru, kesiapan pengetahuan, sikap guru, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana The Readiness of Junior High School Math Teachers in Purworejo for the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 AbstractThis research aimed to describe the readiness of junior high school math teachers in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the teachers’ knowledge, the attitude of teachers, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure. This study used mixed methods with models Concurrent Embedded Strategy. The study primary method was a quantitative research carried out by the survey, and  equipped with qualitative methods conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The population was all the 7th and 8th grade  junior high school math teachers in Purworejo. The sample was 64 teachers established using the stratified random sampling technique. The quantitative descriptive data analysis used five criteria, namely: Very Ready, Ready, Fairly Ready, Poor, and Very Poor. While the analysis of qualitative data consists of data reduction, data display and conclusion.The results show that the readiness of junior high school math teacher in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the readiness of the teacher's knowledge was in the very poor category, the attitude of teachers was in the fairly ready category, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure was in the ready category.Keywords: readiness of teachers, knowledge readiness, teachers’ attitudes, readiness of facilities and infrastructure

Abstrak. Dismenorea atau nyeri menstruasi di hari pertama sering dialami oleh wanita. Nyeri disminorea juga dapat berlangsung sebelum sampai beberapa hari selama menstruasi. Dismenorea yang dirasakan oleh remaja sangat berdampak jika tidak ditangani, hal ini dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Penanganan dismenorea pada remaja diperlukan untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang dapat timbul secara berkepanjangan. Penatalaksanaan nyeri disminorea secara nonfarmakologi salah satunya adalah pemberian Abdominal Stretching Exercise. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian Abdominal Stretching Exercise pada remaja dengan nyeri disminorea di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta.Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental dengan pre-post test without control. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswi SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Uji normalitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Shapiro Wilk dengan hasil distribusi data tidak normal sehingga analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Abdominal stretching exercise efektif menurunkan nyeri disminore pada siswi di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Abdominal stretching exercise efektif menurunkan nyeri disminore pada siswi di SMPIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. Hasil uji statistik dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah tindakan Abdominal Stretching Exercise pada siswi dengan nyeri disminorea. Dysmenorrhoea or menstrual pain is often experienced by women. It’s pain arising from menstruation before or during menstruation, its occurring on the first day to several days during menstruation. Dysmenorrhoea felt by adolescents is very impactful if not treated because it causes disruption of daily activities. Dysmenorrhoea in adolescents must be treated with appropriate measures to avoid from negative impacts that will arise prolonged. One of the non-pharmacological management of dysmenorrhoea pain is Abdominal Stretching Exercise. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Abdominal Stretching Exercise in adolescents with dysmenorrhea pain at Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. This was a quantitative study using a Quasi Experimental design with pre-post test without control. The research involved 30 respondents of students of Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. Normality test were analyzed using Shapiro Wilk with result abnormal data distribution than data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test. The results of analysis abdominal stretching exercise was effective in reducing dysmenorrhea pain in female students at Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School. Statistical test carried out before and after Abdominal Stretching Exercise on female students with disminorea pain. The data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test found a sig score of 0.00 results, and showed a p value of <0.05 so that it was concluded that Abdominal Stretching Exercise had an influence on dysmenorrhea pain in Nur Hidayah Surakarta Junior High School Keyword: Abdominal Stretching Exercise, dysmenorrheal pain, teenager

Background: As an older child enters the stage of adolescence, several changes happen within the human body, particularly female adolescents. The researcher as a Nurse educator realized the need to include health education on hygienic self-care practices in the subjects to be taught in Junior High School. The study aimed to determine the effect of health education on the hygienic self-care practices among adolescents’ female junior high school in Yogyakarta City, Indonesia. Methods: This study used quantitative design utilized pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The researcher used health education on the hygienic self-care practices module as the intervention and self-made questionnaire as the instrument. Results: Data shows a mean score on the before health education which is 2.96 had increased after health education to a mean score of 3.68.  There is a mean difference of 0.72 and a p-value of 0.000 in between the scores which indicates a significant result. The proposed health education program developed by the researcher needs to be implemented in the participating schools. Conclusion: The role in the collaboration of the school nurses and teachers are needed to the success of a health education program to their students who are in the stage of adolescence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru, iklim organisasi sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Kota Pontianak yang terdiri dari Pontianak Selatan, Pontianak Timur, Pontianak Barat, Pontianak Utara, Pontianak Kota dan Pontianak Tenggara yang berjumlah 820 orang. Pemilihan sekolah dimasing-masing kecamatan dilakukan berdasarkan cluster random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang yang diambil secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah serta hubungannya dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Pontianak tergolong dalam kategori kuat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi kepala sekolah dan guru dalam hal meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru, serta peneliti lainnya untuk memperdalam informasi tentang penelitian lain yang relevan. Abstract: This study aimed to assess the positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence principals with teacher job satisfaction, school organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers, The population in this study is a Junior High School teacher in Pontianak which consists of South Pontianak, East Pontianak, Pontianak West, North Pontianak, Pontianak City  and Southeast Pontianak which amounts to 820 people. Election in  the  respective school districts conducted by cluster random sampling. The study sample as many as 90 people were taken proportionate stratified random sampling. The results show that emotional intelligence principals and school organizational climate and its relationship with job satisfaction of teachers Junior High School in Pontianak relatively strong category. The The technique of data analysis performed using descriptive The results of this study can be useful to principals and teachers in terms of increasing the job satisfaction of teachers, as well as other researchers to further information about other relevant research.
