The objective of the study is to approach from a theoretical point of view the importance of the family in the school-family-student triad. The article will focus on the analysis of the role that the family has in the instructive-educational process of the child, focusing on the specialized literature in the field. School and family are the main factors that complete the education of the individual. Each of them contributes through their specific influences to the formation and social integration of the child. The family environment and the school environment are two dimensions of children's lives that make their mark on the formation of their personality. Systematic school education, however, can prove to be ineffective if the family is not involved in carrying out the instructive-educational tasks in the parent-child relationship. Families have decisive educational potential, especially in the first years of a child's life, and strengthen the educational efforts exercised by the school. Thus, working together in interdependence, through combined actions and giving the student an active role in his development, the premises are created for achieving the school success expected by all educational actors: family, school, and student.

Autonomy and reformation in education is an improvement effort in the field of education. Educational reform has two basic characteristics: programmed and systemic. Programmed educational reform refers to the curriculum or program of an educational institution. Included in this programmed educational reform is innovation. Innovation is the introduction of new ideas, new methods or new tools to improve some aspects in the educational process. There are three education centers that are responsible for the implementation of education. They are family, school, and society. In the educational process, before getting to know the wider society environment and before getting guidance from the school environment, the student first gets guidance from the family environment.

This paper discusses the framework in which the educational process takes place and the impact of family variables on student success. The aim of the research is to determine the basic characteristics of the connection between the contextual factors of the family environment and the school success of students, in the field of mathematics and the Serbian language. The research involved 300 teachers – 150 mathematics teachers and 150 Serbian language teachers, as well as 600 of their students. A descriptive method was used, and data were collected using a survey and scaling technique. For the success of students, the interest of parents in school and the success of students, the involvement of parents in school activities are more important than the overall conditions for learning and working at home. The grade in mathematics is conditioned by the general conditions for learning at home. However, only 6.1% of the dependent variable (mathematics grade) explains the independent variables. 9.3% of the variance in the assessment of the Serbian language was explained by the conditions for learning and working at home. Parents' interest in school explains 13.1% of the variance in mathematics. Parents' interest in school explains 14.3% of the variance of the grade in the Serbian language.

This research is aimed to portrait the juvenile delinquency and strategy to cope it from Islamic education point of view. The fact that numbers of juvenile delinquency is increasing from time to time has become ironic because the adolescents involved in delinquency and crime are also students. School is a place that formally not only to provide students with knowledge and science, but also to educate them to have good character and attitude. This type of research, seen from the data collection point of view, is a type of library research by using content analysis method in analysing data. The research found that from the islamic education perspective, the synchronization of education between the family environment, community environment and school environment in the form of cultivation of morality/religion in the family, cultivation of morals/religion in schools and also by widening knowledge is the best strategy in coping juvenile delinquency.

The academic competence of cadets is the basis for the formation of professional and social-personal competence of a specialist. Academic competence is a set of skills to independently obtain, process and apply knowledge in the field of jurisprudence, as well as to study and explain from a theoretical point of view the phenomena associated with the implementation of law enforcement. The specifics of training in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs predetermines the need for a systematic organization of activities to develop the academic competence of cadets. The article describes the stages of designing the educational process, taking into account the stages of professionalization of cadets in the learning process.

The distribution of DDPP in raising constructions –depending on the embedded clause’s formal properties– has been essential for Case Theory and movement. Likewise, the behavior of DDPP, according to agreement facts, has given rise to relevant discussions about the kind of movement involved (A-Movement/A’-Movement). Nevertheless, this distribution is not so clear in certain Spanish dialects, which shows a double agreement effects. It means that the embedded verb as well as the raising verb (parecer ‘to seem’) present inflectional number (and person) morphology: Parece-n que lo olvida-n (seem.3PL that it forget.3PL ‘They seem to forget him’). The analysis of the data in these varieties allows us to define many characteristics which are relevant from a descriptive and a theoretical point of view. Descriptively, it is possible to identify some notable particularities, with respect to the position of the DP, which triggers agreement and the interaction of these constructions with dative experiencers as well (Me parece que... ‘It seems to me that...’). From a theoretical point of view, these data have consequences for approaches on agreement, on the relationship between Case and movement, and on the discussion regarding the Experiencer Paradox in Spanish. Additionally, they allow us to identify a new empirical domain in which a DP plural number feature has an active role in the Probe-Goal domain.

Superconductivity in a novel class of layered materials, Ti -based pnictide oxides, was recently discovered. These compounds have attracted interest since they combine features of copper oxide and iron pnictide superconductors. Here the transition metal (titanium) forms two-dimensional Ti 2 O layers (anti structure to the CuO 2 planes), capped by pnictogen ions (similar to Fe 2 As 2 layers). The pnictide oxide compounds show a spin or charge density wave phase which coexists with superconductivity in some members of the family. Unlike the cuprates, but similar to iron pnictides, the parent compounds of pnictide oxides are metals with specific nesting properties of the Fermi surface which leads to the density wave instability. The nature of the superconductivity, coexisting with the density wave order, and the possible competition or mutual interaction between both states is one of the central questions of recent studies. This short review summarizes the current knowledge from an experimental as well as theoretical point of view and discusses some of the open questions and possible future developments.

Functional constipation is an issue for both the patient and his/her family, affecting the patient’s psychoemotional balance, social relations, and their harmonious integration in the school environment. We aimed to highlight the connection between chronic constipation and encopresis and the patient’s psychosocial and family-related situation.Material and Method. 57 patients with ages spanning from 6 to 15 were assessed within the pediatric gastroenterology ward. Sociodemographic, medical, and psychological data was recorded. The collected data was processed using the SPSS 20 software.Results. The study group consisted of 57 children diagnosed with encopresis (43 boys (75.44%) and 14 girls (24.56%)),M=10.82years. It was determined that most of the children came from urban families with a poor socioeducational status. We identified a level of studies of11.23±5.56years in mothers, while fathers had an average number of9.35±4.53years of study. We also found a complex relationship between encopretic episodes and school performances (F=7.968,p=0.001, 95% Cl). Children with encopresis were found to have more anxiety/depression symptoms, greater social problems, more disruptive behavior, and poorer school performance.Conclusions. The study highlights the importance of the family environment and socioeconomic factors in manifestations of chronic constipation and encopresis.

During more than half a century, Psychiatry has extensively accepted a biomedical model studying mental disorders (including schizophrenia, affective disorders and the large group of stress-related disorders, including anxiety disorder. Thus, the classical dichotomy between functional and organic psychiatric disorders is obsolete and from a theoretical point of view there should be no obstacle for Psychiatry to deal with the study of dementias from gene to clinical levels using empirical methods, including neurotransmitters and scanning techniques. However, in many European countries, the dementias have been claimed as belonging primarily to Neurology, leaving the role of psychiatrists to treat psychotic symptoms and bizarre behavioral disturbances. However, psychiatrists have a long tradition of detailed psychopathological description and great skill in coping with the many psychological, ethical and social problems that are such important features of mental disorders and particularly the dementias, and so, the specific skills of psychiatrists will certainly be warranted in managing the many significant psychological and social problems of the patient both within the family and in society. The discussion must overcome the sterile debate between specialties to focus on the skills needed to adequately address the needs of patients with dementia and their caregivers.Disclosure of interestThe author has not supplied his declaration of competing interest.

In family that plays an important role in shaping the child's personality is the parent. The personality is obtained through the educational process taught by his parents. First and foremost educators for children in the family are parents because it is from them that the child first gets an education. In essence, education in the family occurs implicitly, starting with communication between family members and the daily behavior of their parents. In addition to good communication, the behavior of both parents also participate in the formation of children’s morals. Because the family is the first and primary madrasa for a child. In general, in a family environment, religious values are instilled in children to shape their behavior. Therefore, religious education in the family environment is needed to find out which boundaries are good and bad in children's daily lives. In Islam it is taught to protect the family (or children) from ignorance, even it is highly recommended not to leave the family in a weak state (educational and economic). As explained in the Qur’an surah an-Nisa’ verse 9. This paper will discuss education in the family perspective of surah an-Nisa’ verse 9. This is important to discuss to avoid the birth of a generation of the weak, both weak in education and economically. With an education in the family, it is expected to form a strong generation is facing the challenges of the times ahead.
