Sistem  absensi  saat  ini  perlu  memerlukan  pembaharuan  sistem  yang  baru. Karena  dengan melakukan hal ini akan berdampak sangat baik bagi perusahaan dilihat dari sisi efisien, efektif, dan  cepat.  Dalam  hal  ini  perusahaan  berlomba  membuat  sistem  absensi  yang  dapat  berjalan pada  teknologi  saat  ini  seperti  smartphone  android.  Hal tersebut membutuhkan sebuah design rancangan sebelum sistem ini dibuat sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi pada sistem  yang  akan  dibuat.  Design  sistem  absensi  online  digunakan  untuk  mempercepat  absen hanya   melalui   smartphone  android  yang  dimiliki  oleh  masing-masing  karyawan.  Hal  ini membutuhkan  jaringan  lokal  yang  berjarak  hanya  didalam  lingkungan  perusahaan  sehingga karyawan tidak dapat absen diluar perusahaan. Guna membuat sebuah laporan dengan metode sistem  diatas,  memerlukan  metode  pengumpulan  data  sistem  yang  berjalan,  wawancara, observasi,   analisa   sistem   yang   diusulkan,   dan   metode   prototipe   dan   testing   sebagai pembentukan sistem usulan yang memadai sebagai alternative solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada. Kata Kunci :Sistem, Absensi, Design, Jaringan The current system requires absences need renewal of the new system. Because by doing this will have an impact is  very  good  for the  company as  seen  from the  side  of efficient, effective,  and  fast.  In  this  case  the  company  raced  to  make  attendance  system  that  can  run  on  current technologies  such          as android     smartphone. It requires a design draft before this system was created  so as to  know the  problems and solutions on the system to be  created.  Online attendance  system  design  used  to  speed up the timesheet only through android smartphone  which  is  owned  by  each  employee. This  requires  a  local network  which is just in a corporate environment so that employees can not be absent outside of the company. To create a report  with the method above,   the system requires a   method   of data   collection system   that runs, interviews, observation, analysis of the proposed system, and the method of prototype and  testing as the establishment of  an adequate  proposal  system  as  alternative  best  solution of existing problems. Humans and technology are two things that can not be separated. The rate of population growth, which is growing rapidly, proportional to the needs of people in many ways. Socio-Technical System is expected to assist and facilitate human in performing the collection and storage of data. Socio-Technical System can be applied by taking into account various aspects ranging from social, psychological, computer science, and technical. Methods of Socio-Technical implementation consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. In the testing phase, it should be noted the social and psychological aspects of the user.

Data collection system in Fish Landing Base of Dumai was traditionally. Data written manually using books and collected by agents. This fact illustrates the weakness of the catch data collection system that occours. The effect is low data accuracy and requires a longer time in reporting. Data collection system based on technology will facilitate the process and important to do. The purpose of this study was to design a data collection system for fish catches landed at Fish Landing Base of Dumai. The research was conducted in February-June 2020 in Dumai city. The method used observation, interviews and literature review. Data analysis is used the process of analyzing data, literature review, analysis of existing systems, analysis of new systems and system design using data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and HIPO. System design starts from input, output and database design. The data design inputted is fishermen data, fishing gear, fish production and price of day, fish distribution, customer data and data employees. The output data are reports of user data, fishing gear specifications, fish production and fish distribution. The database is structured and presented using a flow chart. A technology-based of catch data collection system designed to improve the efficiency of the presentation of the reports needed for agencies.Keywords:Fish LandingDFDReportAgencies

This thesis report is prepared based on the results of the analysis of the ongoing data collection system as well as the results of designing a new system at PT. SINAR MUSTIKA BINTAN SPBU Km 19 East Bintan. The results of the analysis show that manual data processing causes several problems so that the system performance becomes less efficient. To fix the deficiencies that exist in the system that is being implemented, a new system is designed to increase work efficiency. The data processing application developed can help solve problems that have existed before. This application was built using Borland Delphi 7.0. With this new system and application, it is hoped that the work process will be more efficient and can be improved.

The shop's sales and purchase system is currently using a manual system. For the development of its business, a new system is needed to be able to improve the current system. Design and manufacture of this new sales and purchase system by making an application program using Borland Delphi 7 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for the database. The result of making this program is to automate the calculation in the sales and purchase process, which in the old system still uses manual counting. Programs can also produce reports that contain data needed by a manager in a structured manner.

Abstrak PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pemeriksa (KPRK) Jombang atau Kantor Pos Jombang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengiriman. Dalam proses bisnisnya, Kantor Pos Jombang menggunakan sebuah aplikasi bernama Integrated Postal Operations System (IPOS). Dalam artikel ini, penulis melakukan analisis pada Aplikasi IPOS untuk mengetahui penerapannya pada transaksi pengiriman surat dan barang di Loket Retail Kantor Pos Jombang dan mengetahui aspek PIECES (Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, dan Service) dari Aplikasi IPOS. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi IPOS sangat mendukung Kantor Pos Jombang dalam transaksi pengiriman surat dan barang. Aplikasi IPOS dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah proses transaksi pengiriman, serta dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu, dan relevan. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pemeriksa (KPRK) Jombang or Jombang Post Office was the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which is engaged in delivery services. In its business processes, Jombang Post Office uses an application called Integrated Postal Operations System (IPOS). In this paper, authors analyzed IPOS to observe the PIECES (Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service) aspects of IPOS in the task of mail and goods delivery transaction in Retail Locket of Post Office Jombang. The, data collection methods used by the author are interview, observation, and literature study. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that IPOS strongly supports Jombang Post Office in transaction of mail and goods delivery. IPOS can speed up and simplify the transaction of mail and goods delivery, and it can provide information that is accurate, timely, and relevant. A vantagem do presente sistema é que o mesmo dispensa a utilização de uma válvula reguladora do nível de água no interior do tanque medidor na avaliação do processo de perda d'água para a atmosfera, e considerando que o tanque medidor proposto é também um pluviômetro, infere-se que o sistema em estudo permite a coleta de dados para dias com chuvas leves (intensidade com ordem de grandeza da evapotranspiração), melhorando, portanto, a confiabilidade das leituras obtidas com o tanque classe A padrão empregado largamente no manejo de água das culturas. UNITERMOS: tanque classe A, evapotranspiração, manejo da irrigação.  VILLA NOVA, N.A.; SENTELHAS, P.C.; PEREIRA, A.B.EVAPO-PLUVIOMETER: A NEW SYSTEM FOR MEASURING THE CLASS A  PAN EVAPORATION  2 ABSTRACT             A new system of measurements coupled to a standard class A pan that may balance evaporations of a water free surface exposed to the local climatic conditions and to rainfall is proposed. The advantage of the current system is that it deals with a system that allows data collection on days light rainfall days (i.e. when rainfall intensities correspond to evapotranspiration), once it does not require a valve for water level regulation inside the measurer tank to assess water loss into the atmosphere, and because this proposed measurer tank is also a pluviometer. Thus, the reliability of the readings obtained by the conventional class A pan within water management on crops is improved. KEYWORDS: class A pan, evapotranspiration, irrigation management.
