Humans and technology are two things that can not be separated. The rate of population growth, which is growing rapidly, proportional to the needs of people in many ways. Each activity and human needs, should be documented, so any activity and human needs can be predicted. Therefore, the data need to be collected and stored properly, effectively, and accuratel. Socio-Technical System is expected to assist and facilitate human in performing the collection and storage of data. Socio-Technical System can be applied by taking into account various aspects ranging from social, psychological, computer science, and technical. Methods of Socio-Technical implementation consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. In the testing phase, it should be noted the social and psychological aspects of the user.

The principles of construction and operation of the data collection and transmission system (DCTS) of an unmanned vessel are considered. A two-stage formulation of the problem of constructing a DCTS is proposed: the choice of methods and means of transmitting data from sensors to the data collection system, the choice of a method for transmitting data to the data collection system, the implementation of data transmission channels and, directly, the organization of data collection and storage for use in the autopilot device, implementation systems for receiving and synchronizing data and their placement in the storage system.

In this chapter, the authors present a socio-technical system for optimal organizational performance at aviation enterprises such as air navigation system as socio-technical system. The authors made an analysis of the International Civil Aviation Organization documents on risk assessment and the impact of the social environment on the aviation system. The authors obtained the results of the evaluation of non-professional factors: determination of the social-psychological impact on decision making of human-operator by identifying the preferences for organizational performance. The structural analysis of internal and external management environment of aviation enterprise was carried out. And, as follows from the analysis, inhomogeneous factors that influence the aviation activity were classified, formalized, and systematically generalized using set-theoretical approach. The influence of factors of internal and external management environment on the aviation enterprise's activity was determined.

Data collection system in Fish Landing Base of Dumai was traditionally. Data written manually using books and collected by agents. This fact illustrates the weakness of the catch data collection system that occours. The effect is low data accuracy and requires a longer time in reporting. Data collection system based on technology will facilitate the process and important to do. The purpose of this study was to design a data collection system for fish catches landed at Fish Landing Base of Dumai. The research was conducted in February-June 2020 in Dumai city. The method used observation, interviews and literature review. Data analysis is used the process of analyzing data, literature review, analysis of existing systems, analysis of new systems and system design using data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and HIPO. System design starts from input, output and database design. The data design inputted is fishermen data, fishing gear, fish production and price of day, fish distribution, customer data and data employees. The output data are reports of user data, fishing gear specifications, fish production and fish distribution. The database is structured and presented using a flow chart. A technology-based of catch data collection system designed to improve the efficiency of the presentation of the reports needed for agencies.Keywords:Fish LandingDFDReportAgencies

Sistem  absensi  saat  ini  perlu  memerlukan  pembaharuan  sistem  yang  baru. Karena  dengan melakukan hal ini akan berdampak sangat baik bagi perusahaan dilihat dari sisi efisien, efektif, dan  cepat.  Dalam  hal  ini  perusahaan  berlomba  membuat  sistem  absensi  yang  dapat  berjalan pada  teknologi  saat  ini  seperti  smartphone  android.  Hal tersebut membutuhkan sebuah design rancangan sebelum sistem ini dibuat sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi pada sistem  yang  akan  dibuat.  Design  sistem  absensi  online  digunakan  untuk  mempercepat  absen hanya   melalui   smartphone  android  yang  dimiliki  oleh  masing-masing  karyawan.  Hal  ini membutuhkan  jaringan  lokal  yang  berjarak  hanya  didalam  lingkungan  perusahaan  sehingga karyawan tidak dapat absen diluar perusahaan. Guna membuat sebuah laporan dengan metode sistem  diatas,  memerlukan  metode  pengumpulan  data  sistem  yang  berjalan,  wawancara, observasi,   analisa   sistem   yang   diusulkan,   dan   metode   prototipe   dan   testing   sebagai pembentukan sistem usulan yang memadai sebagai alternative solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada. Kata Kunci :Sistem, Absensi, Design, Jaringan The current system requires absences need renewal of the new system. Because by doing this will have an impact is  very  good  for the  company as  seen  from the  side  of efficient, effective,  and  fast.  In  this  case  the  company  raced  to  make  attendance  system  that  can  run  on  current technologies  such          as android     smartphone. It requires a design draft before this system was created  so as to  know the  problems and solutions on the system to be  created.  Online attendance  system  design  used  to  speed up the timesheet only through android smartphone  which  is  owned  by  each  employee. This  requires  a  local network  which is just in a corporate environment so that employees can not be absent outside of the company. To create a report  with the method above,   the system requires a   method   of data   collection system   that runs, interviews, observation, analysis of the proposed system, and the method of prototype and  testing as the establishment of  an adequate  proposal  system  as  alternative  best  solution of existing problems. Wheelchairs are one of the walking aids for people with disabilities and also for people who are unable to move from one place to another. The purpose of this research was to build hardware and software into a wheelchair prototype that can be controlled with joysticks and smartphones and to know its performance. The method in making the final project consists of the stages of need identification, requirements analysis, system design, tool making, tool testing and data collection. Based on the testing that has been done, the results are obtained that the control input from the smartphone through the application and also the joystick produces the output of the wheelchair prototype movement according to the instructions that have been set as input. The maximum distance of the control system from the smartphone is 0-10 meters either with obstacles or without obstacles. The response of the wheelchair prototype device has an average error of 0.024. Smartphone applications that are used as controls can be installed on the latest Android version "Nougat" and 4 versions of Android below. The speed of the wheelchair prototype on the joystick control matches the value of the resistance issued by the joystick module.

Microfinance Institutions Agribusiness (LKMA) Prima Agung Kenagarian Sungai Duo Kecamatan Sitiung Kabupaten Dharmasraya  is one form of cooperatives engaged in the field of micro-credit. In management, conventional systems are still used in the form of a book. This method is less effective for savings and loan transactions in large quantities because it required precision in processing accounting data such as repetition of writing that can lead to wastage of working time. With the existence of these problems, LKMA Prima Agung needs to use a savings and loan applications that can assist in data processing. The research method used in this study is the identification of the problem, literature, and the establishment of data collection, system design, analysis, design and implementation of the system. The results of this study are expected to be an alternative solution, especially for LKMA Prima Agung in completing various transaction processes effectively and efficiently.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and to design an Android-based academic information system at Jambi University. This information system would be able to help the activities of the civitas academica at Jambi University. This information system has important facilities in the form of course contract features, view study results, input courses, input grades, lecture schedules and class schedule information. When developed this system, researcher used the Java programming language, where Java programming is used to build android-based applications, while for this database information system used MySQL. Analysis method and system design in this research used the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method has several stages: Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration, Operation and Maintenance. In the process of data collection, researcher used methods of observation, interview and literature studies.
