Pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) is one of the biodiversity of Kisar Island, Maluku Barat Daya (MBD). This study aimed to determine the number and size of chromosomes from pigeon pea (C. cajan) from Kisar Island, MBD. The method used for chromosome observation is the squashing method, while for the analysis of the shape and size of chromosomes using the picsart and image raster applications. Data analysis using descriptive analysis with the help of figures and tables. The results showed that the chromosome number of three varieties of pigeon pea (C. cajan) was 2n = 14. The longest chromosome is owned by orange seed varieties that are 9.17 µm, batik color seed varieties are 9.09 μm, the shortest chromosomes are owned by black seed varieties of 8.32 µm. The chromosome length of the three varieties of pigeon pea (C. cajan) varies showing different genome numbers.   Key words: Chromosome; Cajanus cajan; Kisar Island; Maluku Barat Daya.

This study aims to describe the meaning of Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. The main instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by tools such as stationery and cameras to collect data in the field. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, describing the data, and making conclusion.The results show that Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance describes lessons about things a Pangulu (a leader) uses to maintain his crown or honor. These are found in Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance which gives textual meanings elaborated through motion, floor patterns, music, dancers, make-up, performance, and venues. Retailer demand on Brastagi orange is derivate from consumers demand or people in Bengkulu city. On the other hand, there were some factors that influenced demand of Brastagi orange on retailers themselves beside influencing by factor from consumer, like: the number of Brastagi orange that ordered or bought by retailer in the last month, the price of Brastagi orange  bought in this month, the price of Brastagi orange in the retailer in this month, the price of Brastagi orange on the retailer in the last month, the price of Bengkulu (local) orange  in the retailer, the number of Brastagi orange that ordered or bought by consumers in the last month, capital and dummy of place for retailers.  Descriptive analysis was shows that the biggest number of  month ordered  of  Brastagi orange is the demand of Brastagi Orange on  AB type in awning retailer, on the other side the biggest demand  for  Brastagi orange from the retailer without awning  is on super type with  the source of  the whole buying from the agent in Bengkulu City. The system of payment from the agent is pay after  sale. The result of data analysis and hypothesis test (t test) shows that the price of retailer Brastagi Orange order  in this month (X1), capital (X3), the number of Brastagi orange  that bought in the last month (x4t-1), and dummy of trade location (D) were influenced  or significant as partial on Brastagi  orange retailer demand . On the other side, the price of Bengkulu Local orange (X2) was not influence on retailer demand on retailer Brastagi orange. The result of the income analysis were shows that the amount of income from Brastagi orange retailer with awning per month and the income of the Brastagi orange retailer without awning month. However, the  result of analysis from statistic test shows that different of income retailer with awning  compare to retailer without awning was not significant.                     Key words : demand, income, brastagi orange

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling pernikahan yang sensitif gender untuk mencegah perceraian di lembaga P2TPA KK Rekso Dyah Utami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat empat tahap dalam proses konseling pernikahan dalam penanganan kasus perceraian yaitu: (1) mendengarkan (2) pemberian opsi; opsi renovasi atau memperbaiki hubungan, opsi terapi, menerima ketentuan dan takdir dan opsi perceraian (3) istirahat sejenak untuk mengambil keputusan (4) pemberian solusi yang terbaik sesuai keputusan konseli. Teknik konseling pernikahan yang sensitif gender yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menghadirkan kedua belah pihak dalam sesi konseling atas dasar keutuhan dan keharmonisan rumah tangga adalah tanggung jawab bersama. Pelaksanaan konseling pernikahan yang sensitif gender yang dilakukan lembaga tersebut kurang lebih 80% berhasil mencegah perceraian dengan catatan kedua bilang pihak antara suami dan istri bersedia mengikuti proses konseling pernikahan yang diberikan.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Pelaksanaan Konseling Pernikahan, Sensitif Gender, Pencegahan Perceraian</p><p> </p><p><em>THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARRIAGE COUNSELLING BASED ON SENSITIVE GENDER TO PREVENT DIVORCE AT REKSO DYAH UTAMI. This</em><em> research aims to investigate the implementation of gender-sensitive marriage counseling to prevent divorce in P2TPA institution of KK Rekso Dyah Utami. It used qualitative approaches with descriptive methods. The data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research confirmed that there are four stages in the process of marriage counseling in handling divorce cases: (1) listening both sides (husband-wife) (2) giving some options; an option for remodeling or improving the relationship, an option for doing therapy, accepting the terms and destiny or the option for committing divorce (3) giving short break to make a decision (4) giving the best solution according to the decision of the counselees. The techniques of gender-sensitive marriage counseling was implemented by inviting both sides at a counseling session on the basis of the household unity and harmony which becomes their shared responsibility. The implementation of gender-sensitive counseling marriage conducted in the institution indicated that more than 80% was successful in preventing divorce in the note that both sides were willing to follow the process of marriage counseling.</em></p><p><strong><em>Key Words</em></strong><em>: The Implementation of Marriage Counseling, Gender-Sensitive, Divorce Prevention</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan makna simbolik dalam novel Di Bawah Bayang-bayang Ode karya Sumiman Udu yang terbit tahun 2015. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori interaksional simbolik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah deskriptif analisis. Pembahasan ini menghasilkan hal-hal berikut. Pertama, adanya pemaksaan adat dan budaya yang sudah tidak relevan, mengantarkan individu menolak dan melawan adat budaya. Kedua, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara melanggar norma. Ketiga, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara tidak melakukan ritual adat. Keempat, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara menghapus gelar pada nama. Kelima, penolakan adat dilakukan dengan cara mengejar ilmu pengetahuan.   Kata-kata Kunci:  novel, tokoh, tindakan, interaksi simbolik   Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the symbolic meaning in the novel Di Bawah Bayang-bayang Ode by Sumiman Udu published in 2015. The theory used in this study is symbolic interactional theory. Data collection is done by library techniques. The method used for data analysis is descriptive analysis. This discussion produces the following things. First, the imposition of customs and cultures that are already irrelevant, leading individuals to reject and oppose cultural customs. Second, customary rejection is done by violating norms. Third, customary rejection is done by not doing customary rituals. Fourth, customary rejection is done by removing the title in the name. Fifth, customary rejection is done by pursuing knowledge.  Key Words: novels, characters, actions, symbolic interactions

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.
