The use of Information Technology (IT) in State Vocational High School (SMK N) 4 Lubuklinggau city has not been greatly optimized. Similar deduction was obtained for existing learning facilities and media, despite wifi availability. Also, the motivation for learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically declined, due to poor IT literacy among teachers. This circumstance is possibly observed from the students’ attitudes in participating in online classes, using Google Classroom and WhatsApp platforms. The assessment commenced with a pre-test, followed by a training on strengthening IT literacy as well as the development of Google Classroom and Kahoot in online learning. Subsequently, independent assignments and evaluations were conducted. The results showed an acceptable performance, with materials on "Strengthening IT Literacy", "The Development of Google Classroom in Online Learning" and "The Development of Kahoot in Online Learning", reporting 81.30, 82.72 and 82.69% comprehension rate, respectively.

The correcting of errors in L2 writing is a problematic task for teachers. A lack of consistent research evidence supporting a given method of corrective feedback, or even the extent to which errors should be corrected, means that teachers are often left to make judgments on what method and focus are best for their students. It is, therefore, important to understand how students interact with the corrective feedback they receive. This study looked at Japanese high school students’ attitudes towards and use of corrective feedback on their written work. Findings suggest that while students felt their teacher should provide extensive corrective feedback and that this feedback had helped them in their written English, their actual usage of the feedback they received was very passive. It is argued that beyond solely providing corrective feedback on students’ writing, high school teachers need to ensure their students actively engage with the feedback they receive. The article concludes with some suggestions for achieving this in the context of a Japanese high school writing course. 第二言語ライティングに於ける課題添削は、教師にとって頭を悩ます仕事である。添削に関する方法論について一貫した研究証拠がないだけでなく、どの程度誤りを修正すべきか等、生徒にとって最良と考える方法や重点を判断することはしばしば教師自身に委ねられている。従って、どのように生徒が添削された課題に向き合っているかを理解することが重要となる。 本研究では、日本の高校生の英文ライティング課題添削に対する捉え方、及び添削された課題をどう活用しているかについて調査をした。調査結果によると、彼らは、教師は詳細な添削をすべきで、添削は英文ライティング力向上に役立つと考えているが、実際に添削された課題の活用方法はかなり受動的であった。本論文では、高校教師は添削結果を生徒に提供するだけでなく、その積極的な活用方法を指導する必要があると説き、日本の高校の英文ライティングクラスにおける、前述の問題の解決方法を示す。

Abstract As the effects of Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia’s education experienced numerous changes. The previously face-to-face learning activities have been replaced by the online learning that relies on Internet access. Meanwhile, during a learning process, teachers use media to facilitate students learning. Therefore, the implementation of online learning rises the need for learning media in online learning. Mobile learning is invented as a learning media that can be implemented in this situation. It is developed using a number of programing applications, such as Sublime Text, to generate user friendly media. This study developed a Sublime Text based mobile learning application that can be accessed through android smartphones. This media has been confirmed to help teachers deliver learning materials, learning videos, and exercises accessible at anytime and anywhere. This Sublime Text based mobile learning application is called Study Fill. The learning media has been tried out to the students in tenth grade of State Vocational High School 2 Kediri, while the result suggest that the learning media is feasible and valid. Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perubahan karena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah, saat ini ditiadakan dan diganti dengan kegiatan pembelajaran secara jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh mengandalkan akses internet sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru biasanya memanfaatkan media yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat membantu guru dalam pembelajaran daring. Mobile learning merupakan salah satu media yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Mobile learning dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi pemrograman, seperti Sublime Text, sehingga dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang bersifat user friendly. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android. berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text terbukti mempermudah guru membagikan materi, video pembelajaran maupun soal-soal dan peserta didik dapat mengaksesnya dimanapun dan kapanpun. Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang diberi nama StudyFill ini layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas X OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri karena memperoleh hasil validasi sangat valid.

The research purpose was determined the effect of intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and motivation on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta City. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta City. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and work motivation are simultaneously have a significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 2) Intellectual abilities has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 3) Discipline has a significant effect on vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta city. 4) Work motivation has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 5) Supervision has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta. This research has the purpose of finding out the ReadinessReadiness of junior high school teachers in the online learning, and efforts which are carried out as well as obstacles that are dealt with in the online learning implementation at the time of Covid-19 pandemic. The kind of research which is used is qualitative-descriptive, with the interview technique. The result of the research shows that the junior high school educators enthusiastically respond the online learning by preparing the online learning devices and promoting the change of learning system to the students, and the online learning system is executed by utilizing applications, such as short message service, Whatsapp group, Zoom, phone, or live chat. The result of this research shows that junior high school teachers are ready to implement online learning in spite of not being optimal and dealing with various obstacles.

Information technology (IT) literacy skills are increasingly important for all adolescents to learn, as the majority of post-school pursuits will require at least some amount of computer skills. For adolescents with disabilities, this urgency is perhaps more pronounced, as this subpopulation typically experiences more dismal post-school outcomes than their peers without disabilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the psychometric properties of the Envision Information Technology Literacy (EITL) scale based on pretest and posttest responses of students with and without disabilities ( N = 150). Findings show promising validity and reliability of the EITL scale. Implications for practice are discussed with regard to uses in high school career courses and as an age-appropriate transition assessment.
