The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the role of sports psychology in artistic gymnastics. This type of research is qualitative. Data were taken through observation and interviews using a Likert scale questionnaire given to athletes, and data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the training of gymnastics in Sijunjung Regency, the psychological aspects of athletes which included emotion, intelligence, intelligence, tension, discipline, aggressiveness, self-confidence, motivation, were still in the less category, this was due to the lack of attention paid coach in fostering artistic gymnastics. This study aims to find out how to optimize waqf in Indonesia specifically to improve the economy in Indonesia. This research is a libraty research which focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study are seven things that must be done, namely: (1). Carry out a thought approach based on the study of the school of fiqh which is mostly used by Indonesian Muslim communities. (2). Provide socialization regarding the importance of empowering waqf more productively for the acceleration of development of Indonesia. (3) giving an overview and simulation of the benefits and benefits to be obtained by managing waqf productively. (4) Encouraging the creation of qualified HR waqf managers. (5). Encourage the habitual creation of alternative and investment climate that is optimal for the utilization of waqf. (6). Synergize with all related parties. (7) Optimizing the role of the Indonesian Waqf Agency.

This research is used quantitative approach and descriptive method. Instrument used by the research is skala Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes questionnaire to describing media social using by students and Likert Scale questionnaire to describing student’s political literacy. Data analysis using Rank Spearman Order.The result show that social media used by students 48% good, 26% fair, and 15% poor. Student’s political literacy are 36% good, 43% fair, and 21% poor. The role of social media in the development of student's political literacy is 54,79% affected by social media, and 45,21% affected by other factors.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

Objective - This paper explores the role of the Indonesian Central Bank as the Lender of the Last Resort. Methodology/Technique - This research uses normative juridical research and secondary data. Findings - The results indicate that the Bank of Indonesian, in coordination with the Financial Services Authority, still has the authority to grant short-term loans for banks with liquidity issues. Nevertheless, the Bank of Indonesia does not have authority to provide emergency finance facilities where the funding is granted at the government's expense. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.

This study is carried out in Delanggu, Klaten, that has high productivity of rice but undergoing a decrease in the role of the sector of agriculture. The goal of this study is to observe young people departicipation in the sector od agriculture and fators that influence it. The method used is survey method. The population is all of the young people in Delanggu, 1.419 peoples. The sampling uses stratified proporsional quota sampling where respondents are divided into three groups of age, 15-19 years old, 20-24 years old, and 25-29 years old. Every sampling in eah group is taken 5% proportionally, with its homogenates consideration, while the characteristic, which has determined in order to fulfil the number of determined quota in each age group. Collected data is presented in the form of frequency and cross table. Qualitative data analysis uses logical thought, deducyive-inductive, analogy ang comparison, whereas analyzing frequency and cross table uses quantitative data analysis. The use of both analysis is adjusted to the data and goal of the study.

Dear producers and consumers of knowledge, I would like to share the happiness of being with you again with 9th Volume 1th first issue of Pegem Journal of Education and Instruction (PEGEGOG) in 2019. I hope you could find time to have a rest after your busy schedule. Initially, I want to thank you for the increasing interest for our journal. There has been 98 articles sent for publication to our journal. This is good news for our journal. On the other hand, I have to indicate that there were critical problems in terms of format within these articles as stated in the previous issue. First of all, unfortunately we had to reject some articles as in many of them there were texts very similar to ones in different articles. At first step, we scan all articles in i-Thenticate program to determine the exact quotations from other resources. After this scan, we reject the articles detected to have exact quotations at a high rate without initiating peer-review process. Apart from that, we also send back the articles not written in an academic format not to disturb our reviewers unnecessarily. One of the problems with the articles submitted to our journal and we had to reject was about data analysis. The data is the raw information collected from related resources through research aims. These should be analyzed in parallel with these aims. It is necessary to analyze them using statistics for quantitative data and methods such as content analysis or descriptive analysis for qualitative data. Analysis provides the data being transformed into findings and make sense. Especially, in some of document analysis and some qualitative studies, it is seen that data are presented as findings. In some others, data are presented being only described. It is essential that the studies are formed in an article format obeying the rules by the journal and presented for publication afterwards. As always, we present the ten articles got through peer-review process and given DOI number to you dear producers and consumers of knowledge. I wish these studies conducted in various fields of educational sciences will be useful and contribute to theoretical knowledge within the field. Hope to meet within the next issue. The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

Organizations are expected to act rationally; however, mythical thinking is often present among their members. It refers also to myths related to technology. New inventions and technologies are often mythologized in organizations. People do not understand how new technologies work and usually overestimate their possibilities. Also, myths are useful in dealing with ambivalent feelings, such as fears and hopes. The text focuses on the so-called “big data myth” and its impact on the decision-making process in modern marketing management. Mythical thinking related to big data in organizations has been observed both by scholars and practitioners. The aim of the chapter is to discuss the foundation of the myth, its components, and its impact on the decision-making process. Among others, a presence of a “big data myth” may be manifested by over-reliance on data, neglecting biases in the process of data analysis, and undermining the role of other factors, including intuition and individual experience of marketing professionals or qualitative data.

This study explores the perceptions of workers on the influence of psychological capital on their earnings using qualitative data analysis. Workers from diverse socio-economic groups, cultures and occupations in New York City were interviewed using both individual interviews as well as focused groups to find out their viewpoints on psychological capital and its impact on their earnings. The analysis of this paper suggests that workers perceive psychological capital to play a meaningful role in influencing their earnings. In particular, the results indicate that psychological capital workers perceive to be important for their earnings are self-confidence, motivation, positive attitude, ambition and perseverance.
