PT. Bahari Eka Indonesian Archipelago Palembang was the company that was involved inthe sending service and the transport service. In processing the Acceptance data and thedelivery of goods of the company used the application of Microsoft Word and Excel butonly implementation in the process of data typing and the production of the table, after thedata was typed afterwards was printed to become the report in the company. The problemin this research was: "how developed a Application" of the "Tracking Paket Application"of the "The Expedition of Thing to PT. Bahari Eka Indonesian Archipelago Palembangused the language pemprograman Borland Delphi 2007 and Microsoft Access 2007 ?”.Technically the development of the system used SDLC with the Waterfal model l as well asthe development implement of the system that was used that is DFD and ERD. Berdasarkanthe problem that happened then was needed by him an application that used the databaselike Microsoft access, to facilitate in the increase and the search for the data without musthave the data that the duplicate so as to be not wrong in typing and the search for the databy adding the notification if the data that diinput was or pencariaan the data was wrong, like the Borland Delphi Form Application input was given by facilities print the documentthat was needed, the example in form payment will be given button print kwitansi.Theapplication was provided by him the menu to tracking the package of the thing ekpedisi sothat the administrative part could with the ease checked the status of the delivery of goodsof the customer. The Theory base that was used in part: the Understanding of theApplication, the Understanding of the Data, the Understanding of the Processing

In Indonesia much uncertainty remains in the wake of the dramatic changes that unfolded in the latter half of the l990's. By the end of the 20th century, the Indonesian economy was in ruins. The concept of democracy remained contested. The transportation and communication system that once at least minimally linked the diverse and at times disparate areas and peoples of the Indonesian archipelago into an Andersonian imagined national community collapsed, making more likely movements for regional autonomy, in turn, making the status of an Indonesian nation itself uncertain. One thing that is certain, however, is that Socharto, the "Father of Development," is history. As political and economic policy makers in Indonesia, the United States, and around the world, and more importantly, Indonesia's men, women, and children pick up the pieces, it is our responsibility to look back and consider the past fifty years.

AbstractThe contribution deals with issues of road administration in municipalities in terms of the requirements for engineering renovations of urban communications networks. The goal is to declare an end to the degradation of the quality and service of local roads in cities. The reason is the lack of funding. The engineering analysis should demonstrate the need to make an informed request for reconstruction of local roads in our towns and cities. The aim of this paper is to describe the processes that are related to specific engineering work but are closely linked to the performance of the preparation on both sides, i.e., the administration versus the design. Why do we passively observe the gradual destruction of the quality of our local roads in the cities? Before our eyes the road constructions of roadways crumble, on the other hand, the level of their transport service on them only presents us with traffic jams. How can you know the status of the background of our streets and their pavements in an urbanized area? A couple of technical studies oriented towards the advance of public transport, especially for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia which were based on traffic modelling together with engineering designs were published (Borš et.al, 2017; Pomichal et.al, 2017; Koštial et.al, 2017; Schlosser and Schlosser, 2016; Schlosser and Orthová, 2016; Schlosser et.al, 2016; Schlosser et.al, 2017; Schlosser et.al, 2017). Some answers to the complexities of this issue are set out in this article.

Persons of mixed European and Asian parentage appeared in the Indonesian archipelago shortly after the arrival of the first “Westerners” in the sixteenth century. Although most of them were absorbed by the indigenous population, some were not and came to constitute a separate, identifiable group. The main reason, apart from paternal pride, seems to have been religious. Christianity, especially during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, encouraged a strong feeling of responsibility toward the biracial offspring of non-European women. A moral obligation was felt to baptize the child and give it the name of the father. Legal rules and regulations facilitated the process: the European father, for example, could “recognize” his natural child by a non-European woman, adopt it, or request a “Letter of legitimation”. Possession of “the status of European” in the nineteenth century permitted persons of mixed descent to benefit educationally from the rapid expansion of “European” (i.e. Dutch) schools. Finally, the Dutch nationality law of 1892 — based squarely on the jus sanguinis principle — contained the crucial provision that all those who were considered Europeans when the act came into force (July 1, 1893) — including those who were legally assimilated and socially a part of the European group — became Dutch citizens.

The purpose of this activity IbM program is to help facilitate the management of village database particular use of information technology by using Microsoft Access. Currently in the village administration is still largely in the form of written records form (manual). Through the utilization of training computer-based applications, is expected to help support the management of the village administration to become more convenient, efficient and effective. IbM activity is carried out by providing training to the village on how to use information technology for database management village. The technology used is the application of system administration using Microsoft Access, which begins with the introduction phase of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as basic training, further d i re c t e d   t o   u s e   M i c ro s o f t   A c c e s s   p ro g r a m m i n g   l a n g u a g e   w i t h   a   s i m p l e   s t a g e . Based on the results of community service that has been implemented, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Community service activities by the team can be conducted properly and smoothly; 2) Training participants consisting of 6 people, 5 of them have the ability to grasp in the category of medium (83.33%) and one person has the ability to grasp in the category of low (16.67%); 3) Making village database using Ms.Access not been up and still in the early stages of introduction. This is due to the low capacity of participants' understanding of the basic concepts of training materials and the allocation of limited time.

The paper attempts to characterize an intermodal transport in Wielkopolska, in particular in the context of market conditions for its development. The studies were conducted by an interview with open questions. The aim was to examine the possibility of development of intermodal transport by survey with stakeholders and customers. The study allowed us to identify certain regularity in terms of transport service operators expected by stakeholders. The most important are factors associated with long-term cooperation with reliable transport companies. The expansion of road system diminishes the competitive position of intermodal transport. Among the respondents dominates the desire to maintain the status quo rather passive attitude in shaping the model of transport. Only entities implementing the strategy of corporate social responsibility, where sustainability is incorporated into their objectives have contrary attitude. The development of this idea is a factor in a potential increase in the importance of intermodal transport.

One measure of the maturity of a device technology is the ease and reliability of applying contact metallurgy. Compared to metal contact of silicon, the status of GaAs metallization is still at its primitive stage. With the advent of GaAs MESFET and integrated circuits, very stringent requirements were placed on their metal contacts. During the past few years, extensive researches have been conducted in the area of Au-Ge-Ni in order to lower contact resistances and improve uniformity. In this paper, we report the results of TEM study of interfacial reactions between Ni and GaAs as part of the attempt to understand the role of nickel in Au-Ge-Ni contact of GaAs.N-type, Si-doped, (001) oriented GaAs wafers, 15 mil in thickness, were grown by gradient-freeze method. Nickel thin films, 300Å in thickness, were e-gun deposited on GaAs wafers. The samples were then annealed in dry N2 in a 3-zone diffusion furnace at temperatures 200°C - 600°C for 5-180 minutes. Thin foils for TEM examinations were prepared by chemical polishing from the GaA.s side. TEM investigations were performed with JE0L- 100B and JE0L-200CX electron microscopes.

Measurement of the egg's electrical activity, the fertilization potential or the activation current (in voltage clamped eggs), provides a means of detecting the earliest perceivable response of the egg to the fertilizing sperm. By using the electrical physiological record as a “real time” indicator of the instant of electrical continuity between the gametes, eggs can be inseminated with sperm at lower, more physiological densities, thereby assuring that only one sperm interacts with the egg. Integrating techniques of intracellular electrophysiological recording, video-imaging, and electron microscopy, we are able to identify the fertilizing sperm precisely and correlate the status of gamete organelles with the first indication (fertilization potential/activation current) of the egg's response to the attached sperm. Hence, this integrated system provides improved temporal and spatial resolution of morphological changes at the site of gamete interaction, under a variety of experimental conditions. Using these integrated techniques, we have investigated when sperm-egg plasma membrane fusion occurs in sea urchins with respect to the onset of the egg's change in electrical activity.
