Information technology is growing increasingly provide convenience to the wearer. One of the ease with which it is offered is to provide the best alternative solution to the decision maker, in this case, the leader. So that leaders can with better and maximum in providing a decision. Applying the method in the desired decision processing is sufficiently good, and speeds up decision processing with the help of the information technology. In this study, researchers discuss the effectiveness of decisions generated by the leadership in terms of decisions grantors Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS). The method used to be applied in decision support system is WASPAS. It is expected that the result of this decision will give maximum effect to the leader in deciding the recipient village of CSR fund

In this work, within the business world, two fields of great social interest are related. In particular, it will talk about corporate Safety & Security (S&S) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The importance of S&S in a service company will be analyzed, while some of the actions that these companies can take to increase their CSR will be studied. Specifically, the study will focus on trying to offer some recommendations, to help ensure that train travel is safer and more enjoyable for passengers who suffer from a disability. From what has been said previously, the objective of this work can be stated as: present some actions, so that the trip by train, of passengers with some disability, is safer and more pleasant. To achieve this objective and the secondary objectives that may be generated, the Integrated-Adaptable Methodology for the development of Decision Support System will be followed, which, it has been shown, is very useful in investigations similar to this.

Corporate Social Responsibilty merupakan bentuk kontribusi dan tanggungjawab perusahaan terhadap lingkungan sekitar dan bertujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan cara manajemen terhadap seluruh pemangku kepentingannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; mengetahui dan menganalisis Aspek Hukum Perusahaan dalam pemberian Corporate Social Responsibility bagi lingkungan sekitar dan mengetahui Tinjauan Yuridis mengenai Corporate Social Responsibility di Indonesia Metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mengacu pada hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, operasi bisnis yang berkomitmen tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan secara finansial, tetapi untuk pembangunan sosial-ekonomi kawasan secara holistik, melembaga, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya ketentuan kewajiban menjalankan CSR bagi perusahaan di Indonesia, perusahaan tidak hanya diharapkan pada tanggung jawab Single Bottom Line, yaitu tanggung jawab pada kondisi finansial perusahaan saja, tapi perusahaan juga dihadapkan pada tanggung jawab Triple Bottom Lines.

One effort in the development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. in the assessment of the work ability of well-performing and poor employees with the support of a decision support system it produces one of the implementations of the development of information technology in improving the quality of the company's work. where the decision making process determines employee demotion is still done manually. still there are often a number of errors such as misdirection. Therefore, to make an assessment in making a decision to choose a decent demotion employee based on the assessment carried out in the field. Then the decision support system that will be built with a computerized system so that decision making is done quickly and accurately. For this decision support system, use the Profile Matching method or matching the demotion of employee demos with the profile of the employee assessed with the specified Criteria. Making an application program must be made carefully, so that it looks easy to understand and proven useful and useful for users. the system built can help PT. Nafasindo in determining the demotion of employees who are decent and can reduce errors in determining the demotion of employees

Corporate environment changing with the advent of information technology and with diversified organization has been inquired to redesign to transform into an intelligent and innovative organization, so that corporate vision and organizational goals in the subsystem of corporate are provided for being shared by multidisciplinary workers and other stakeholders, and corporate social responsibility can also be shared by all the participants. System matching between developing levels in technological systems, and also cognitive fit in the levels of individual, team/group and organization are required not only to maintain good balance, but also to enhance operational and organizational resilience in making appropriate shifts to adapt to changing social environment. To make the shift successfully, cognitive fit or value alignment between individuals and collectives in the environment of advanced technologies is to be studied, so that corporate social responsibility, or for corporate prosperity is to be shared by all the stakeholders.

In ceramic companies, uncertainty in the tone and gage obtained in first quality units of the same finished good (FG) entails frequent discrepancies between planned homogeneous quantities and real ones. This fact can lead to a shortage situation in which certain previously committed customer orders cannot be served because there are not enough homogeneous units of a specific FG (i.e., with the same tone and gage). In this paper, a Model-Driven Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed to reassign the actual homogeneous stock and the planned homogeneous sublots to already committed orders under uncertainty by means of a mathematical programming model (SP-Model). The DSS functionalities enable ceramic decision makers to generate different solutions by changing model options. Uncertainty in the planned homogeneous quantities, and any other type of uncertainty, is managed via scenarios. The robustness of each solution is tested in planned and real situations with another DSS functionality based on another mathematical programming model (ASP-Model). With these DSS features, the ceramic decision maker can choose in a friendly fashion the orders to be served with the current homogeneous stock and the future uncertainty homogeneous supply to better achieve a balance between the maximisation of multiple objectives and robustness.
