Corporate environment changing with the advent of information technology and with diversified organization has been inquired to redesign to transform into an intelligent and innovative organization, so that corporate vision and organizational goals in the subsystem of corporate are provided for being shared by multidisciplinary workers and other stakeholders, and corporate social responsibility can also be shared by all the participants. System matching between developing levels in technological systems, and also cognitive fit in the levels of individual, team/group and organization are required not only to maintain good balance, but also to enhance operational and organizational resilience in making appropriate shifts to adapt to changing social environment. To make the shift successfully, cognitive fit or value alignment between individuals and collectives in the environment of advanced technologies is to be studied, so that corporate social responsibility, or for corporate prosperity is to be shared by all the stakeholders.

From the resource-based perspective, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and investment in information technology (IT) are both associated with a firms profitable performance. Corporations, taking socially responsible actions, can create valuable intangible assets such as improved relations with stakeholders. In a similar fashion, effective investment in and use of information technology can positively impact a firms competitive advantage. Both CSR and IT investments consume organizational resources and each may lead to a competitive advantage separately. This paper explores if one complements or opposes the other.Investment in information technology and the socially responsible activities of companies vary across industries. The purpose of this paper is to offer an exploratory analysis into a possible association between IT investment and CSR at the industry level. The findings indicate that there is no discernible relationship.

Описаны и проанализированы существующие финансовые подходы (классические, современные, актуальные) разных периодов, а также представлено видение финансовых функций. Изучен финансовый кризис, обнаживший нравственную проблему существующих финансовых теорий. Предложен обновленный взгляд рациональной научной деятельности восприятия современных корпоративных финансов, который объединяет принятие не только эффективных, но и этичных решений, учитывающих интересы всех заинтересованных сторон. Это интегрирует этику, финансовую глобализацию, информационные технологии и корпоративную социальную ответственность, что позволяет повысить эффективность деятельности и финансовое благосостояние корпораций. The article examines the fundamental aspects of financial theory applicable in the field of corporate Finance. The existing financial approaches (classical, modern, current) of different periods are described and analyzed, as well as the vision of financial functions is presented. The financial crisis has been studied, revealing the moral problem of existing financial theories. An updated view of rational scientific activity and modern corporate Finance is proposed, which combines the adoption of not only effective, but also ethical decisions that take into account the interests of all stakeholders. This integrates ethics, financial globalization, information technology, and corporate social responsibility to improve corporate performance and financial well-being.

With the sophistication of information technology and market openness without limits brought against company policy to be more serious in considering Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).</em></p><p><em>Water hyacinth</em><em> handicraft industry is one business that is quite well known in the district Banyubiru, Semarang District and is one of the featured products at Semarang district that can contribute to economic growth in the district of Semarang. Water hyacinth handicraft industry in the District Banyubiru, Semarang regency should be developed through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).</em></p><p><em>Corporate</em><em> Social Responsibility (CSR) will be highly beneficial for SMEs if the water hyacinth program implemented on target and in line with expectations and desires required by craftsmen. So we need good communication between the giver and the recipient of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).</em></p>

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its impacts on financial performance has been studied exhaustively, however proponents reports differing findings. A number of studies have shown that there exist a significantly positive correlation between research and development (R&D) and profitability. Between the period 2009 and 2013, we analyzed 500 Ghanaian cases in which companies’ integrate R&D investments as one of their business sustainable development strategies for feasible advancement; they additionally recognize their altruistic “give-away” as commitments to CSR. In view of hypothetical affirmations and observational confirmation in this study, we recognized a positive relationship between CSR and financial performance.
