<br /><div>Batik is a very valuable cultural heritage from Indonesia and it really needs to be preserved. In this era of globalization, people are very free and quick to receive information not only from local but also international, therefore an appreciation of Indonesian culture, especially batik is needed. Preserving batik is not only for domestic people but also foreign communities. Educating cultures is often done through festivals. On 5-12 September 2018, Indonesia received an invitation from Tiempo Ibero</div><div>Americano Gallery and NPO Flaming Elephant Fukuoka Japan to send their representatives to the “InteGREAT” art festival held in Fukuoka Japan. Komunitas 22 Ibu including the author, shared their knowledge and experience regarding the cold batik method with Gutha Tamarin to the international community who participated in batik training with Gutha Tamarin. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive research types. The main data source of this research is the level of cultural appreciation of participants in the cold batik method training using gutha tamarin at the “InteGREAT” Art Festival held in Fukuoka, Japan. Secondary sources are taken from books, journals and other virtual sources as a</div><div>literature review. The results showed that the level of appreciation of Indonesian culture could increase with the introduction of the Cold Batik Method using Gutha Tamarin.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><div><br />Batik adalah suatu warisan budaya yang sangat berharga bagi warga negara Indonesia dan sangatlah perlu untuk dilestarikan. This study aims to determine the changes in the pattern of recruitment of Gerindra Party legislative candidates after being declared an open party in the 2019 election in DKI Jakarta and to know the function of cadre recruitment to be prepared in the Gerindra 2019 party legislative candidates in DKI Jakarta. The recruitment by the Gerindra Party is semi-open because all people who fulfill the requirements can be chosen as legislative candidates from the party. This research uses qualitative methods, with descriptive research types. Data collection through observation and interviews. 2019 elections have 20 political parties. Political parties in Indonesia are institutions that are considered important in a democratic system. Therefore, political parties are obliged to recruit candidates for legislative members who later party cadres will be placed in parliament and also through open selection both internal and external cadres. The Gerindra Party in facing the 2019 election has a policy to implement a recruitment mechanism for legislative candidates. Thus it is hoped that the best representatives of the people will be able to emerge in the 2019 elections, both at the level of the DPR RI, Provincial DPRD and City / Regency DPRD.

Project and operational management approaches to the process of organizing some new company activities might be an effective business solution. One of such tools or activities is called roadshow and it is generally considered as one of the best types of interaction with the investors. Today in Russia there are numerous blank spots in the analysis of IR-professionals� tools. Despite playing a vital role in the ability of corporations to attract capital and to create positive reputation the concept of investor relations (IR) has little attention in scholarly research. This research aims to design the reference operational model of road-show applying a combination of qualitative methods. The data will be gained by the deployment of primary and secondary sources (cases, literature review). Data analyzing will allow to identify the most important operations within road show. Except the theoretical implications this research will provide IR-professionals project and event-managers with the helpful project and operational instrument for running a successful investor roadshows.

The Covid-19 pandemic has transformed conventional learning towards the use of e-Learning. Educational technology is a field of study that labels graduates with the main profile as developers of learning technology, one of which has competence in the sector of e-Learning. As a result, this study aims to look at the realities of the demands of educational technology graduates in the field of e-Learning services in Indonesia, both in terms of relevant institutions and based on the alumni job experience. The author conducts descriptive research using qualitative methods, including interviews with two samples of e-Learning service institutions in Indonesia (PT Menara Indonesia and PT Zeniora Edukasi Teknologi), as well as the distribution of open qualitative questionnaires to three alumni of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia who are currently working in e-Learning service institutions. Work documents that support the research are also used to conduct documentation studies. The data was analyzed using various methods, including reduction and organization, as well as triangulation and re-checking with investigators. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that educational technology graduates are needed in e-Learning service institutions, both to receive graduates who fulfill the institution's criteria and the linearity of positions gained by educational technology alumni.

This study aims to find out how the implementation of accounting learning, the subject under study is Vocational High School 1 Katingan Hilir. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types, which are the subjects of this study are principals, accounting teachers, and students. Accounting class XI and Class XII are still referring to the KTSP curriculum, some important points obtained are: 1) the teacher prepares lesson plans as direction in the implementation of accounting learning activities, 2) pray before starting the lesson, 3) attend students, 4) identification of learners 'needs, 5) material delivered by using methods in carrying out competency examination assignments in each student's accounting book, 6) evaluating the achievement of students' learning goals consisting of skills in working on problems, neatness and accuracy. Based on the results of research found in the field that the implementation of accounting learning has not been maximal and the applied accounting subjects have not run optimally.

Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

Since the end of the bipolar era, Italy has regularly undertaken military interventions around the world, with an average of 8,000 units employed abroad in the twenty-first century. Moreover, Italy is one of the principal contributors to the UN operations. The end of the cold war represented a turning point for Italian defence, allowing for greater military dynamism. Several reforms have been approved, while public opinion changed its view regarding the armed forces. This chapter aims to provide a comprehensive perspective of the process of transformation that occurred in post-cold-war Italian defence, looking at the evolution of national strategies, military doctrines, and the structure of forces. After a brief literature review, the study highlights the process of transformation of Italian defeshnce policy since 1989. Through primary and secondary sources, the chapter illustrates the main changes that occurred, the never-ending cold-war legacies, and key challenges.

This paper reviews the literature concerning technology used for creating and delivering accessible museum and cultural heritage sites experiences. It highlights the importance of the delivery suited for everyone from different areas of expertise, namely interaction design, pedagogical and participatory design, and it presents how recent and future artificial intelligence (AI) developments can be used for this aim, i.e.,improving and widening online and in situ accessibility. From the literature review analysis, we articulate a conceptual framework that incorporates key elements that constitute museum and cultural heritage online experiences and how these elements are related to each other. Concrete opportunities for future directions empirical research for accessibility of cultural heritage contents are suggested and further discussed.

It is a matter of debate about what a scientific research is. But within this issue we often discuss about the data source. These issues have raised some dilemmas of ethical character on how datas shall be collected, who collects them, and who may use and the way they are used. No doubt those doctorates represent a research but the purpose of this paper is to stimulate debate on some essential criteria which it should have. The first question we put forth is that how much of the data presented by the candidate are of first hand- collected by the candidate himself, his team and how much data are used from other sources or are given from second hand (Mattews, Ross, 2012). From the direct analysis of the doctorate works in SEE University, it turns out that there is a mixed approach of using the data and their presentation. We can freely say that first-hand data are more in number but there is also a great numbers of dissertations without first-hand data, so without source data, collected directly by the author on the determined subject of his paper . So the permanent question that should afflict us is that whether a dissertation should always respect innovation and basic principles of Salzburg Principles? By reviewing of the literature, documents analyzing, statistical analyzing we will be able to give a clear picture of how the of primary and secondary sources in the dissertation work should be used.
