Fuel shortage is a common problem in Indonesia. This prompted many cases of vehicle fuel theft. As a solution to this problem, an Arduino-based vehicle fuel theft detector system is implemented. Arduino-based vehicle fuel theft detector system is a prototype that uses Arduino UNO as a microcontroller, IComSat v1.1 SIM900 GSM/GPRS Shield to communicate with mobile phone, fuel level sensor as a volume detector, and push button as a detector to check whether the fuel tank’s lid is open or closed. The working principle of this system is to detect the state of the fuel tank lid. When the lid is open, the system will make a phone call. Then, the system will keep track of fuel volume. If there is a drastic decrease in volume, the system will send information about the decreasing volume in the form of a short message to the owner of the vehicle. The success rate of the communication system between Arduino UNO and other electronic devices is 100%. Accuracy of fuel level sensor is 90%. Success rate of push button switch in detecting the state of fuel tank’s lid is 100%. Success rate of GSM Shield communication is 90%.

The number of buses that are available in the public transport sector nowadays has been increased. It is not possible to track all available vehicle locations at a given period of time and to monitor the remaining fuel available in the vehicle. In this paper, we have developed a bus tracking and fuel monitoring system that will come in handy to maintain the services in which the bus owner offers. Our proposed system is based on the Arduino UNO, GSM module, GPS module, and fuel level sensor. It is an embedded application that will monitor the bus and transmit to the admin on demand.

The paper presents the measurement system of the air plane fuel mass consisting of cylinder shell resonating density meter and double cylinders capacitance level meter. The finite element analysis method of ANSYS10.0 is used to analyze the performance of cylinder shell resonator density meter and double cylinders capacitance fuel level sensor. On the base of simulation, the cylinder shell is 45mm in length, 9mm in radius, and 0.08mm in thickness, the material is 3J53; the double cylinders capacitance is 8mm in inside diameter, 23.6mm in outside diameter, and 550 mm in length. The experiments show the uncertainty of cylinder shell resonating density meter is only 0.12%, the uncertainty of double cylinders capacitance level meter is only 0.2%, and the uncertainty of the fuel mass measurement system is 0.4%.

The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

Flood disasters still occur regularly and continuously in Indonesia. Flooding can occur due to the volume of water in the river beyond the river body. Many impacts caused by flooding, not only material losses, flooding can also cause loss of life. The impact of flooding can be reduced if people are better prepared to face the flood. One way is to quickly disseminate information on river water levels to the community. It is necessary to make a solution on how to design an automatic sluice using Arduino UNO R3 and how to monitor the water situation during floods. The working principle of this tool uses an ultrasonic sensor as a water level detector, Arduino as a data processor, servo motor as opening and closing the door bar automatically and the modem as an SMS notification. Because design based detection system is needed In this study there are two formulations of the problem (i) How to design flood altitude detection devices using Arduino uno r3 which can open and close automatically. (ii) How to test the flood altitude detection system using a wavecome modem. The research objective is divided into two parts (i) Creating a series of flood elevation devices using Arduino r3 so that it can open and close automatically (ii) Gets the results of flood elevation system testing with an sms gateway

The article presents the concept and implemented, functional physical model of a mobile air purifier for small public spaces or apartments. The purifier is a compact, controlled by microcontroller of the Arduino UNO series. The model is equipped with a set of sensors allowing to determine the content of PM 2.5 contaminants. After exceeding the adopted threshold in the software, the system automatically starts the process of air filtering. The following factors are measured: solid contamination content, humidity and air temperature as well as pressure drop on built-in filters. The purifier absorbs solid pollutants and reduces VOC pollutants. The system has been equipped with a screen informing the user about air parameters and the state of the filter contamination.

A core challenge for both physics and artificial intelligence (AI) is symbolic regression: finding a symbolic expression that matches data from an unknown function. Although this problem is likely to be NP-hard in principle, functions of practical interest often exhibit symmetries, separability, compositionality, and other simplifying properties. In this spirit, we develop a recursive multidimensional symbolic regression algorithm that combines neural network fitting with a suite of physics-inspired techniques. We apply it to 100 equations from the Feynman Lectures on Physics, and it discovers all of them, while previous publicly available software cracks only 71; for a more difficult physics-based test set, we improve the state-of-the-art success rate from 15 to 90%.

A brand new self-compensated capacitive fuel level sensor has been proposed in this paper. Through mathematics manipulation and theoretical analysis, we design the self-compensated structure of capacitive level sensor. The multiple segmentation structure makes compensation for temperature and medium possible. Furthermore, the effect caused by adhesion on the sensor electrodes if the adhesion fails to return initial position when the plane’s attitude is changing has been analyzed. Additionally, based on RF admittance theory, the transducer which can eliminate the adhesion effect has been designed and implemented using phase-locked sampling technique. Through level experiment and data analysis, the fuel level sensor proved to achieve all the destinations, including compensation for temperature and medium and elimination of adhesion effect. Hence, the accuracy of level measurement has been improved.
