The background of this research is still the low discipline of teacher work in SMP  V Koto Kampung Dalam Pariaman. It is not yet effective that the principal's instructional leadership and teacher work motivation are still low. The purpose of this research is to know the principal of principal's principal leadership and work motivation from teacher work discipline. Data by questionnaire with likert scale that has validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by correlation and regression technique.The results showed: 1) the principal's principal leadership contributed to the teacher's work discipline of 26.1%; 2) the work motivation contributed to the teacher's work discipline of 23.6% and 3) the principal's principal leadership and work motivation jointly contributed to discipline of teacher work by 36,5%. Based on descriptive analysis revision of headmaster leadership and work motivation and teacher work discipline are both in good enough category of ideal score.

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

The purpose of this research is to see the connection between leadership and work motivation of employee at Government Assistant Office of the Governor of South Sumatra. The population are 89 and the sample are 55 which taken using Cohcran formula. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using product moment correlation formula. The result of this research there are meaningful relationship between leadership and work motivation of employee Government Assistant Office of the Governor of South Sumatra.

Based on field observations, it is observed that student achievement in MTsN Kuranji Padang is still low. Researchers suspect that principal leadership and teacher performance affect student achievement in MTsN Kuranji Padang, therefore a research is conducted to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the contribution of principal leadership and teacher performance to student achievement discipline in MTsN Kuranji Padang. The hypothesis proposed in this research are: 1) principal leadership contributes to student achievement; 2) teachers' performance contributes to student preservation; 3) the principal's leadership and teacher performance contribute jointly to student achievement The population in this research is all students of MTsN Kuranji Padang. Sampling was done using Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. Selected samples were 76 people. Data were collected by questionnaire with Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by correlation and regression technique. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) the principal's leadership contributes to student achievement of 14. 4%; 2) teacher performance contributes to student achievement of 14.2% and 3) principal's leadership and teacher performance together contributes to student achievement 19 4%. Based on descriptive analysis revealed that principal leadership, teacher performance and student achievement are both in fairly good category of ideal score

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher work discipline. As for the formulation of the problem: (1) is there an influence between the principal's leadership on teacher work discipline?, (2) is there an influence between work motivation on teacher work discipline?, (3) is there a significant influence between principal leadership and work motivation jointly on teacher work discipline?. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The method used by researchers to get a view of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 108 teachers. From the results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the principal's leadership, the very good data category was chosen by 8 out of 108 (9.6%) respondents. While the good category was chosen by 21 respondents (25.3%). The sufficient category was chosen by 30 respondents (36.1%). 19 (23.0%) respondents chose the less category. For the very less category chosen by 5 (6.0%) respondents. If it is related to the mean value on the discipline questionnaire, which is 74.4819, then the average respondent chooses the sufficient category.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.

This research aimed to analyze the effects of knowledge, training, and competency on the performance, which local public agricultural mentors/officers in the Yapen Islands Regency are the unit analysis. Of 100 respondents were used as the saturated sample in this research. The research applied a survey method and used a five-point Likert scale as the instrument and the statistics program SPSS to analyze data. The analysis methods included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, and regression analysis. The research results show that the variables knowledge, training, and competency had significant positive effects on local public agricultural mentors' performance at the Yapen Islands Regency.

This study aimed to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogical competency. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The researchers conducted a quantitative study to demonstrate the effect of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the pedagogical competency of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Badar, Aceh Tenggara Regency. The findings indicate that principal leadership has a considerable effect on teacher performance and that teacher work motivation greatly affects teacher performance. Principal leadership and teacher work motivation have a major impact on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to elicit data regarding the effect of school administrators' leadership styles, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher pedagogic competency. This research aims to determine and analyze; (1) description of the principal's leadership behavior and the teacher's work experience towards the motivation of the achievement of religious teachers; (2) influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the motivation of teacher achievement; (3) the relationship between the teacher's work experience and the motivation of the teacher's performance; (4) Influence of the principal's leadership behavior and teacher work experience on the motivation of the teacher's religious achievement. The study used descriptive analysis survey methods, with a sample of 35 religious teachers and used correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study found that the magnitude of the simultaneous influence between the principal's leadership behavior (X1) and the teacher's work experience (X2) on the teacher's achievement motivation (Y) was 0.746 which was classified as weak. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution of the variables (X1) and (X2) to (Y) = R2 x100% or 0.7462 x 100% = 55.7% and the remaining 44.3% is determined by other variables. Then the rise and fall or the size of achievement motivation can be predicted through the regression equation: = 19.766 + 0.2213x1 + 0.9734x2. The results of this study can be drawn several sub-conclusions as follows: (1) the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership behavior variable (X1) on teacher achievement motivation (Y) is 0.606% while the contribution of the variable (X1) to (Y) is 36.72%. the remaining 63.28% is determined by other variables. (2) the magnitude of the influence of the teacher's work experience (X2) on the teacher's achievement motivation (Y) is 0.746% while the contribution of the variable (X2) to (Y) is 55.65% and the remaining 44.35% is determined by other variables. (3) the magnitude of the relationship between principal leadership behavior (X1) and teacher work experience (X2) is 0.609 then the contribution of variables (X1) and (X2) is 37.09% while the remaining 52.25%.
