In this study it was investigated the responses of cultured human cells – keratinocytes and fibroblasts to physiological doses of ultraviolet radiation (UVR) applied with or without plant polyphenolic compounds: rutin, quercetin, taxofolin, silybin and baikalein. Experimental data obtained in this work indicate the presence of synergism in the action of physiological doses of UVR and plant polyphenolic compounds on inflammatory signaling pathways in keratinocytes and fibroblasts. It is concluded that the identified synergies can contribute to the adaptation of the skin to subsequent exposure to UVR, and thus be one of the photoprotective mechanisms of the plant polyphenolic compounds.

New media or convergence, in a few years we often hear, especially the convergence of media that are often associated with new media that is now developing, particularly media-related technology development. The rapidly of media convergence growthto advances in technology these days, especially when the advent of the Internet and the digitization of information. This media convergence brings together the name "three-C" (computing, communication, and content). Once of product a media convergence is transmediaa, in the paradigm of Transmedia, no longer known specific profession. Eg profession as creators of the film, director, screenwriter, animator, producer of the TV program, game creators, content developers, comic artist, broadcaster, author, novelist even journalists. Everything sublimate into a new capacity, the Story Teller. Selection of the research issue at Volkswagon simulation of interactive digital advertising is a new study in the field of advertising in Indonesia, especially on the concept of transmedia storytelling approach to advertising and media convergence. This study use qualitative research approach. While research method used in this research is the method of observation with descriptive type. Data collection techniques in this study using advertising document observation that in this case the advertisement print of Volkswagen Augmented Reality and literature studies / literature. From the results of research conducted can be obtained conclusion that the power of Transmedia Storytelling on this Volkwagon print reinforces a story. The impact is that consumers will be more emotionally attached to the main products and variants and derivatives. The concept of transmedia storytelling advertising can be effective in the process of imaging and delivery of advertising messages, so that the audience can engage fully in augmented reality.. Speech disorders are in almost all speech pathology accompanied by a symptom. They usually occur during speech development. Baby. First TV describes itself as a provider of shows 'designed to inspire a baby's learning'. However, if a child is presented to a continental strangling program that does not serve the mother tongue, it can have a lot of difficulty in shaping the language of her speech and not understanding the words and sentences of her parents and the environment. The subjects in this study carried out the following diagnostic tests: pedagogical-psychological examination, logaoedic examination, and neurological examination. The results research shows that besides the worse results on non-verbal intelligence tests, children who were exposed to the influence of Baby-TV from their 2 to 4-year-olds have achieved worse results on nonverbal tests as well as children whose parents included the Baby-TV program of 9 months to the gosling of the day. They say the worst German letters such as ß, R, Ö, Ä, Ü and do not associate German spoken words with the environment. The aim of this research was to examine the negative influence of BABY TV on the speech of children with age child, sex, nonverbal, verbal abilities, and development scale of understanding speech. The ability to speak and understand speech in relation to Reynell was also explored development scale of speech. Average and below-average values were obtained.

The goal of a prophylactic human immunodeficiency (HIV) vaccine is to elicit immune response(s) that will, upon subsequent exposure to HIV. prevent lnfection and/or disease. On the other hand. therapeutic administration of a vaccine to an individual in whom infection is already established might benefit the individual by augmenting existing functional immune responses or inducing new ones. Development of vaccines for the prevention of AIDS offers unique challenges. Concerns regarding the safely of attenuated and whole-killed products have led to the pursuit of alternativc designs. including recombinant proteins, vectors and particles, synthetic peptides and naked DNA. Seven recombinant envelope. two recombinant vector and four other candidate vaccines that have entered into phase 1 trials in noninfected individuals have proven safe to date, and have differed In their ability lo induce functional antibody and Cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Two recombinant envelope products have recently progressed to phase 2 testing, Five envelope-based and six other products have entered trial in HIV-infected and individuals and have appeared to be safe, Evidence of new antibody, increased T cell proliferation and lncreased cytotoxic T lymphocyte activity have been reported. Additional placebo controlled trials will be required to evaluate the impact of therapeutic vaccination on CD4 cell count. viral burdrn and clinical end-points. The status of HIV/AIDS vaccine development is reviewed. with emphasis on the challenging task of finding an effieacious, safe, prophylactic vaccine.

ABSTRACTMany actinobacteria live in close association with eukaryotes like fungi, insects, animals and plants. Plant-associated actinobacteria display (endo)symbiotic, saprophytic or pathogenic life styles, and can make up a substantial part of the endophytic community. Here, we characterised endophytic actinobacteria isolated from root tissue ofArabidopsis thaliana(Arabidopsis) plants grown in soil from a natural ecosystem. Many of these actinobacteria belong to the family ofStreptomycetaceaewithStreptomyces olivochromogenesandStreptomyces claviferas well represented species. When seeds of Arabidopsis were inoculated with spores ofStreptomycesstrain coa1, which shows high similarity toS. olivochromogenes, roots were colonised intercellularly and, unexpectedly, also intracellularly. Subsequent exposure of endophytic isolates to plant hormones typically found in root and shoot tissues of Arabidopsis led to altered antibiotic production againstEscherichia coliandBacillus subtilis. Taken together, our work reveals remarkable colonization patterns of endophytic streptomycetes with specific traits that may allow a competitive advantage inside root tissue.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of people’s involvement in tourism programs on the imagination and familiarity of rural tourism destinations, as well as the motivation and desire to visit them. The results were validated by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software to calculate and analyze the samples and to explore and infer the causal relationships. The results showed that: the degree of travel program involvement significantly correlated with familiarity and imagery of the destination (p < 0.000), and the degrees of familiarity and imagery of the destination also significantly correlated with motivation to travel (p < 0.000), and, lastly, the higher the motivation to travel in the last village, the greater the desire to travel (p < 0.000).

In this paper, we exploit a large-scale TV program, the Super Bowl 2016, to investigate the impact of television program–induced emotions on viewers’ online word-of-mouth (WOM) behavior on Twitter toward the Super Bowl ads aired during the game. The results obtained from a difference-in-differences analysis support our hypotheses on the direct and congruence effects of television program–induced emotions. Findings on the direct effect suggest that television program–induced emotional shocks (e.g., frustration after a fumble or joyness after a touchdown) have a significant effect on the arousal and valence of viewers’ online WOM toward ads subsequently. We additionally find that a match between television program–induced emotional shocks and the emotional content of ads leads to a more significant increase in the arousal and more favorable valence of online WOM responses to ads subsequently. Our findings suggest that advertisers should pay attention to the emotional context of ads in which the ads are placed and the content of ads. It would be more optimal to allocate ads into different programs or different positions in a certain program such that the context of ads and the content of ads are carefully matched or contrasted, especially when ads are likely to stimulate positive feedback from the audience.

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi including Aspergillus and Fusarium that commonly contaminate crops, such as maize, resulting in economic losses and food insecurity. Mycotoxins can contaminate crops during pre- and post-harvest stages. Consumption of mycotoxin-contaminated foods has been linked to a variety of negative health outcomes including liver cancer, stunting, and neural tube defects. In countries such as Guatemala where maize constitutes a major portion of the diet, mycotoxins can be a significant contributor to disease burden. This review describes maize pre- and post-harvest practices in Guatemala that can lead to the development of mycotoxins and subsequent exposure to humans and animals, current information gaps, and opportunities for future research. There are specific challenges to minimising fungal growth and subsequent mycotoxin production during storage of maize in Guatemala, including reducing moisture content, minimising pest damage, and controlling temperature. Research on maize-handling practices that are associated with the greatest mycotoxin exposure in Guatemala is needed to prioritise allocation of resources and reduce exposure.
