Peneliti ini memfokuskan pada Impelementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di MAN 3 Sleman dalam Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Guru Mata Pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field reseach) yang bersifat kualitatif dengan mengambil latar MAN 3 Sleman. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah MAN 3 Sleman, guru Man 3 Sleman, guru BK, dan siswa MAN 3 Sleman sedangkan obyek penelitiannya berkaitan dengan Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di Man 3 Sleman (Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Guru PAI).. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 sangat tepat dalam Upaya peningkatan Mutu Guru Mata Pelajaran PAI. Impelementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 sudah dilakukan dengan sangat baik. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu guru mapel PAI melalui sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008,  MAN 3 Sleman melalui peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesionalisme. Terdapat faktor kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam melaksanakan implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 (upaya peningkatan mutu guru PAI di MAN 3 Sleman). Kelebihannya yaitu adanya keteraturan dan ketertiban diberbagai lini karena sesuai standar sasaran mutu. Sedangkan kekurangannya adalah masih ada beberapa guru PAI yang kurang sadar akan pentingan penerapan sistem manajemen tersebut. . ABSTRACT this research focus on advanced of education depends on the management system /management in an educational institution, especially religious-based educational institutions such as MAN 3 Sleman. This research is a field research (field reseach) that is qualitative, by taking the background MAN 3 Sleman. The approach used a qualitative. The subjects of this research are head of madrasah, deputy head of madrasah MAN 3 Sleman, teacher of 3 Sleman, BK teacher, and student of MAN 3 Sleman while the object of research is related to Implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 in Man 3 Sleman (Improvement Effort of PAI Teacher Quality) . Data collection is done by conducting observation, interview and documentation. The results show that the Implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System is very appropriate in Improving Quality Teachers of PAI Subject Teachers. Impelementasi quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 has been done well. In an effort to improve the quality of PAI mapel teachers through ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, Man 3 Sleman through the path of pedagogic competence improvement and professionalism competence. There are advantages and disadvantages in implementing the system quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 in an effort to improve the quality of PAI teachers in MAN 3 Sleman. The excess is the existence of order and order in various lines because according to the standard of quality objectives. While the drawback is there are still some PAI teachers who are less aware of the importance of the implementation of the management system.

Purpose: The problem of the quality of education concerns not only Russia but also the entire world community. Many developed countries are concerned about the current state of education and are trying to improve their quality. One of the leading trends in the modernization of education in Russia is increasing attention to the problem of improving its quality, which requires the development of conceptual approaches to finding ways to solve it. Methodology: In pedagogical terms, the quality of education is considered from two positions: firstly, as the degree of compliance of the educational system with the established requirements and the quality of educational services provided by the educational institution; secondly, as the effectiveness of the educational process that meets the needs of social customers not only in terms of assimilation of a certain amount of knowledge by students, but also the development of their personality, cognitive and creative abilities. Result: The choice of an actual and effective educational program is interesting not only for the consumer but also for the educational organization (institution), as it is a quality program in many sectors of education that affects the competitiveness of the educational organization. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of the Organization of Monitoring in the Quality Management System of the Educational Process when Training of Specialists is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

Research focussed 1) How System Implementation Management Quality of ISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari, 2) Effort what is done by for the agenda of overcoming various resistance faced in management system implementation quality of ISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari. Method Research weared in this research is device qualitative with method intake of data through interview, documentation and observation to informant namely components in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari. While data analysis through analysis of interactive (Miles and Huberman, 1994).Research finding of research focus I: 1) conducting two qualifying which have been commended by ISO 9001:2008, namely System Design Of Management Quality of through step of plan-do-check-action ( P-D-C-A) and Documentation System Management Quality of. Management Top (principal) organizational have to compare expectation of the customer with Organizational performance able to determine direction policy of Organization. 2). Have Commitment of customer satisfaction either from internal and external school started by given the expectation and requirement of customer. 3). Process looked into a study which continue to have continuation and over there will happened repairs to performance 4). Management system implementation quality of ISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari qualify total involvement from entire school component. Introduction: the current trends of development of preschool education connected with definition of compliance of real results of activity of the preschool educational organization to requirements of FGOS TO initiate development of the effective quality system of preschool education as key direction it modernization. Materials and methods: the methodology of article is based on theoretical studying of a problem of quality of preschool education. The research is conducted on the basis of the methods of the analysis and generalization which allowed to select key provisions of the studied problem and to offer the complex of administrative competences of the head of the preschool educational organization providing creation of a quality management system. Results: disclosing psychology and pedagogical characteristics of the concept "quality of preschool education" authors emphasize that this category is investigated in terms of the actual compliance of conditions, the organization, ways of estimation of properties and results of education, educational and educational process to necessary requirements of the standard. Development of model criteria for evaluation of quality of preschool education remains the debatable problem demanding the further development in the conditions of variability. The dynamism of characteristics of quality of preschool education causes construction and development of a quality management system in the conditions of the preschool educational organization. Development and deployment of a similar system places great demands on administrative competence of the head which is considered by authors as a complex of valuable and motivational, analitiko-design, organizational and performing, communication and activity, reflexive and estimated competences. Components and indicators of achievement of the offered competences are allocated. The innovative component of administrative activity and development of the individual-based program of increase in level of administrative competences are considered by significant conditions of design of development of administrative competences of the head of the preschool educational organization. Discussion and Conclusions: the considered theoretical provisions characterizing problems and the prospects of improvement of quality of preschool education supplement a technique of preschool education as initial step of a system of continuous education of the personality. The prospect of further researches assumes design of a quality management system of the preschool educational organization on the basis of the actual level of formation of administrative competences of the head and individual trajectories of their improvement.

The pirarucu counting method is a simplified stock assessment that has been used as the main parameter for establishing the annual fishing quotas in the management system of the Mamirauá and Amanã Reserves. In spite of the method’s directness, considering the recent expansion of managed fisheries, we cannot confirm that the counters thoroughly obey the original methodology. There is a concern of a technical nature, as the results of the counts directly influence the fishing quotas, and the lack of technical supervision or the inadequate application of the method are factors that can compromise the management system as a whole. This study aims to assess the counts that took place in six fishing environments of the Jarauá Sector, Mamirauá Reserve, and in four fishing environments of the area of the Pantaleão Fishing Agreement Complex, Amanã Reserve. We verified the consistency of the information resulting from the count, presented to the technical staff. To do this, we conducted recounts of juvenile and adult pirarucus in the same environments. In the Jarauá Sector we found significant differences in the counting results from Samaumerinha do Tucuxi and Curuçá do Centro. In Comprido do Maciel we found differences regarding the number of counted areas. In the sampled environments from the Pantaleão region we did not find significant differences between the counts. The results highlight the importance of creating assessment mechanisms for the counts, for the purpose of preventing possible alterations in the results that might influence the fishing quotas without a biological reason for justifying such quotas.

Abstract Background Telepathology is the practice of reviewing and exchanging pathological images through telecommunication systems to obtain diagnoses remotely. Studying the factors that make such a system successful and favourable is important to ensure the merits of its implementation in clinical practice. Objective This study aims to evaluate the success of a telepathology system from the users’ perspectives, using specific evaluation criteria, namely: system quality, information quality, technical service quality, user satisfaction, and benefits. Methods A sequential explanatory mixed methods design was adopted in this study, which consists of two phases. Initially, a questionnaire was distributed via WhatsApp to all of the pathologists (total: 45) working at governmental hospitals in Kuwait. Followed by, semi-structured interviews with ten senior pathologists. Results Forty pathologists responded to the questionnaire, giving an 89% response rate. There were 42.5% of the respondents aged between 35–44 years old, and 52.5% were male. The quantitative results reveal that most of the respondents were satisfied with the quality of the telepathology system with a mean of 2.6025 (Standard Deviation (SD) = 0.47176), whereas they were dissatisfied with the quality of the information with a mean of 2.4100 (SD = 1.580) and the technical support services with a mean of 2.2750 (SD = 0.99535). In addition, there was disagreement on the benefits of telepathology in clinical practice among the pathologists with a mean of 2.4667 (SD = 0.77552). The qualitative results indicate that the lack of interest in and little experience with using the system were behind the general dissatisfaction of most of the respondents. All of the interviewees were satisfied with the performance of the telepathology system and considered it successful; however, the quality of the technical support services, including training workshops, was deemed deficient. Conclusion This study concluded that telepathology system in Kuwait is functioning well and has been successful in its implementation; however, pathologists are dissatisfied with it, mainly due to the deficient quality of the technical support services provided. In addition, the successful implementation of such advanced technologies requires careful steps to be taken on multiple levels: technical, organisational, and managerial. Recommendations were suggested.
