Research was conducted to analyze the effect of empowerment, rewards, training & development and working conditions on employee satisfaction and also the impact of top level management on all these variables. The aim of this study was to find out the degree of satisfaction level of employees and the behavior of top level management in suffocated conditions in the developing city of Islamic Republic Pakistan. For this purpose 200 questionnaires were distributed from which 160 were got back and 151 were selected to examine and analysis. It was found after analysis that only rewards has positive significant effect on worker, rest of the variables showed insignificant effect on employee satisfaction. The top level management had the positive significant effect on rewards, training & development and empowerment.

Turnover intention will affect the performance and sustainability of the company for the future. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction toward turnover intention. The research was conducted at Hotel Grand Zuri Kuta, Badung regency, Bali. The number of respondents in use as many as 75 employees by using the census method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collecting through, questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that job insecurity had positive and significant effect on turnovrer intention, and job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on turnover intention. To lower the turnover intention rate it is important to pay attention to safety and comfort in working. Therefore it is very necessary to minimize the threats of cyclical and psychological to employees because it will impact on performance and also a strong reference to minimize turnover intention. In addition to job security (job insecurity) job satisfaction is also a strong reference in mempenguruh intention turnover intention. Therefore it is very important to pay attention to job satisfaction from employees to high employee satisfaction level, thus will show the positive level of employees, both to the work and environment. The manufacturing and service sectors in Bangladesh have been growing rapidly since the beginning of twenty first century. From the beginning of the industrial development in Bangladesh, some sectors including pharmaceutical are demonstrating  extraordinary performance in manufacturing process. The study has been conducted on four large scale pharmaceutical companies based on their employees’ response. Various statistical tools were used including mean, z-test, proportion analysis etc. to analyze the satisfaction level of employees upon the critical aspects of human resource management practices. In this study, it has been aimed to assess the employee satisfaction on human resource management practices of pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh. The human resource management practices are directly linked with the human resources of any organization. The findings of this study illustrate that the recruitment & selection, and training & development are in state of employee satisfaction level except all other aspects of human resource management practices are poor. For the success of the pharmaceutical companies it is crucial time to make the workforce more effective and efficient by practicing the human resource management aspects in their every level of work life.

As different research and studies have been conducted for the sake of understanding the concept of employee satisfaction but still organizations are incapable to find those factors that affect mostly on Satisfaction level of Employee. The main purpose of this research is to sort out those factors with intensity that mostly effect employee Satisfaction. Particularly, we took workplace environment, employee empowerment and pay & promotion as the main variables to check their impact on employee satisfaction and further the impact of employee satisfaction on employee turnover. A questionnaire was developed for the purpose of collecting data to understand the level of employee satisfaction in different organizations. Convenient sampling was used to collect the data and 150 questionnaires were filled from the employees of different sectors. Statistically, the relationship of employee empowerment and workplace environment with employee satisfaction has significant results, but the relationship between pay and promotion and employee satisfaction was somewhat insignificant. Moreover, there was a significant effect of employee satisfaction on turnover intention of employees. This study will help the organizations to understand completely about the satisfaction level of employees and how they can motivate their employees to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

A very few organizations believe that the employees of their organizations are the main assets which can lead them to success or failure. Unless and until the employees of these organizations are satisfied, motivated, encouraged, none of the organizations can progress or achieve success. This research was carried out with the objective of examining the impact of staff welfare on job commitment in Tuyil pharmaceutical company, Ilorin, Kwara State. Data for the study were collected from both primary and secondary sources. A descriptive research approach was used. The population for the study was 255 staff of Tuyil Pharmaceutical company. About 72 respondents which served as the study sample size was determined through Guilford formula. The study used structured questionnaire to elicit information from the respondents. The data collected were analyzed through the use of Least square regression. The result of the findings revealed that (r=.890, r2=.792, p= 0.5) meaning that staff welfare enhances job commitment. Therefore, the study concludes that employee welfare have significant impact on job commitment. The study recommends that management should put more attention on the welfare facilities that improve the job commitment so as to achieve improve employee satisfaction and commitment in the organization.


The title of the project is “ RECUIRTMENT AND TRAINING OF EMPLYOEES ATVISHAL MEGA MART ABIDS HYDERABAD” and is solely an internal analysis of the organization. The project was done in order to identify the effectiveness of the employee satisfaction level towards the recruitment and training process happening in the organization.

Motivation is the key factor that drives the employees to work to the fullest, thereby contributing to the success of the organization. This research paper aims at observing the perception of the employees at Small and Medium Scale Startups in Malumachampatti, Coimbatore on the motivation methods already in place at their organization. Most of the organizations have both monetary and non-monetary forms of motivational techniques. Yet, studying the views of the employees on these techniques is important in order to understand the effectiveness of them and the satisfaction level of employees. Incentives, appreciation letters and awards, bonus, payment for working overtime are few of the many motivational methods used at these companies. Motivation is an important factor that brings employee satisfaction. Every concern requires physical, financial, and human resources to accomplish the goals. It is through motivation human resources can be utilized by making full use of it. This will help the enterprise in securing best possible utilization of resources.

The employee satisfaction level is closely related to the performance and quality of work performed by an employee and, consequently, it translates into the competitiveness and success of a corporation, because a motivated and satisfied employee builds and participates in the success of any corporation (organization, firm, hospital, etc.). The aim of the article was to discover more about the current situation employee satisfaction level by selected healthcare service providers in the context of the gender of employees and the length of current employment of the employees by selected healthcare service providers in the Czech Republic. The overall employee satisfaction level was monitored through seven selected research areas. The research was carried out in 2017 from the sample of 608 respondents. Two research hypotheses and one research question have been formulated. The verification or rejection of null research hypotheses was done through the statistical method of the Pearson’s Chi‑square test. The results came along with the discovery that there is a statistically significant relation between the overall employee satisfaction level by selected healthcare service providers and the gender of employees and there is no statistically significant relation between the overall employee satisfaction level by selected healthcare service providers and the length of current employment of the employees by selected healthcare service providers.

An organization is basically association of human beings managing the human resources is the most important aspect for the organization. So, the organization policies and management decisions play an important role in organization to manage the human resources. The study conducted by the researchers involves organization policies and HR satisfaction in APMDCL Mangampet,Kadapa district. This study aims to measure the satisfaction level of employees towards organizational policies and to know what are the problems facing by them in organization and also identify the measures to solve the issues effectively. A sample of 90 employees are randomly selected and structured questionnaire employed for collecting responses from them. Simple percentage method used for analysis. Findings revealed that majority of the respondents over 65% of the employees are highly satisfied with the organization policies and 35% of the employees were not satisfied.
