Methods and Analysis of Quantitative Research in Business Logistics

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

This paper analyzes the basic parameters of monetary policy in 2000-2015 in Russia. We provide the overview of tools and objectives of monetary policy of the Bank of Russia and identify the periods of homogeneity of monetary policy regimes: from money base targeting to exchange rate targeting and finally, to interest rates policy. On the basis of this research we develop the recommendations for further quantitative research aimed at estimation of monetary policy effects in Russia.

Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction are the three factors of a few relatively large factors suspected to influence Performance on the PT. Adya Tours. These research aimed to determine the effect of Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction toward Performance on the PT. Adya Tours.Research conducted at the PT. Adya Tours by taking 71 employees as the research sample, calculated using the Slovin formula of the total population of 240 employeesÂ atÂ theÂ marginÂ ofÂ errorÂ ofÂ 10%.Â DataÂ were collected by questionnaire instruments covered by the five rating scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and analyzing research data. The multiple linier regression analysis and multiple determination coeficient are the statistic approach to data analysis.The study produced four major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that are: 1) Transformation Leadership has a significant effect on PerformanceÂ inÂ aÂ positiveÂ direction;Â 2)Â MotivationÂ hasÂ aÂ significantÂ effectÂ on Performance in a positive direction; 3) Satisfiction has a significant effect on Performance in a positive direction; 4) Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction simultaneously influence 92.70% Performance variability.Base on the research finding, in order to increase Performance can be done by increasing Transformation Leadership, Motivation and Satisfiction.Â Kata kunci:Transformation Leadership, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance

The Relationship

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship among Narcissism, personality traits and conspicuous consumption of brands in youth. This used quantitative research design with a sample consisting of 50 Men and 50 Women. The age ranged between 18 – 22 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to select participants. The findings revealed that there was a relationship among conspicuous consumption and traits of personality. It was also uncovered that there are gender differences in conspicuous consumption of brands, narcissism and personality traits. Further it was concluded that narcissism is positively associated with conspicuous consumption of brands. Narcissism was likely to be a positive predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands and personality traits are likely to be a predictor of conspicuous consumption of brands.
