AbstractThis study aims to determine whether or not there is any impact of the activity of red cross youth organization to the effective speaking ability of the students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Panca Rijang Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses two variables, namely the activity of the red cross youth organization as independent variabel (experimental group) and the ability to speak effective as a dependent variabel (control group). The population in this study is all students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Panca Rijang Sidenreng Rappang Regency as many as 193 students, while the sample is 15% of the total population, which is 30 students. Data collection technique in this studi, ie documentation techniques then the results obtained from these techniques are further analyzed and processed through descriptive statistical techniques in the form of mean.The results showed that the value Mx = 68,3 and My = 63 so it can be seen that the value of Mx greater than My, ie 68,3 >63. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is impact of activity of organization of red cross yout organization to ability of effective speaking of student of class XI Negeri 2 Panca Rijang Sidenreng Rappang Regency.Keywords: Activity, Youth Red Cross organization, Speak effectively

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of teachers in MIN Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used is quantitative which aims to test hypotheses using statistical techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 26 teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung. While the data analysis technique uses simple correlation statistical tests. The results of the research are that the better the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management will increase the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN Bandar Lampung City. The strength of the influence of the implementation of Madrasah-Based Management on the discipline of Islamic Education teachers in MIN City of Bandar Lampung is 0.690 which is categorized as having moderate / moderate influence.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence group counseling based on reality therapy to the level of student procrastination. Subjects in this study were MA MAFAZA amounting to 14 students. 7 people as experimental group and 7 people as control group. The data collection tools used in this research are: procrastination scale. Data analysis used is Wilxoccon Test which is a statistical method used to test the difference of 2 pieces of data in pairs that is between the control group and the experimental group. The results of analysis using SPSS through Wilxocon Test showed there were 6 samples whose academic procrastination rate was smaller after being treated compared to before. In the positive ranks column showed that no sample whose anxiety level increased after given treatment. While in the Ties column there is 1 sample showing that no change or decrease whatsoever after given treatment. The output shows that the value of P or Pv is 0.027. While the level of significant (α) research of 0.05. So the value of P <α or 0.027 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, it means there is influence of Group Counseling using Reality Therapy on the decrease of student academic procrastination

This study aims to describe the incivility in saying words of students in SMP Negeri 1Pangkep before and after being given Islamic counseling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with the True Experimental Design model of 20 people divided into two groups: 10 people in the control group and 10 people being the experimental group. The research sample was students of class Xa, Xb, and Xc. Data collection using questionnaire and observation instruments. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and non parametric inferential statistics by hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the study showed that (1) the level of inconsistency in the words of students in SMP Negeri 1Pangkep based on the pretest results of both the experimental group and the control group were in the high category. But after the posttest was held on students in the experimental group who had followed the stages of Islamic counseling showed a decrease in the level of incivility in words, while for students in the control group who did not take Islamic counseling process did not show a significant lack of politeness or remained in the high category. (2) The application of Islamic counseling has an influence on the impoliteness of students' words in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketidaksopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep sebelum dan sesudah diberikan teknik konseling islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model True Eksperimental Design terhadap 20 orang sampel yang terbagi dua kelompok yakni 10 orang pada kelompok kontrol dan 10 orang menjadi kelompok eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas Xa, Xb, dan Xc. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistic inferensial non parametris dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang diperoleh bahwa  (1) Tingkat ketidakasopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep berdasarkan hasil pretest baik kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol berada pada kategori tinggi. Namun setelah diadakan posttest pada siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen yang telah mengikuti tahapan konseling islami menunjukkan penurunan tingkat ketidaksopanan bertutur kata, sedangkan bagi siswa yang berada di kelompok kontrol yang tidak mengikuti proses konseling islami tidak menunjukkan penurunan ketidaksopanan bertutur kata yang signifikan atau tetap berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) Penerapan konseling islami memberikan pengaruh terhadap ketidaksopanan bertutur kata siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Pangkep.

This research starts from the low endurance possessed by SAC athletes, therefore researchers are interested in exploring further and trying to contribute in the form of exercises namely square exercises to increase the aerobic endurance of athletes. This type of research was an experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample is 30 people. divided into two groups, namely (experimental group and control group, 15 people each). the experimental group was given treatment in the form of square exercise. The data collection technique is using the 12-minute run test with data analysis techniques using the t-test (different test). Based on the results of the study data analysis found tcount (11.12)> t table (1.75) and the value of sig. (p) 0,000 <of 0,05. Conclusion, square exercises can increase the aerobic endurance of athletes in the club's archery significantly. Keywords : Square Exercise, Aerobic Endurance

Abstract This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of facebook towards students’ writing recount text and vocabulary mastery. This paper used a true experimental research. Two classes of eighth grade from SMP Negeri 1 Labuan were selected as the experimental group and control group. Both are consisted 60 students. In the process of experiment, one class has been taught by using facebook, meanwhile the other taught by using conventional media. The research method used the true experimental, technique sampling is random, data collection techniques uses abilities test writing skill and abilities test vocabulary mastery, data analysis is done by statistics MANOVA (Multivariate analysis of variants). The results concluded that: 1) there is a significant effect of facebook towards students’ writing skill and vocabulary mastery multivariate; 2) there is a significant effect of facebook towards students’ writing skill; and 3) there is a significant effect of facebook towards vocabulary mastery. The results of the study imply that there are significant differences between students’ Writing recount text and vocabulary mastery, students group use facebook media with capabilities students’ writing skill and vocabulary mastery group of students who were given conventional learning media. The purpose of the study was to study the Effect of Web based instructions on achievement in Social Studies. The sample consisted of 100 students from Grade 8th of schools affiliated to C.B.S.E of Ferozepur and were randomly split into two groups-control (taught by traditional method) and experimental (taught by Web based instruction) groups. Firstly pre-test was administered on both the groups; then the students in the control group were taught by conventional method while experimental group was taught by Web based instructions. Then post-test was administrated on both the groups. The Statistical techniques were then employed to data collected and analysis and interpretation of the data was done. The result of the study implied that there exists significant difference in achievement in Social Studies based on Web based instructions and conventional method. The study also revealed that there exist significant gender differences in achievement in Social Studies with Web based instructions.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.
