The article deals with issues related to the development of concepts and tools synthesizing cognitive and neurotechnologies in a technosocial educational environment, which usually includes a network digital learning space in the form of educational situational centres; the hypothesis of the emergence of a single creative team field as a consequence of the synthesis of cognitive and neurotechnologies based on socioempathy in the team is substantiated. The proposed synthesis methods will improve the quality of solutions developed in the process of additional professional training. In the article’s conclusion, the questions that should be taken into account when studying the problems of neurocognitive synthesis are formulated.

The work is devoted to the description of the term “thesaurus” as a constituent of the category “language personality”. We present a brief overview of scientific information on the formation of the meanings and status of these terms in modern linguistics. The idea is substantiated that in the practice of society’s life there is a desire among students to identify, clarify and understand a huge number of terms related to the modern realities of life (globalization, integration, informatization, westernization, etc.). We emphasize that modern terminological dictionaries, especially special dictionaries - thesauruses, are becoming particularly relevant in the field of specialists' professional training. We emphasize the need to improve the training quality of future specialists based on the formation and improvement of their thesaurus as one of the important language personality components.

The problem of forming the professional competencies of a math teacher in the process of his (her) training at the pedagogical university and in the system of continuing education is extremely relevant not only in Ukraine but also abroad. This is especially true for the methodological competence of teachers, which largely determines the quality of the educational process in general and student achievements in particular. To solve this problem, we propose to create an educational environment, which, in addition to math teachers, includes specialists in mathematics teaching methods from pedagogical universities, instructors of teacher’s in-service training courses, master’s students in pedagogical specialties, who, in particular, are trained in dual form of education. As the results of the experiment show, such educalional environment allows to realize professional training of mathematics teachers more effectively and qualitatively compared to traditional methods.
