Purpose of research. Studying the features of approaches to determining the timing of disability in rehabilitation and expert diagnostics during the examination of persons with HIV infection - AIDS. Materials and methods. The research materials were the data of Rosstat of Russia, official state statistical reporting: form 7-social security "Information on the medical and social examination of persons aged 18 years and older" for 2019. The data of our own research included the protocols of persons who were examined for HIV infection in the bureau of medical and social expertiseof (MSE) St. Petersburg and other regions: 50 patients examined in the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2020, (observation group) in comparison with the analysis data of 50 protocols of examination of HIV-infected in the period 2017-2018 (control group). Results and discussion. According to the results of the study, the disability group is determined reliably more often already during the initial examination without a re-examination period (48.64% versus 19%, c2 = 0.491 at the p 0.01 significance level) when carrying out the MSE taking into account the Government Decree No. 339. Establishing disability for patients with HIV-AIDS without a period of re-examination during the initial examination allows them to get out of the supervision of medical and medical-social services.Taking into account that a part of the contingent of patients with HIV-AIDS has a "special mentality" and the presence of psychological and social risks, the lack of systematic monitoring of their treatment and social patronage contributes to an increase in the severity

Background. Recent literature has demonstrated that psychiatric patients, particularly those with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, may be at high risk for HIV infection. In fact, HIV-risk behaviour, such as intravenous drug with sharing needles, promiscuity associated with unprotected sex and high-risk sexual activity after using drugs has been reported by a substantial proportion of mentally ill patients.Methods. In order to examine this problem in Italy, HIV-risk taking behaviour and knowledge about HIV/AIDS was investigated among 91 schizophrenic patients by using two self-report questionnaires (HIV-Risk Behaviour Questionnaire; AIDS-Risk Behaviour Knowledge Test).Results. One-third of the patients reported having been tested for HIV infection and one tested seropositive (prevalence 3·4%). A high proportion of patients reported HIV-risk behaviour, such as injected drugs use (22·4%) and engaging in high risk sexual activity (e.g. multiple partners, 58%; prostitutes, 45%; occasional partners, 37%). Condoms were ‘never used’ by 41% of the patients and ‘almost never used’ by another 25%. In spite of these behaviours, 65% reported no concern of HIV infection. Knowledge about AIDS was lower among psychiatric patients than a healthy control group. Patients with long-lasting illness and numerous psychiatric admissions were less acknowledgeable about HIV infection. Certain misconceptions on HIV transmission were related to HIV risk behaviour.Conclusions. These results indicate the urgent need for HIV educational programmes within mental health community-care settings.

Increasing cases of HIV/AIDS among adolescents in the age of range 15-24 years is getting 25%. Comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention has not helped propel the rising of these cases. Therefore, adolescents need health education related to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission. This study was to analyze the effect of the peer educator method on the prevention of HIV/ AIDS transmission in SMK Kesehatan Samarinda City. The study was a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group with pre-test post-test design. The selection of research subjects was based on purposive sampling technique, beginning with the number of peer educator recruitment as many as 6 people, and each peer educator selected a maximum of 5 peer groups so that 30 case groups were treated with peer educator methods and control of 30 students who received HIV/AIDS prevention modules. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. To see the difference in the average HIV / AIDS prevention measures using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of p = 0.05. The results showed a statistically significant difference p <0.05 in both groups before and after treatment. The mean changes in prevention measures for HIV / AIDS transmission were higher in the group that received the peer educator method compared to the control group that received the module. The conclusion of this study is that the peer educator method is more effective in increasing prevention measures for HIV / AIDS transmission in Health Vocational students in Samarinda City.

Today, a serious problem of teachers has been the search for educational technologies aimed not only at assimilating students a certain amount of knowledge, but also at developing their personal, creative and cognitive abilities. One of the concepts that allow teachers to maintain such a balance in teaching professional English in universities and higher education institutions proved to be the WebQuest interactive activities on the Internet with the help of Marketing Mix Model WebQuest technology. Based on the "Marketing Mix Model WebQuest", a series of interactive lessons in the framework of the course ‘English for professional purposes’ was conducted in 2 groups (control and experimental) of 22 students each at the faculty of “Social Sciences and Mass Communications” in the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The aim of the research was to teach the students professional English terminology and topics through interactive activities on the Internet. Using WebQuest technology, students were asked to listen to foreign speech, adapt it in accordance with their level of perception, adjust the sound speed by breaking phrases into separate words and comparing the pronunciation and spelling of words. The results of the study and t-Student criterion calculation showed that the experimental group did better than the control one. Mean value of control group came up to 74,32 points whereas of experimental group – to 81,95 points. The significance level of t-Student test made p < 0,001. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of Marketing Mix Model WebQuest technology facilitated a more intensive participation in the learning process of students, which made it possible to increase the efficiency of perception and memorization of educational material, as well as to use an interactive learning environment to solve professional problems, which is especially important for teaching a professional foreign language.

The use of the current method of learning very big influence on the growth and development of students' creativity and interest for all subjects to be taught, especially in the use of partograf. From interviews to the 10 students of IV semester Prodi Midwifery (D-III) Kadiri University is known that 4 (40%) of students said it was understood, 4 (40%) of other students say they are confused and 2 (20%) of them said that he was a student not familiar with partograf. This shows the lack of understanding of students in filling partograph. The research objective is to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning methods for skills training simulation with filling partograph the second semester students in Midwifery (D-III) Kadiri University Faculty of Health Sciences in 2015. The research design used is pre experiment with design Static Group Comparison/Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population studied were all students of the second semester in Midwifery (D-III) Faculty of Health Sciences University of Kadiri numbered 50 students and sampling techniques Federer totaled 32 students. This is a research instrument partograph sheet. Results of the study were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test with a significance level of 0.05 were used. The results showed 7 respondents (46.7%) are adept at using partograf with simulation teaching methods and 6 respondents (40.0%) are adept at using partograph with practice learning methods. Data were analyzed by Mann Whitney test obtained ρ = 0.965; α = 0.05 means that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected.
