In the publication the necessity of comprehensive educational establishment teachers’ mutual systemic and structured interaction with the school administration has been raised The need for teachers’ professional proficiency development and collaboration with methodological work doers for an efficient educational process provision are especially emphasized, as well as  urgency for new productive cooperation models has been marked out, which, providing pedagogical interaction, gives an opportunity to increase in a  qualitative way pupils’ achievements, the study process outcome improvement in the education content  during the time of changes or transformation. The authors of the article raise a hypothetical question whether interaction among the subjects involved in intervention actually exist and how efficient it is, in order to move towards common goal implementation and qualitative development of pupils’ outcomes in the discourse of multistage cooperative relationships. Observing and analysing the course of educational establishments’ different pedagogical and management processes, features have been detected that the aspects of interaction culture are uncertain, which reveals challenges for search of a new approach to collaborative models.

Today, the focus should be on the personality of the scientist, her unique inner world. The main goal of the modern teacher should be to choose such innovative methods and forms of organizing the educational activities of students, which will be aimed at the comprehensive creative development of the person. This includes not only new technical means, but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to organizing the learning process and communication between participants in the educational process. The verification of process implementations according to specifications is a critical step of process management. This verification must be practiced according to objective criteria and evidence. This study explains an integrated infrastructure that utilizes process mining for software process verification and case studies carried out by using this infrastructure. Specific software providing the utilization of process mining algorithms for software process verification is developed as a plugin to an open-source EPF Composer tool that supports the management of software and system engineering processes. With three case studies, bug management, task management, and defect management processes are verified against defined and established process models (modeled by using EPF Composer) by using this plugin over real process data. Among these, the results of the case study performed in a large, leading IT solutions company in Turkey are remarkable in demonstrating the opportunities for process improvement.

Student competence includes process of the organization, transfer and assimilation of knowledge, skills of activity. Educational processes (or otherwise, training process) are connected with development of training in time and space and mean consecutive system of actions. Traditionally, research and study process of training is connected with transfer of knowledge by the teacher to the pupil (or to the trainee). The course of training, since ancient times, began to apply various supportive applications promoting acceleration, strengthening of understanding. In modern times, the process of training became impossible without use of computer equipment. It led to emergence of a new paradigm of educational process – electronic education, which is realized in the form of distance education. Throughout the millennia, project management methodologies were developed, and as projects were completed, both theoreticians and practitioners contributed to the development of project management science and codification. Throughout this time, project management science grappled with the problem of delineating project activities from on-going operational activities. Projects require project management while operations require business process management or operations management (PMI, 2008). In the project methodology world, a project is defined as unique, temporary, a definite start and finish (PMI, 2008). Without this definition, the science of project management cannot be applied. It is this definition that provides the credence for the creation and application of project management processes, tools, and techniques. However, the science of project management exists irrespective of a project. In fact, it is the application of project management to any endeavor that creates a project. Effective project management that will drive the design and implementation of transformational e-Government must be enhanced. This chapter proposes project management enhancements to the design, direction, management, and implementation of e-Government projects that focus on project problems rather than methodological processes. The enhanced project management solution provides the tools and educates the user to take into account the impact of the holistic, synergistic challenges and barriers that surround and influence e-Government projects – heretofore, in an unmanageable way that has inhibited change instead of promoting it. The enhanced project management solution is “exogenous” of the e-Government solution; it is its external driver.
