The authors analyze the components of psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities in an inclusive educational environment of the University using as the example the Faculty of distance learning of MSUPE. It is shown that the active model of disability aimed at fostering students’ own activity may become a basis of psychological and pedagogical support for university students with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities includes a variety of forms (pedagogical, social, psychological support, self-support) aimed at enriching the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment through: 1) support groups organization and functioning; 2) self-support groups functioning; 3) creating an optimally accessible educational environment using distant technologies. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities can be built on the basis of «understanding relationships», suggesting barrier-free understanding, overcoming the stereotypes of disability and erroneous interpretations of the multidimensional world of persons having disabilities; the full participation and involvement in the experience of disability. The article provides data of empirical studies conducted by students with disabilities themselves in the framework of their master theses which allowed to detect the most problematic and resource zones in: 1) support groups (parents of students with disabilities); 2) readiness of students with disabilities to self-help, their self-activation and hardiness resources; 3) the role of inclusive distance educational environment to develop motivation and psychological well-being in all students: with and without disabilities.

Abstract. This brief article aims to summarize the conceptual and clinical work done within the concept of dyadic coping by Bodenmann and colleagues at the Institute for Family Research and Counseling of the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). Apart from a new theoretical framework of dyadic coping, this group contributed to a better understanding of the role of dyadic coping for relationship functioning and well-being of the partners in many empirical studies. Based on these findings Bodenmann developed the Couples Coping Enhancement Traininig (CCET) that focuses on the enhancement of dyadic skills (among with dyadic coping play a crucial role). This program has been evaluated in several studies (randomized controlled trials and studies with matched samples) proving its efficacy.

Inclusive educational environment of the University is considered as one of the most promising in the promotion of ideas of inclusion and as a factor in the development of internal resources of students in General. To understand the role of the inclusive educational environment of the University as a resource for the development of resilience and self-activation of students with disabilities, the results of several studies conducted at the Department of psychology and pedagogy of distance learning FDO MGPPU, which were implemented at different stages(from 2016 to 2018), and which were attended by different student groups: 1) healthy students and students with disabilities studying together (N = 54); 2) students with disabilities of different ages and different universities (N = 67); 3) students with disabilities (n=41), healthy peers who study with them (N=30) and a group of students who are not studying in an inclusive environment and have weak ideas about disability as such (N=47). Training and socialization of disabled students would be more effective if you design and build an inclusive educational model Wednesday, which implements certain social, psychological and pedagogical conditions and reflect the very complex and the multilateral process. This paper explores how the intersection of masculinity and religion shapes workplace well-being by focusing on Christianity and the social construction of masculinity among factory workers in a city in China. While existing work on public and occupational health has respectively acknowledged masculinity’s influences on health and the religious and spiritual dimensions of well-being, there have been limited efforts to examine how variegated, and especially religious, masculinities influence people’s well-being in the workplace. Drawing on ethnography and in-depth interviews with 52 factory workers and 8 church leaders and factory managers, we found that: (1) Variegated masculinities were integrated into the factory labor regime to produce docile and productive bodies of workers. In particular, the militarized and masculine cultures in China’s factories largely deprived workers of their dignity and undermined their well-being. These toxic masculinities were associated with workers’ depression and suicidal behavior. (2) Christianity not only provided social and spiritual support for vulnerable factory workers, but also enabled them to construct a morally superior Christian manhood that phytologically empowered them and enhanced their resilience to exploitation. This paper highlights not only the gender mechanism of well-being, but also the ways religion mediates the social-psychological construction of masculinity.

The current study aimed to reach a theoretical framework of knowledge that enables decision-makers, specialists and experts to define the planning, coordination and innovative roles that the university can play to enhance the national belonging of people with disabilities. The sample of the study consisted of (150) university students with disabilities (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic), who were taken through a comprehensive social survey, which is a descriptive analytical study using the comprehensive social survey approach, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program was used. (SPSS) version (18) in the statistical analysis of the study tool, and scientific and practical results were reached by answering questions, and based on the theoretical framework and those results, a number of recommendations were proposed.

The relevance of the problems of cooperative construction in the formation of Belarusian scientific schools is determined. The role of the Belarusian State University in the development of problems of cooperation in the 1920s is characterised. The activity of S. L. Pevsner as a representative of the economic thought of the 1920s is studied. In the perspective of «history through personality», the problems of the formation of the personnel potential of Belarusian State University are revealed. The relations between the management and the teaching staff of the university, the status and issues of material well-being of teachers invited to Belarusian State University are characterised. The conclusion is made about a significant personnel shortage and the presence of serious competition in the personnel sphere of university science in the 1920s with the development of higher education in the USSR.

The paper presents results of the verification of a new approach to the study of status relationships through the position of a middle status group member — the approach developed within the framework of A.V. Petrovsky’s theory of activity-mediated interpersonal relationships in groups and M.Yu. Kondratyev’s school of thought at the Department of Social Psychology (MSUPE). A series of empirical studies were carried out in educational organizations of various types in Moscow and Moscow oblast, with more than 1200 students participating as subjects. The paper reveals how the character of intragroup interactions, well-being and emotional climate, as well as the level of social psychological development in the group in general, are shaped by the system of relationships between the middle status students with their groupmates. The paper concludes with some considerations on the specifics of the role that the middle status student plays in his group’s activity and outlines further perspectives of the presented social psychological approach to the study of status relationships.
