Inclusive educational environment of the University is considered as one of the most promising in the promotion of ideas of inclusion and as a factor in the development of internal resources of students in General. To understand the role of the inclusive educational environment of the University as a resource for the development of resilience and self-activation of students with disabilities, the results of several studies conducted at the Department of psychology and pedagogy of distance learning FDO MGPPU, which were implemented at different stages(from 2016 to 2018), and which were attended by different student groups: 1) healthy students and students with disabilities studying together (N = 54); 2) students with disabilities of different ages and different universities (N = 67); 3) students with disabilities (n=41), healthy peers who study with them (N=30) and a group of students who are not studying in an inclusive environment and have weak ideas about disability as such (N=47). The leading role of effective managers, leaders, professionals, capable of rapid adaptation to the transformation and modernization processes in the current Ukrainian economy, politics, production, education and services is of particular importance in the context of the dynamic changes that are taking place in the contemporary socio-political, economic and educational space of Ukraine. Therefore, the problem of developing leadership competence of future managers in the university's educational environment arises. The purpose of the research is to substantiate organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing leadership competence of the future managers in the educational environment of universities and to outline the ways of their realisation. It has been found out that organizational and pedagogical conditions should be interpreted as fundamental grounds for combining actions facilitating the process of developing future managers’ leadership competence in the university's educational environment. It is necessary to consider them as well as to implement. The organizational and pedagogical conditions have been defined and substantiated: special training of the scientific and pedagogical tertiary staff in developing future managers’ leadership competence (round tables, workshops, trainings, etc.); enhancement of the process of developing future managers’ leadership competence through the implementation of distance learning in the university's educational environment (realized through the creation of a distance course "Fundamentals of Leadership"); implementation of the “kaizen” system in the educational environment of the university (implemented in the framework of the ongoing seminar-workshop "Kaizen Technology: the Path to Leadership").

The authors analyze the components of psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities in an inclusive educational environment of the University using as the example the Faculty of distance learning of MSUPE. It is shown that the active model of disability aimed at fostering students’ own activity may become a basis of psychological and pedagogical support for university students with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities includes a variety of forms (pedagogical, social, psychological support, self-support) aimed at enriching the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment through: 1) support groups organization and functioning; 2) self-support groups functioning; 3) creating an optimally accessible educational environment using distant technologies. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities can be built on the basis of «understanding relationships», suggesting barrier-free understanding, overcoming the stereotypes of disability and erroneous interpretations of the multidimensional world of persons having disabilities; the full participation and involvement in the experience of disability. The article provides data of empirical studies conducted by students with disabilities themselves in the framework of their master theses which allowed to detect the most problematic and resource zones in: 1) support groups (parents of students with disabilities); 2) readiness of students with disabilities to self-help, their self-activation and hardiness resources; 3) the role of inclusive distance educational environment to develop motivation and psychological well-being in all students: with and without disabilities.

The current study aimed to reach a theoretical framework of knowledge that enables decision-makers, specialists and experts to define the planning, coordination and innovative roles that the university can play to enhance the national belonging of people with disabilities. The sample of the study consisted of (150) university students with disabilities (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic), who were taken through a comprehensive social survey, which is a descriptive analytical study using the comprehensive social survey approach, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program was used. (SPSS) version (18) in the statistical analysis of the study tool, and scientific and practical results were reached by answering questions, and based on the theoretical framework and those results, a number of recommendations were proposed.

The investigations focused on a picture-stimulated continued association approach, its information value and analytic potential. Student groups ( N = 50), each composed of both sexes, were from the University of Maryland. The study involved a comparative analysis of associations produced to words and pictures. The results show that the two approaches are closely comparable but produced responses which were differently focused. While the word-stimulated responses were somewhat more generic, the picture-stimulated associations were more narrow and specific. All the measures developed previously in the context of word-stimulated associations were found to be equally applicable and informative with picture-stimulated associations as well. From a theoretical viewpoint, the investigations were informative in demonstrating the importance of perceptual semantic and affective-attitudinal factors in the association process. Corresponding words and pictures elicited closely similar response distributions with correlations in the range of .7. As the role of perceptual factors is obvious in picture-stimulated associations, the results of the study have distinct implications for association theory, underlining the importance of centrally mediated mechanisms in the process of elicitation.

Tutors are a fundamental element of the Distance Learning (DL) process. In fact, they complement the role of lecturers, giving a closer assistance to DL students. Considering the importance of tutors, this work investigates the DL process from their perspective. To that end, an empirical analysis was carried out via questionnaires and interviews, which were applied to 28 distance and 17 local tutors of a DL computing degree course. The collected information was analyzed and classified as a way to stress the main features, problems and solutions that have been applied along the past semesters. A list of suggestions to improve the educational environment/tool and pedagogic method was also elaborated as a result from this research.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию систем дистанционного обучения в вузах Чувашской Республики, определению основных функций систем управления дистанционным обучением. Проведен анализ систем дистанционного взаимодействия со студентами в федеральных вузах Чувашской Республики. С целью формирования требований к функциям современной единой универсальной платформы дистанционного взаимодействия в университете проведен анализ корпоративной платформы, объединяющей в рабочем пространстве чат, встречи, заметки и вложения MS Teams, позволяющей организовывать дистанционное обучение. На примере веб-ресурсов для поддержки организации дистанционного обучения государственных университетов Чувашской Республики, таких как система управления курсами, использующая лицензию GNU GPL Moodle, системы видеоконференций Big Blue Button, рассматриваются их функциональные возможности и недостатки, выявляются ключевые особенности построения единого информационного пространства вуза на основе идеи использования инструментов образовательных платформ в обеспечении электронной поддержки дистанционного обучения. Представлены преимущества интеграции систем LMS Moodle и MS Teams для построения интерактивного формата обучения на примере построения единой образовательной среды в ЧГПУ им. И. Я. Яковлева. Рассмотрено внедрение единой учетной записи для организации принципа единой точки доступа к информационным системам дистанционного обучения для построения единой электронной образовательной среды университета на базе технологии OpenID Connect. This article is devoted to the study of distance learning systems in universities of the Chuvash Republic, the definition of the main functions of distance learning systems. It presents the analysis of systems of distance learning interaction with students in federal universities of the Chuvash Republic. In order to form the requirements for the functions of a modern unified universal platform for distance learning interaction at the university, the authors analysed the corporate platform that combines chat, meetings, notes and attachments of MS Teams in the workspace. Using the example of web resources to support the organization of distance learning of state universities of the Chuvash Republic, such as the course management system using the GNU GPL Moodle license, the Big Blue Button video conferencing systems, their functionality and shortcomings are considered, the key features of building a unified information space of the university based on the idea of using the tools of educational platforms in providing electronic support for distance learning are identified. The advantages of integrating the LMS Moodle and MS Teams systems for building an interactive learning format are presented on the example of building a unified educational environment at I. Yakovlev CHSPU. The introduction of a single account for the organization of a single point of access to information systems of distance learning for the construction of a single electronic educational environment of the university based on OpenID Connect technology is considered.

In the article the role of organizational culture as a customer-oriented trajectory of management at university is considered. The authors analyze the main clients of the educational environment on the basis of which the model of customer-oriented organizational culture of the university is proposed, reflecting the structural platform of organizational culture, the integration of internal and external customers in the socio-cultural environment of the university, as well as sequential communications and transformations of external customers in the internal customers.

The article analyzes the experience of tutoring teachers teaching foreign students in the distance learning mode. It is also about the interaction of a teacher and a student throughout the whole academic year, as well as the importance of all elements of systematic work in teaching Russian as a foreign language from scratch. A team of tutors was organized at the faculty, whose mission was to contact their wards within the framework of distance learning: from their connection to the educational platform of the university to organizing their admission to Russian universities. Purpose of the study: consider the role of a tutoring teacher in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language in a distance mode. The main methods of work are the methods of observation and description of the features of the pedagogical process. The forecasting method is also used to model the future educational mode of foreign students. The survey method is applied, which allows to get “feedback” from the respondents. The quantitative technique allowed us to analyze the number of responses as a percentage. The changes taking place in the world have given a powerful impetus to the improvement of digital educational resources. Teachers were able to mobilize and conduct their own experiment, while adhering to the new standards of distance learning. An attempt is made in the work to comprehensively analyze the introduced system of tutoring and summarize its first results.

The article presents the findings of the comparative study of the indices of psychological security of educational environment in the context of face-to-face and distance learning formats. The study has revealed the decrease in the level of resistance to psychological violence from teachers, and that of satisfaction with significant attributes of education environment during a distance learning period. It has been proved that psychology students demonstrate weakening of the learning activity significance and lack of face-to-face trustful communication with a teacher. Most differences have been revealed on the behavior component of the attitude towards university education environment: a positive attitude lessened, while a neutral one rose. The indices of the attitude towards education environment on the cognitive component were also high: a neutral level increased

Abstract Contemporary psychologist Didier Anzieu249 speaks of five phases of the process of creation: creative emotion, gaining consciousness, transposition, elaboration, and exposure. Each of the five phases has a correspondent in the stages of development of visual-plastic educational activities, and the role of the teacher is essential in each of them. Starting from the five phases, we propose an approach pattern to the creative process, adapted and developed during the years of experience in pre-university educational environment, and refined throughout the research activity carried out in the university environment.
