Dana-dana ZIS yang terkumpul dapat menjadi solusi terbaik sebagai penggerak perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Langkah strategis dapat diambil  untuk  pendayagunaan  dan  pendistribusian  dana  ZIS  dengan memanfaatkan  sumber  daya  manusia  yang  kompeten  di  bidang  ZIS.  ZIS sebaiknya dikelola oleh lembaga atau amil yang profesional, akuntabel, amanah dan pengelolaannya harus sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan pendistribusian dana ZIS melalui program Sanggar GENIUS perspektif UU No. 23 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pengelolaan Zakat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data, yaitu metode observasi partisipan, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penitian adalah penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Untuk menganalisa data, penulis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan menggambarkan data secara sistematis dan faktual, sedangkan analisisnya melalui tiga metode: yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik ketekunan dalam pengamatan, triangulasi, dan perpanjangan keikutsertaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program Sanggar GENIUS berbentuk bimbingan belajar gratis matematika dan peningkatan akhlakul karimah, ditujukan kepada anak yatim duafa setingkat SD, tidak menutup kemungkinan anak duafa non-yatim. Sanggar GENIUS kemanfaatannya dapat dirasakan oleh anak yatim. Dana ZIS diserahkan kepada guru sanggar sebagai upah (bisyaroh). Ada pembinaan setiap bulan di kantor Yatim Mandiri Kediri, serta monev yang dilakukan Staf Program setiap tahun sekali dengan mendatangi masing-masing sanggar. 2) Pelaksanaan distribusi dana ZIS melalui program Sanggar GENIUS sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 25 dan Pasal 26 UU No. 23/2011, pelaksanaan program yang tidak melanggar syariat Islam, berdasarkan prioritas mustahik, serta amanah dari donatur/muzaki. Laporan kegiatan pengelolaan zakat, dilakukan secara terpusat oleh Yatim Mandiri pusat setiap akhir tahun. Sesuai dengan PP. No 14 Tahun 2014, Yatim Mandiri melakukan audit syariah dan audit keuangan. Program Sanggar GENIUS membawa kesejahteraan bagi anak-anak binaannya. Selain itu, zakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan untuk menjaga kelima hal pokok yang terkandung dalam dlaruriyah. Lebih spesifiknya sanggar Genius melingkupi penjagaan terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, dan harta benda. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq dan Shadaqah (ZIS), Pendidikan, Kesejahteraan. Abstract:Collected ZIS funds can be the best solution of the economy booster and public welfare. Strategic ways can be taken to utilize and distribute ZIS funds by utilizing competent human resources in the ZIS sources of field. ZIS should be managed by a professional institution, accountable, trustworthy and its management must be in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. This study intends to explain the distribution of ZIS funds through the perspective program GENIUS Act No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach, using three methods of data collection, they are: participant observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The type of research is field study and uses an empirical juridical approach. To analyze data, the author uses descriptive techniques by describing data systematically and factually, while the analysis through three methods: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Checking the validity of the data is done using perseverance techniques in observation, triangulation, and extension of participation.The results showed that: 1) GENIUS Studio program in the form of free mathematics tutoring and improved morality, aimed at orphaned children at the elementary level, do not rule out the possibility of non-orphaned children. The usefulness of GENIUS studio program can be felt by theorphans. ZIS funds are given to the studio teacher as a wage (bisyaroh). There is guidance every month at the Kediri Mandiri Orphanage office, as well as monitoring and evaluation conducted by the Program Staff every year by visiting each studio. 2) The distribution of ZIS funds through the GENIUS Studio program is in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 and Article 26 of Law No. 23/2011, the implementation of programs that do not violate Islamic law, based on priority mustahik, as well as mandate from donors / muzaki. Reports on zakat management activities are carried out centrally by the central Yatim Mandiri at the end of each year. In accordance with PP. No 14 In 2014, Yatim Mandiri conducted sharia audits and financial audits. The GENIUS Studio Program brings prosperity to its assisted children. In addition, zakat is one of the activities to safeguard the five main things contained in dlaruriyah. More specifically the Genius studio covers guarding religion, soul, mind, and property.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Local press problems in facing the contestation of the election of Regional Heads in West Sumatra Province can be grouped into two broad lines: first, the local press is dragged into a conflict of interest in the election of the Regional Head including 1) The Press supports one candidate pair, 2). Incitement of the success team, 3). The interests of media owners and stakeholders in media companies. Second, the intervention of the Regional Head towards local media includes 1). Change the Regional Head changes journalists, 2). Contract termination threats and 3). Media blockade. As for the solution to the problem, an alternative solution can be proposed that: 1). Re-guided Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning Press. 2). Balancing the press as a business industry with the press as a professional institution (social control). 3). The media owner should not use and manipulate his press company into the realm of practical politics. 5). In establishing cooperation with local governments, strive to stick to the principles and ethics of the journalistic profession. 6). Journalists must increase the capacity and quality of journalistic products, adhere to journalists' code of ethics, and not bring the profession into the realm of practical politics. 7). Report regional heads or parties who attempt to intimidate the media and journalists in carrying out their profession, to the Public Information Commission (KIP), police and Ombudsman at certain levels of government.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Local Press, Problems, Pemilukada Contestation.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Problematika pers lokal dalam menghadapi kontestasi pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dapat dikelompokkan pada dua garis besar: yaitu <em>pertama</em>, pers lokal terseret dalam konflik kepentingan pemilihan Kepala Daerah meliputi 1) Pers mendukung salah satu pasangan calon, 2). hasutan tim sukses, 3). kepentingan pemilik media dan pemangku kewenangan pada perusahaan media. <em>Kedua</em>, intervensi Kepala daerah terhadap media lokal meliputi 1). berganti Kepala Daerah berganti wartawan, 2). ancaman putus kontrak dan 3). blokade media. Adapun solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut, dapat diajukan alternative penyelesaiannya bahwa: 1). Mempedomani kembali Undang-Undang Nomor 40 tahun 1999 tentang Pers. 2). Menyeimbangkan antara pers sebagai industry bisnis dengan pers sebagai lembaga professional (<em>control social</em>). 3). Pemilik media jangan memanfaatkan dan memperalat perusahaan pers miliknya ke ranah politik praktis. 5). Dalam menjalin kerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah, upayakan tetap berpegang pada prinsip dan etika profesi jurnalistik. 6). Wartawan mesti meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produk jurnalistiknya, menaati kode etik wartawan, dan tidak membawa profesi ke ranah politik praktis. 7). Melaporkan kepala daerah atau pihak-pihak yang berupaya mengintimidasi media dan wartawan dalam menjalankan profesinya, ke Komisi Informasi Publik (KIP), polisi dan ombusman pada level pemerintahan tertentu.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong><strong>:</strong> Pers Lokal, Problematika, Kontestasi Pemilukada.</p>

This chapter describes the creation of the arbitral tribunal, the step in the arbitration process that follows the decision to start arbitration. Choosing the right arbitral tribunal is critical to the success of the arbitral process. It is a choice that impacts not only on the parties to the particular dispute, but also on the reputation and standing of the process itself. It is, above all, the quality of the arbitral tribunal that makes or breaks the arbitration, and it is one of the unique factors distinguishing arbitration from national judicial proceedings. There are several different methods of appointing an arbitral tribunal, of which the chapter enumerates and discusses the six most usual: by agreement of the parties; by means of the list system; by the co-arbitrators appointing a presiding arbitrator; by a professional institution or a trade association, such as the ICC; and by a national court.

Background/Objectives: In recent years, the importance of concentration has been attracting attention in modern society, and interest in concentration-related diseases is increasing. As ADHD, one of the many diseases associated with concentration, has a great impact on academic and work efficiency and everyday life, so much research is underway on ADHD treatment.Methods/Statistical analysis: In this research, we implemented smartphone - based concentration training system which is easy to use in everyday life.NeuroNicle E2 of Laxtha Company was used for EEG measurement and EEG was measured by attaching to FP1 and FP2 of the frontal part according to the international 10-12 electrode arrangement method.EEG data received from the measuring section were extracted as frequency - specific EEG data using FFT and the concentration index was calculated by applying the CI algorithm.Findings: The system implemented in this study can control the aim point with the concentration of the user and perform the concentration training by feedback the changed EEG information to the user according to the movement of the aim point. Also, as the concentration of the user increases, the aim point moves to the center and the score of the game increases.Experiments were conducted using implemented EEG system and commercialization EEG system. EEGs were measured by EEG for 5 minutes each before, during, after training by wearing a wireless measuring instrument. The SMR wave, Mid_β wave, and θ wave which are highly correlated with the concentration are indicated before, during, and after experiment, and it can be confirmed that each waveform has a significant change according to the experiment state. Also, it was confirmed that the concentration was the highest when training using this system and the concentration level was maintained even after the training.Improvements/Applications: The effectiveness of the system implemented in this research is verified and it can be expected that the user can utilize the portable device instead of the designated place such as the hospital or the professional institution to provide good training results through convenient and continuous concentration training.
