This is a relevant subject due to the high level of unemployment and the associated structural unemployment present in Croatia. The authors propose the introduction of the marketing concept in the Croatian educational system in order to stimulate the overcoming of the gap between the unemployed working force and the job market. The paper presents the educational system and its elements by explaining the specifics of marketing in education, provides guidelines for the managing of the educational system based on the marketing principle, and indicates the consequences of (non)implementation of the marketing concept within the Croatian educational system. The introduction of the marketing principle in the education system, together with the application of other important structural reforms, should improve the currently weak labor market situation.

If we consider unemployment level in Georgia and Europe, multitude of problems, that is visible in this regard, won’t be hard to be detected. Finding a job is a vitally important issue for a person. However, by looking at current job openings in labor market, requirements complexity and unreality will be noticed in fact. Besides, there are several problems that studying and elimination are essential for both job-seekers and employed people.Exited severe social-economic background, high level of unemployment and unfavorable employment conditions in Georgia, promote workforce migration. The closest job market for our country’s citizens is European countries, where they have to deal with too complicated situations. The purpose to this article is to draw attention for Georgia and European countries’ topical issues such as: Unemployment, jobs search and difficulties arisen it that process, workforce emigration caused by high level of unemployment, in Europe and came across employment problems. Problems, revealed as research results, and developed recommendation to solve them will be suggested in detail.

Doctoral education in Africa is at a turning point and African universities are called upon to act as the focal points for growth in African development. African Studies reveal that the growth of doctoral education in the leading universities in Africa are increasing but at a slow rate and universities, must be  motivated to produce enough doctorates to contribute to growth of their knowledge economies. The need to create high-level skills demand on the job market is evinced and African universities must be driven by their governments, private sectors and academic communities to generate more doctorates in supply to its labor market.

Along with the increasingly high level of digital media consumption, organizations’ expenditure on online promotional activities is constantly and dynamically growing. At the same time, together with the growing expenditures on digital promotion, it can be clearly seen that the effectiveness of activities carried out in the electronic space in its current form is decreasing. Therefore, in the new market situation, when the promotion of products and services has never been so difficult, organizations have started to look for other methods of influencing consumers. One of the most important trends is the use of the influencer marketing concept. In this context, the aim of this article is to analyze the role, place and significance of digital influencers in the overall functioning of the online promotional system, and the impact of the influencer marketing concept on its sustainable development. In order to implement it, a literature analysis was carried out on the origins of this phenomenon, and its scale, causes and impact on the functioning of the digital promotion system. After the completion of this stage of the research, a questionnaire survey was conducted on a group of individual Internet users in order to obtain primary data. The results of the research indicate that there is a great potential for activities involving digital influencers. This potential relates primarily to the effective transmission of information about a product or service, the impact on increased brand awareness, and the impact on the sales level of products and services offered by companies. The study also identified the most important threats that may affect the future development of the concept of influencer marketing.

The current paper highlights the social and economic importance of adequate diagnostics of labor market situation acting as the tension/well-being indicator in society. It lists the shortcomings of the currently available mono-approaches, which are mostly limited to either a statistic analysis or a typological analysis the unemployed registered by state and/or private employment services. The study offers an original technique of complex social and statistical assessment of the situation in labor market whose information base is formed by two types of sources: reports and statistical information from job centers and materials provided by selective sociological surveys among the unemployed. The key indicator of the technique in question is the level of the labor market situation, with the hypothetical range varying from 0.20 to 1.00. It allows one to diagnose five types of situations: ideal, safe, normal, problematic and critical. The research offers a card of expert estimates of the parameters characterizing a situation in local labor market. The paper provides a step-by-step algorithm of the technique illustrated by a tentative example. The author puts special stress on the innovative character of the method and proves the need to replicate the technique in profile editions. This article describes a crucial and fundamental stage in the transformation of Hebrew children's literature, during the late 1930s and 1940s, from a single channel of expression to a multi-layered polyphony of models and voices. It claims that for the first time in the history of Hebrew children's literature there took place a doctrinal confrontation between two groups of taste-makers. The article outlines the pedagogical and ideological designs of traditionalist Zionist educators, and suggests how these were challenged by a group of prominent writers of adult poetry, members of the Modernist movement. These writers, it is argued, advocated autonomous literary creation, and insisted on a high level of literary quality. Their intervention not only dramatically changed the repertoire of Hebrew children's literature, but also the rules of literary discourse. The article suggests that, through the Modernists’ polemical efforts, Hebrew children's literature was able to free itself from its position as an apparatus controlled by the political-educational system and to become a dynamic and multi-layered field.

As typical Indonesian education institute, pesantren with all its component, tradition, culture, and uniqueness have drawn attention many expert and researchers. Pesantren existence has given great contribution to enhancement of the quality of human life. Many role have been played by pesantren; in social, political, economics, cultural aspect; and of course religious aspect which its basic study. These realities in turn have invited the attention of many circles to continuously examine, checking, or studying dynamics, growth, and also existence of pesantren. Among the study result is Mastuhu’s research: Dynamics of System of Education Pesantren, a Study about Element and Value of Pesantren Educational System. With this masterpiece, Mastuhu trying to promote the form of study pesantren which do not merely touching manifest (visible) aspect, but trying to find the values which is consisted inside that manifest; so can found positive, negative, and plus-minus items from pesantren’s education which need and needn’t to be developed in national’s education system. Through this article, the writer will express the work content from a perspective of its study approach.

Subject .This article discusses the need to bring into line with the future activities of specialists the content of their preparation, the formation of a system model of higher education, which takes into account today's and prospective requirements of the labor market. Objectives. The article aims to research the labor market in four regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Tatarstan, Mari El Republic, Chuvash Republic, and the Ulyanovsk oblast, as well as discuss problems and prospects of interaction of universities with enterprises and organizations of these regions. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses, and in-depth expert survey. Results. The article analyzes the state of regional labor markets, presents the results of the expert survey of labor market representatives and heads of the regional education system, and it defines possible ways of harmonizing the interaction of universities with the labor market. Conclusions. The article notes that although the number of employed with higher education is growing, at the same time there is a shortage of highly qualified personnel in certain professions, on the one hand, and unskilled workers, on the other. Also, the article says that the universities do not prepare the necessary for the regions specialists in a number of professions or they provide a set of competencies different from the requirements of the labor market, so it is necessary to form and develop effective directions of cooperation between educational institutions and employers.

Locally, she is committed to breathe new life into the public education system; empower communities and women especially through microfinance initiatives; protect children and families; and drive innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, especially amongst young people. The article studies the necessity and features of transformation of the educational system under conditions of accelerated development in the digital economy. Particular attention in the context of this transformation is given to significance and possibilities of digital literacy, which forms the whole complex of fundamentally new requirements for all participants in the education system. The authors argue that the current stage of development of the digital economy requires the education system not only to digitalize its individual elements and links, but to apply a fundamentally new integrated approach that would transform the education system while taking into account new goals, structure and content of the educational process. The authors define digital literacy as the ability to form and apply educational content through digital technologies. The article gives particular emphasis on the significance and potential of individualizing the educational trajectory and the concept of continuing education. The authors consider the main factors in the development and achievement of the level of digital literacy, considering the requirements that the digital economy is currently imposing on the educational system.

Big changes in the educational system of Sweden took place in 1992/1993 because of political changes in the government. Earlier the government and parliament made decisions about course details at the different universities, and research education was offered only by the universities, and not by the colleges. In the early 1970s the College of Librarianship in Borås was commissioned by the government to offer a two-year academic level supplementary course in librarianship. Until the spring term in 1993, education for librarianship in Borås changed course several times, and five years ago courses in art and music librarianship, which had given students some insights in art history, were discontinued. Beginning in the autumn of 1993 the education system in Sweden will be much freer, implying that every university and college will be permitted to make its own decisions about courses. And from now on courses in librarianship will be offered by the universities in Umeå, Stockholm (starting spring 1994) and Lund, as well as in Borås. Librarianship at the research level was established three years ago at Göteborg University in close cooperation with the college of librarianship in Borås
