In this paper, the authors examine software implementation and the initial preprocessing of data and tools during the assessment of the complexity and variability of long physiological time-series. The algorithms presented advance a bigger Matlab library devoted to complex system and data analysis. Commercial software is unavailable for many of these functions and is generally unsuitable for use with multi-gigabyte datasets. Reliable inter-event time extraction from input signal is an important step for the presented considerations. Knowing the distribution of the inter-event time distances, it is possible to calculate exponents due to power-law scaling. From a methodology point of view, simulations and considerations with experimental data supported each stage of the work presented. In this paper, initial calibration of the procedures with accessible data confirmed assessments made during earlier studies, which raise objectivity of measurements planned in the future.

In this paper,AUSPEX, a new software tool for experimental X-ray data analysis, is presented. Exploring the behaviour of diffraction intensities and the associated estimated uncertainties facilitates the discovery of underlying problems and can help users to improve their data acquisition and processing in order to obtain better structural models. The program enables users to inspect the distribution of observed intensities (or amplitudes) against resolution as well as the associated estimated uncertainties (sigmas). It is demonstrated howAUSPEXcan be used to visually and automatically detect ice-ring artefacts in integrated X-ray diffraction data. Such artefacts can hamper structure determination, but may be difficult to identify from the raw diffraction images produced by modern pixel detectors. The analysis suggests that a significant portion of the data sets deposited in the PDB contain ice-ring artefacts. Furthermore, it is demonstrated how other problems in experimental X-ray data caused, for example, by scaling and data-conversion procedures can be detected byAUSPEX.

Abstract
This article aims to know the use of cryptocurrency can replace conventional money as a means of payment in Indonesia. This article belongs to the type of normative legal research that is prescriptive to produce a new concept in resolving the problems faced by supported by a legal approach and a case approach. The data used is secondary data with primary binding and fundamental material. Data collection techniques using library studies. The data analysis technique used by the authors is a silogism analysis. The results showed that cryptocurrencies are difficult to substitute for conventional currency use as a means of payment in Indonesia because there is no centralized authority governing as well as the value of a relatively unstable cryptocurrency from Conventional currency that has been circulating in Indonesia is the rupiah, it is difficult to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment at the least level of Use daily.
Keywords: Payment Tools; Paymeny Systems; Conventional Currency; Cryptocurrency.

High-throughput screening (HTS) plays a central role in modern drug discovery, allowing the rapid screening of large compound collections against a variety of putative drug targets. HTS is an industrial-scale process, relying on sophisticated auto mation, control, and state-of-the art detection technologies to organize, test, and measure hundreds of thousands to millions of compounds in nano-to microliter volumes. Despite this high technology, hit selection for HTS is still typically done using simple data analysis and basic statistical methods. The authors discuss in this article some shortcomings of these methods and present alternatives based on modern methods of statistical data analysis. Most important, they describe and show numerous real examples from the biologist-friendly Stat Server® HTS application (SHS), a custom-developed software tool built on the commercially available S-PLUS® and StatServer® statistical analysis and server software. This system remotely processes HTS data using powerful and sophisticated statistical methodology but insulates users from the technical details by outputting results in a variety of readily interpretable graphs and tables.

The principles and tools for the development of a stochastic data base that can be useful for researchers and practitioners is an objective of this work. This paper explores the construction of that data base, focusing on material properties. Principles for that construction are proposed, including: selected properties, required raw data and deliverable format. These principles are derived from possible applications of the data base and available tools for data analysis. The selection of statistics tools that can be used in the construction of a material data base is addressed. The definition of the statistic distribution for selected properties was pursued. Available raw data was analysed resulting in conclusions on difficulties and opportunities that arise from that.
