One of the solutions to reduce the production and maintenance costs of the sucker rod pumping installations is to develop automated systems for regulating and controlling their operations. The development of these automated systems requires an attentive modeling of the dynamics of the mechanism of the pumping unit, process in which the identification of the values of the parameters involved in the calculations plays an essential role. The paper presents the manner of determining the values of some parameters of the mechanism of a C-320D-256-100 pumping unit starting from the variation on a cinematic cycle of the motor torque at the crank shaft. Simulations were performed with a computer program developed by the authors, and the experimental records were processed with the program Total Well Management.

The paper presents the results of theoretical modeling of joined movement of pump rods and plunger pump and multiphase flow in a well for determination of dynamic loads on the polished rod of pumping unit. The specificity of the proposed model is the possibility of taking into account for complications in rod pump operating, such as leakage in valve steam, presence of gas and emulsion, incorrect fitting of plunger inside the cylinder pump. The satisfactory agreement of results of the model simulation with filed measurements are obtained.

Abstract The analysis of systems containing highly flexible members is made difficult by the nonlineararities caused by large deflections of the flexible members. The analysis and design of many such systems may be simplified by using pseudo-rigid-body approximations in modeling the flexible members. The pseudo-rigid-body model represents flexible members as rigid links, joined at pin joints with torsional springs. Appropriate values for link lengths and torsional spring stiffnesses are determined such that the deflection path and force-deflection relationships are modeled accurately. Pseudo-rigid-body approximations have been developed for initially straight beams with externally applied forces at the beam end. This work develops approximations for another fundamental type of flexible member, the initially curved beam with applied force at the beam end. This type of flexible member is commonly used in compliant mechanisms. An example of the use of the resulting pseudo-rigid-body approximations in compliant mechanisms is included.

Описана усовершенствованная телескопическая конструкция головки с балансиром, электродвигателем c дистанционным управлением, возможностью менять длину плеча балансира для подготовки привода штанговой скважинной насосной установки (ШСНУ) к проведению оперативного ремонта скважин с минимальным участием человека. Усовершенствование узла станка-качалки направлено на повышение автоматизации работы, уменьшение затрат времени и трудоемкости, повышение безопасности при подготовке привода станка-качалки к подземному ремонту скважины.Представлена методика расчета на прочность подвижной и неподвижной частей телескопической конструкции головки с балансиром: определено максимальное напряжение от изгиба, коэффициент запаса при хрупком разрушении и пластической деформации, коэффициент запаса прочности на циклические нагрузки. Полученные результаты расчета соответствуют минимально допустимым коэффициентам для надежного использования станка-качалки.Приведена методика подбора электродвигателя для передвижения продольно-подвижной части плеча балансира, в которой определены необходимые параметры: частота вращения вала колеса, статическая мощность, мощность двигателя с учетом динамики разгона. Показано техническое решение лестницы с предохранительно-автоматическим отключением электродвигателя станка-качалки при несанкционированном поднятии по ней постороннего человека.

The paper describes the process of initiating a project to improve the efficiency of gas turbine plants for driving centrifugal superchargers at compressor stations. The study shows the main trends of increasing the efficiency of gas turbine drives of gas pumping units, gives the constructive-functional appearance of the modern gas turbine drive of the gas pumping unit, and proposes a method for increasing its efficiency.
