The author reveals key terms of water law — water fund and water objects in c ontext of various relationships. The author discloses correlation of these terms with the concepts of real estate, watersectoral complex; understands said terms through the prism of state surveillance, account and zoning of water fund. Water objects of common usage are also inspected by the author. The following methods of scientific research are used: historic retrospective, comparative analyze and extrapolation. Experience of EU, CIS and other countries is taken into account. The article exposes the views and breakthrough ideas of leading scientists of modern jurisprudence (T. Y. Khabrieva, Yu. A. Tikhomirov, M. M. Brinchuk, S. A. Bogolyubov, O. S. Kolbasov, O. I. Krassov), some representatives of the natural sciences and mass media. Russian water fund is not only a basis of water sector, but also is a permanent basis of all economy. Degradation of quality and reduction of quantity of water resources inevitably would harm the wellbeing of the Russian society. Norms of Soviet and Russian legislation are presented by the author in a critical manner. The author inspects the classification of water objects, which is important for the state water fund. As it is stated in article 5 of Russian Water Code, depending on the features of the regime, geographical, morphometric and other features, water objects have complicated gradation. For the purposes of this article, first of all it is important to divide the surface and underground water objects. According to the article 5 of Russian Water Code, the term “surface water object” includes not only water masses, but also covered land within the coastline. These are the necessary features of surface water objects — connection of land and water. In this regard, a difficult question is attended to as of whether the surface water objects have in their structure real estate.

Abstract One of the fundamental ways in which an advantage over competitors can be gained in business is to develop real estate portfolios in such a way that will lead to an increase in market share and value for shareholders. This serves as justification for the formulation and implementation of specific real estate strategies regarding the best manner in which to use CRE, make decisions regarding restructuring, and carry out necessary development projects, taking into account the criteria of: location, time, and procurement options. This paper presents the formulation and realization of real estate strategies, focusing on the use of the category of property value. Moreover, the authors formulate a possible classification of CRE, which is useful from the perspective of real estate strategies, in addition to identifying and evaluating different types of property values which can be used for real estate strategies. For the majority of operational properties, these categories differ from market value. The last part of the publication provides a reference of selected valuation methods used to determine the value of CRE in the context of formulating and implementing real estate strategies.

Among the areas where AI studies centered on developing models that provide real-time solutions for the real estate industry are real estate price forecasting, building age, and types and design of the building (villa, apartment, floor number). Nevertheless, within the ML sector, DL is an emerging region with an Interest increases every year. As a result, a growing number of DL research are in conferences and papers, models for real estate have begun to emerge. In this study, we present a deep learning method for classification of houses in Northern Cyprus using Convolutional neural network. This work proposes the use of Convolutional neural networks in the classification of houses images. The classification will be based on the house age, house price, number of floors in the house, house type i.e. Villa and Apartment. The first category is Villa versus Apartments class; based on the training dataset of 362 images the class result shows the overall accuracy of 96.40%. The second category is split into two classes according to age of the buildings, namely 0 to 5 years Apartments 6 to 10 years Apartments. This class is to classify the building based on their age and the result shows the accuracy of 87.42%. The third category is villa with roof versus Villa without roof apartments class which also shows the overall accuracy of 87.60%. The fourth category is Villa Price from 10,000 euro to 200,000 Versus Villa Price from 200,000 Euro to above and the result shows the accuracy of 81.84%. The last category consists of three classes namely 2 floor Apartment versus 3 floor Apartment, 2 floor Apartment versus 4 floor Apartment and 2 floor Apartment versus 5 floor Apartment which all shows the accuracy of 83.54%, 82.48% and 84.77% respectively. From the experiments carried out in this thesis and the results obtained we conclude that the main aims and objectives of this thesis which is to used Deep learning in Classification and detection of houses in Northern Cyprus and to test the performance of AlexNet for houses classification was successful. This study will be very significant in creation of smart cities and digitization of real estate sector as the world embrace the used of the vast power of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and machine vision.

The article highlights the importance of the role of rural green tourism in restarting the Ukrainian economy, given that the inertia of the surge in domestic tourism caused by the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic will work in the coming years. The importance of recreational activities in the field of rural green tourism is considered. The problems of the conceptual and terminological description of the infrastructure of the recreational industry are outlined. Expansion of the nomenclature of key terms in the field of rural green tourism in the context of highlighting the point elements of the territorial structure is proposed. The concept of “recreational location of rural green tourism” has been introduced for use in the practice of the recreational industry in order to strengthen the territorial aspects of the research of recreational activities. The content of the concept “recreational location of rural green tourism” is characterized as a point element of the territorial infrastructure in the field of rural tourism in the region, which combines the territorial localization of the place of receiving tourist services (rural ecologically clean area), accommodation facility (local object) and indicates the special nature of the activity (recreation). It is indicated that, according to the taxonomic criterion, it is a micro-site, a place, and according to the typological criterion, it is a recreational and tourist object with the functions of accommodation and provision of recreational services. The components of the recreational potential of the Odesa region, which have the necessary properties for the successful functioning of a competitive tourist product in the regional and national tourist markets, have been analyzed. The importance of the classification of recreational locations of rural green tourism in the Odessa region for further systematization of information for the purpose of convenient practical use by specialists from various industries and consumers of recreational services has been substantiated. The classification of the locations of rural green tourism in the Odessa region according to three criteria has been proposed and five types of recreational locations have been identified.

Abstract Research background: The article discusses the issue of the identification and measurement of market characteristics of real estate for valuation purposes. This problem is the most difficult stage of the whole valuation process in terms of both a substantive, methodological and analytical basis. Goal: The aim of the research is to outline and explore on the basis of literature studies as well as developed problems to be solved in the process of mass valuation together with the presentation of an exemplary solution. Methodology: In the theoretical part a hypothetical-deductive method which consists of developing a certain hypothesis and deducing its consequences was applied. The empirical section uses the method of scientific discussion among scientists and practicing valuers and, for the presentation of the results; some graphical methods were used for a statistical analysis. Results: As a result of the conducted research, criteria to be used in identifying and classifying market characteristics for the purposes of valuation were identified and a set of market characteristics of properties was developed along with a method of identifying their states for the purposes of mass valuation. Novelty: The article proves that the problem of the identification and classification of market characteristics of real estate for valuation purposes is extremely important from the point of view of the valuation process and the results obtained as a result of it as well. In addition, for some features, it is proposed to develop special measures such as the plot shape attractiveness ratio. This meets the problem of the objective measurement of market features of real estate. In relation to other features, the legitimacy of the expert approach was pointed out.

Bagus-Jebrot Cave is located in Donomulyo District, Malang Regency which is in the Wonosari Formation which was formed in the Middle Miocene and Late Miocene. The purpose of this study is related to the developmental control that affects the cave passageways. The approach used is a geomorphological approach by conducting field measurements and documentation. The analysis used is frequency analysis and cross-section of the passage. Bagus-Jebrot Cave is a type of Epigenic Cave which is formed from surface water flowing into doline/sinkhole. It can be seen from the planview map that has a curvilinear passage pattern. The existence of groundwater flow also forms a physiographic cave passage with ellipse passage formation, asymmetrical ellipse, potholes, callops, solution notches, cups, solution pockets. Besides underground water flow, the development of the Bagus-Jebrot Cave aisle is related to the process of structural lifting and control. The lifting process is marked by the formation of 4 levels of the cave passage. While the formation of the canyon, joint passage, rectangular passage and keyhole is the result of structural control
